Experience this for yourself by joining our Substation Operations group as a Journey-level Substation Technician. In this job, you will play a critical role in the construction, maintenance, and safe operations of low to high-voltage substation equipment. This includes troubleshooting equipment and diagnosing malfunctions of electric, electromechanical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic oil, and gas components of the substation and customer equipment. You will also play an important role in training and educating apprentices on our team.
Starting pay rate for a Substation Technician is $51.53/hr. Your pay rate will increase to $54.11/hr upon successfully completing probation (typically 6 months).
What you’ll be responsible for…
Adjusting, calibrating, repairing, and replacing substation equipment as appropriate
Installing, testing, and maintaining substation equipment and customers equipment
Testing substation components using sophisticated test equipment and being able to interpret test results (Power factor testing, breaker timing and travel testing, battery capacity and resistance test, and DGA and dielectric test of oil filled apparatus)
Performing equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
Constructing new and modifying existing substations
Assisting the engineering department with new construction and redesign of facilities and comparing specifications of new equipment (Power factor testing, breaker timing and travel testing, battery load test)
Providing technical advice to contractors and other utility departments including cable technicians, linemen, power plants, apparatus shop, and troubleshooters
Responding to emergency situations and making appropriate decisions involving substation equipment
Ensuring safe working conditions for all personnel and equipment
Providing training, technical guidance, proper work techniques and procedures, and safety procedures to substation apprentices and other crew members
You will be responsible for participating in an on-call rotation, and performing duties during emergency call-outs; which may include overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Who you are…
To qualify as a journey-level substation technician you will have completed a five-year substation apprenticeship or equivalent formal training program and offer one or more years of demonstrated experience working at the journey level. In lieu of a formal training program, we will consider applicants who bring 5+ years of specialized experience leading inspections, testing, maintenance, and operations activities for substation electrical equipment.
Additionally, please note the following certification and licensing requirements:
Driving a Colorado Springs Utilities commercial vehicle is required for this position, as such, the successful candidate must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License (without restrictions)

Job Summary
Commercial Drivers operate heavy-duty trucks with front or rear end load lift attachment. Drivers are responsible for providing the pick-up service of containers filled with waste or recyclable material. Driver will transport the material to a disposal, transfer or recycle facility when trucks reach legal load capacity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following tasks:
Operates vehicle in accordance with Waste Management Safety and Life Critical Rules, OSHA (Occupational and Safety Health Act) and DOT (Department of Transportation) requirements as well as all local, state and federal laws.
Performs pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle and documents checks utilizing the standard DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report). .
Immediately reports all unsafe situations or service related issues to Route Manager or Dispatch.
Attends and participates in all scheduled training programs, briefings, and meetings as required by Waste Management or directed by the Route Manager.
Works closely with Route Manager to improve route efficiencies and identify best practices.
Notifies Route Manager of any incidents, accidents, injures, or property damage.
Notifies Route Manager or Dispatch of service interruptions, including blocked containers, closed lots, streets, alleyways or potential safety hazards.
Communicates customer requests to Dispatch or Route Manager.
Identifies and reports all containers in need of repair or replacement.
Ensures the number of containers on the route reconciles to the service level listed on service list.
Completely dumps all containers and leaves the customer’s location clean and free of debris.
Completes and submits customer tickets as required when excessive yardage must be removed.
Positions and returns containers on the customer’s property in a manner that ensures lids are properly replaced. enclosure doors are closed and secured, and containers do not block driveway entrances or traffic.
Follows route assignments as directed and completes end of day documentation and check out process.
Performs all duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch and assisting other drivers as directed to meet customer needs.

