In this position, you will be responsible for performing professional intermediate-level accounting duties that include preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly financial statements. Compiling, preparing, and recording significant financial transactions in accordance with applicable accounting standards
Analyzing, adjusting, and reconciling various ledger balances, system interfaces, and allocation calculations
Preparing bank reconciliations, billings for shared project costs, and monthly financial reports

Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field
Relevant and progressively responsible experience in a relevant accounting, auditing, or finance field

As appropriate, provides guidance and recommends to Bureau employees and counterparts in other offices of the Department on relevant scientific and economic aspects of U.S. foreign policy.
Supports the liaising officer with counterparts in other bureaus and offices of the State Department and the U.S. government, the university community, international organizations, the private sector, and non-U.S. entities to ensure that infrastructure and development-finance related issues are taken fully into account when policy is formulated, developed, and implemented.
Helps establish and, as needed, coordinate SCA participation in relevant regional and international forums and dialogues as well as development and implement an Indo-Pacific Development Financing Forum event in Spring 2019.

This position is responsible for responding to customer requests for connections to utility systems, calculating and collecting applicable fees, approving service contracts, and issuing permits (development charges, recovery agreement charges, taps, various permits, and utility service extensions). JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for coordinating, integrating and synchronizing USSOCOM CWMD priorities with the Exercise and Training Directorate in support of the Geographic Combatant Commander strategic exercise program while ensuring these exercises correctly align with current National and Theater level Orders, policies and procedures. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Requires: Recent (last 3 years) experience within USSOCOM and/or Interagency in CWMD intel, plans, policy, operations, and/or exercises. Knowledge/experience and/or graduate of GOLD programs is required. Knowledge/credibility within the interagency and National SOF is highly desired as well as operational/plans/exercise experience with and a comprehensive and complete understanding of USSOCOM, its components, TSOCs, the Geographical Combatant Commands and the authorities and approvals processes. JOB PURPOSE: The USSOCOM J-59-L Strategy, Plans and Policy Lessons Learned (LL) Branch is responsible for implementing USSOCOM Directive 11-3 SOF Lessons Learned Program to enhance joint capabilities through discovery, knowledge development, implementation, and sharing of observations, issues/insights, lessons, and best practices from operation, training events, exercises, and other activities involving Special Operations Forces (SOF) assets. The SOF LLP applies lessons learned to the full range of joint operations to develop policy and for gathering, developing, and disseminating joint lessons learned across the J59 LL Network.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Plans, synchronizes and coordinates the Component Command’s Annual LL Campaign Plans; includes coordination/information sharing with other commands (i.e. Joint Staff, Services, other Component Commands).
· Coordinates Command driven Before Action Review (BAR) for each specific event to identify objectives outlined by the Command and facilitate achievement of command goals and objectives.
· Collects, reviews and presents LL material for compliance with policy, attainment of objectives, overall effectiveness, and quality to supported Component Command and USSOCOM.
· Conducts comprehensive post event analysis to identify immediate SOF capability impacts as well as long-range effect on training, employing, and organizing SOF support.
· Incorporates observations, insights, and lessons learned into the Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS) for their respective commands to ensure data is synchronized, current, and available.
· Coordinates LL material prior to release from the Component Command addressing non-controversial and potentially controversial matters.
· Regularly meets with numerous military personnel on the advancement of lessons learned information sharing on collection, analysis concepts, principles and applications.
· Compile Before Action Reports, After Action Reports, Executive Summaries, Post Activity Bulletins and Requests for Information. Documentation shall be complete and include substantiated findings and recommendations, consistent with a high level of quality control and distribution ready. The documentation shall also be audience-specific and captured at the appropriate security level.
· Develop and maintain an electronic resource, to include key points of contact, to be used for mission continuity that may be accessed by all stakeholders.
Education/Experience:
· 7 years of prior service experience, including 2 years of experience working with a Component Command
· 1 year experience using classified collaborative communications systems, for example DCO
· Graduate from Component specific SOF qualified course or additional service requirement for the supported unit

