ASIA SMEs shall conduct the following:
· The planning, research, conduct, review, evaluation, and organization of intelligence analysis to support current or future operations. This will include capturing analytic insights and conclusions in appropriate knowledge and data management tools, as well as the management of Requests for Information.
· The production of reports and assessments based on their analysis, in the form of articles, papers, studies, slides, and other media – making the analysis available throughout the Intelligence Community. This includes both informal products for internal use, as well as formal products for dissemination to a community of interest or the Intelligence Community (in compliance with applicable Intelligence Community publication standards).
· The preparation and presentation of all-source intelligence briefings to leadership and other personnel within the unit and elsewhere within DoD and other Government agencies.
· The identification of information gaps, followed by the coordination for codification of those gaps into intelligence and/or collection requirements to meet current and anticipated intelligence needs, as well as the evaluation of intelligence collected in response to requirements.
· The conduct of analytic engagement with counterpart specialists throughout the unit, the Intelligence Community, and other Government agencies so that all sources of information are exploited. The Joint SOF Trainer (Sustainment) IV assists Theater Special Operations Commands, SOF Service Components, and joint Special Operations Forces (SOF) Headquarters in the planning, coordination, and execution of functional and joint collective training that focuses at the operational and strategic levels of war. The trainers support joint SOF headquarters includes individual, staff, and unit collective training, academic events, senior leader seminars, planning exercises, tabletop exercises, and functional area workshops. This support culminates in the execution of joint mission rehearsals, command post exercises, and other collective training events that supports the USSOCOM 350-12 certification and validation program.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise and strategic and operational-level joint training primarily in the area of Sustainment and Logistics. Perform in-depth research, analysis, and training to support the Theater Special Operations Commands, SOF Service Components, and joint SOF Task Force Commanders’ readiness and exercise programs.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
Active TS/SCI security clearance.
10 years’ of experience in sustainment or logistics.
Minimum of 8 years’ tactical and operational level sustainment/logistics experience; relevant experience within the past 3 years
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in joint operations and tactical and operational-level planning
Excellent presentation, communication and organization skills; proven skills in formal classroom delivery

As a Transmission Engineer, you will work with an enthusiastic team of experts to develop long-term electric transmission system plans and innovative opportunities. **This position will be filled as an Engineer III or IV depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
How you’ll make an impact:
Forecasting and planning for large annexations/customers, new technologies and opportunities
Assisting in the development of long-term Electric Transmission System Plans and identifying projects to upgrade system infrastructure, construct facilities to serve new customer loads, and to enhance system reliability
Performing short and long-term transmission power flow, transfer capability, voltage and dynamic stability, short circuit and post-transient analyses studies
Maintaining and reviewing NERC Standards documentation to ensure compliance with said standards, while also providing insight and input on future NERC requirements at the developmental stage
Participating in regional planning activities with external groups such as the Colorado Coordinated Planning Group (CCPG), and Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) Committees
Assist in the evaluation of new facility requirements and their impacts associated with new loads, generator interconnections and power transfer capabilities and documenting accordingly in the Large Generator Interconnection Agreement (LGIA) process
Supporting and educating internal stakeholders including management, Compliance, Operations and other departments on the Bulk Electric System concerns and complexities
Collaborating with stakeholders to improve forecasting methodologies as well as preparing for potential new large customers with specialized loads like data centers
Supporting system resource adequacy planning by participating in the long-term, strategic Gas and Electric Integrated Resource Planning processes and working with stakeholders.