The Cleared Escort will accompany and observe uncleared construction workers through installation entry and execution of refurbishment work to ensure compliance with DoD organization security policies. The Cleared Escort will also verify visitor access authorization, control worksite access, update activity records, inform supervisors of incidents, and address any conditions or conduct that conflict with security procedures and guidance.
A variety of hours are available. This is an awarded contract. Relocation is not available for this opportunity (residency in Fayetteville NC is optimal).
Position Responsibilities:
Maintain line of sight visibility of workers and visitors at all times.
Meet workers and visitors at designated meeting locations for movement to worksite.
Validate workers and visitors against a government-approved access list, and
provide visitors with a visitor’s badge if required.
Escort workers and visitors to workspaces, restrooms, and in transit.
Positively and assertively communicate with workers, visitors, and government personnel to facilitate the accomplishment of duty.
Maintain activity and incident logs.
Report any activity of concern and actions that violate worksite, DoD / organization, and installation security policies to designated responsible parties.
Employ security equipment as directed in the worksite security policy.
Required Qualifications:
An active SECRET or higher security clearance.
Familiarity with security processes, procedures, and requirements.
Be able to clearly communicate in written and spoken English.
Enforce security policies assertively with positive interpersonal communication skills and a calm, professional demeanor.
Be physically capable of frequent standing and walking within the worksite area.

PSI is seeking a Global Precision Attack SME to support our ACC A589 customer.
The Candidate shall provide support to effectively plan, program, budget, and execute resource requirements. Assist in performing capabilities, program, and cost analyses for new and modified systems to include managing, developing, and analyzing resource documentation for the core A5/8/9 mission in support of program execution. This includes building and defending 4-Star decision data via the USAF Strategic Planning Process and directly influencing the POM process once those planning decisions are made.
The Candidate shall maintain broad technical and analytical resource proficiency to efficiently translate weapon system and CFT Plans, Programs and Requirements force structure portfolio requirements into documented resource reports. This will require maintaining a close interface with a wide range of users, developers, industry, Air Staff, and other agencies as required to ensure resource development efforts are aligned with Nat'l Military Strategy, Defense Planning Guidance and other HQ USAF directives. The Candidate is expected to utilize analytical skills and tools to mitigate CFT Plans, Programs and Requirements portfolio operational combat risk by helping to develop force structure options out 25 years+. This includes addressing combat risk in force structure and weapons.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties shall include but are not limited to the following:
Develop planned solutions for security and technical surveillance risks facing operations and facilities.
Assist in the drafting and development of training manuals and materials involving the entire spectrum of technical surveillance and intelligence. Contractor will also assist in implementing monitoring procedures to test the effectiveness of these solutions (Red Cell).
When requested, provide analysis of the overall technology trends and threats developing that may affect the USMS/TOG collection capability.
Assist and provide guidance on managing current technology trends to meet collections requirements in support of the TOG mission. This work must be executed daily.
Assist the Chief, TOG and Senior Intelligence Collection manager by attending classified project meetings and various classified working groups when requested and provide a briefing of the meeting.
Be knowledgeable with both the DOJ and USMS Policies and procedures and must be familiar with the SMS TOG mission and operational methodologies.
Respond to TOG law enforcement operations to provide technical assistance with the installation of technical intelligence collection platforms as the mission requires.
Provide project management experience in developing, maintaining, and upgrading of USMS/TOG off- site facilities.
Maintain knowledge of the developing classified audio/video and communication technologies that would be advantageous for deployment in TOG classified SCIF facilities.

Basic Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree.
Must maintain a Top-Secret SCI clearance.
A minimum of fifteen years Federal Law Enforcement experience.

Experience working with and collaborating with the US Intelligence Community and Joint Special Operations Command.
Graduated from a Law Enforcement Academy or school.
Experience in managing unclassified and classified projects.
Interpersonal skills to work with supported elements.
The ability to use Microsoft Office and Adobe applications.
The ability to prepare reports related to Communication Security (COMSEC), Physical Security, and Personnel Security.
Must have experience running a Key Management infrastructure (KMI) account.
Must have completed the National Security Agency (NSA) KMI course, or a Department of Defense (DOD) NSA approved KMI course and have the completion certificate.

What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-Wexford Special Operations Forces (SOF) Operations Integrator, you will provide embedded and reach-back support directly to SOF, developing processes that enhance SOF situational understanding of threat networks employing or facilitating Weapons of Mass destruction (WMD) and counter-proliferation (CP), enabling DOD, IA and IC efforts focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks. Additionally, you will provide operational fusion and support to CWMD and counter-proliferation analysis used to inform tactical, operational, and strategic commands and staff. You will inform, share, and demonstrate capabilities and tools available through DTRA. You will interact directly with the warfighter during the development of intelligence products while coordinating the support packages provided to meet unit and subordinate element operational requirements. You will assist in fusing the operational and intelligence information available to the supported unit while providing an operational perspective to the products, which include target and network analysis packages.
More About the Role:
While deployed, you will embed with SOF to provide operations advice to SOF commanders and staff on all activities regarding planning and synchronization of CWMD, Crisis Response, and Countering Threat Networks in direct support of deployed SOF elements. You will remain relevant and valuable to the supported command through coordination of SOF requests for DTRA support with other deployed assets and enabling elements.
While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; manage requests for support from other SOF units; and work closely with a wide variety of SOF units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with SOF pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-Wexford SOF Support Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
Minimum two years’ experience providing operational support to one or more SOF units or commands.
Minimum one year of experience in forward deployed locations assigned to a SOF unit.
Minimum of five years of experience with the military planning cycle and tactical ground operations.
Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
Ability to provide daily feedback to the team lead and supported unit on product development.
Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and four-to-six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.
Willing to work rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights and weekends.
Bachelor's degree and three years of experience, or associate's degree and seven years of experience, or nine years of relevant work experience. We will also consider candidates with five years of directly relevant experience.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
More than five years of experience at tactical formations, SMU, SOTF and higher.
More than 10 years of military, academic or defense industry functional experience.
Recent deployment experience supporting CWMD, CP, Attack the Network, CT, or C-IED operations.
Prior experience working directly with IA, IC, or coalition partners.
Experience and capability to perform tasks with Microsoft productivity software and applications.
Practical understanding of Microsoft SharePoint, Google Earth spatial analysis software, as well as web-based intelligence tools and databases available through SIPR and JWICS.
Ability to work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.

You Have:
Experience with designing, installing, configuration and troubleshooting expeditionary, global, regional and disconnected networks, including internal LAN traffic, WAN, Satellite communications, commercial leased lines, long haul circuits, distributed packet processing, data compression, encryption, and various data transport systems
Experience with engineering network capabilities using EIGRP, BGP, DMVPN, Multicast, MPLS, QoS and other WAN based technologies
Experience with evaluating projected network usage and reviewing utilization reports
Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical problems with both on-site and remote administrators
Ability to communicate technical ideas and deliver briefings with cross functional teams and work at a high demand environment and provide technical expertise on all phases of system engineering activities
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED
DoD 8570 IAT Level II
Ability to obtain CCNP Security certification within 60 days of employment
Nice If You Have:
Experience with developing tactical, expeditionary cross domain solutions to deliver FMV across different environments, enclaves and networks
Experience with Agile development methodologies and working with Agile teams using collaboration tools uses Jira, Confluence, Discourse
Experience with analyzing network and bandwidth requirements, conducting requirement analysis, system availability and risk assessment
Experience with working with CM tools, including Gitlab, Git-centric and CI/CD workflows
Knowledge of network engineering in cloud and disconnected edge environments