What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-Wexford SOF Communications Technician in support of Sensitive Activities, you will support the Department of Defense and its efforts to identify and neutralize enemy threat networks capable of employing improvised threats, and other improvised weapons of strategic effect. You will provide technical support to sensitive activities advisors embedded with Combatant Commands at all echelons on effectively leveraging specially compartmented material and non-material capabilities to eliminate or neutralize improvised threats and the networks that employ those threats.
You will provide the technical subject matter expertise to DTRA, Combatant Commands, and JTFs while maintaining situational awareness of Special Programs, STO, ACCM, and sensitive activity plans, operations, units, and friendly and adversary capabilities.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance, willingness to submit to a CI Poly.
Former SOF Communications Technician (i.e.. 18E, 25B, 25U, or 94 series with significant SOF experience
More than three years of exposure to specialized military or IC compartmented or sensitive activities (IJSTO, SAP, ACCM, etc.).

Intelligence SMEs shall possess SME-level skill-sets in the specific intelligence disciplines with demonstrated experience and results to include knowledge of training requirements, mission requirements, with the ability to communicate accurately and effectively with USSOCOM senior leadership and customers. Subject matter expertise is necessary to assist the USSOCOM staff and subordinate or associated organizations to identify and assist in the development of prudent courses of action (COAs), recommend priorities, train members of the team, and employ technical knowledge for the long-term benefit to USSOCOM operations.

SOSi is seeking an experienced Senior Billing Specialist to join our Billing team at our operational headquarters in Reston, VA.
Responsibilities
Prepares and posts complex invoices for submissions to customers of various types of government and commercial contracts (Time & Materials, Firm-Fixed-Price, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, etc.) within the Deltek Costpoint Accounting System.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business.
Seven to ten years of billing experience including government contracting.
Deltek Costpoint and Cognos Reporting billing experience required.
Understanding of different types of contracts including T&M, FP and CP.
Prior experience with WAWF, IPP, MPO desired.
Independent, self-starter who can multi-task effectively and work with minimal supervision.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
Preferred Qualifications

Colorado Springs Utilities is hiring a Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead the execution of supply chain strategies and the optimization of supply chain processes, systems, and tools across our enterprise. As our visionary leader you will report directly to the General Manager of Supply Chain, and oversee Inventory Management, Fleet Management, and Investment Recovery, helping drive supply chain efficiencies bringing significant value to the organization.

Who You Are... The SCADA/ADMS (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition/Advanced Distribution Management System) team within Asset Management Innovation and Technology is hiring a System and Database Specialist! In this position, you will provide system support for our water, gas, and electric utility operations. The work that you do is critical to maintaining the data integrity, reliability, compliance, and security of our SCADA and ADMS/OMS systems. Your technical leadership and curiosity will enable Operations to continuously improve processes, identify cost savings, solve operational challenges via technology implementation and utilization, and ensure 24/7 operational support.
The systems you will support are integrated with industrial instrumentation and other integrated software solutions comprising a complex set of hardware and software architectures. This includes, but is not limited to industrial level Systems Integration, Industrial/Operations System Implementations, Operations Technology Systems Administration, and Software Programming of Operations Solutions.
Some of the ways in which you will make an impact include:
Planning, designing, programming, documenting, and maintaining OSI Monarch EMS/SCADA system and OSI Electra ADMS system
Training System Operators, Engineering, and Field Support personnel in the use of applications associated with the EMS/ADMS/SCADA systems to ensure network models are up-to-date and the training simulator is functional
Developing custom EMS/SCADA displays that enhance the System Operator's situational awareness

Who You Are
Relevant and progressively responsible experience with Open Systems International (OSI) EMS/SCADA/ADMS systems

Network Engineer:

What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-Wexford SOF Communications Technician in support of Sensitive Activities, you will support the Department of Defense and its efforts to identify and neutralize enemy threat networks capable of employing improvised threats, and other improvised weapons of strategic effect. About this Position:
TJFACT is seeking to hire a South America Program Assistant - Level 1 to join our Team in Washington, DC to support the DOS INL office!
The Program Assistant provides programmatic, contractual, logistical, monitoring and evaluation, and administrative support to the South America team. In particular, the Program Assistant will coordinate, prepare, assemble, and track program management documentation for contracts, grants, cooperative agreements, inter-agency agreements, and agreements with international organizations. The Program Assistant will also help with documentation for Letters of Agreement and Diplomatic Notes to obligate funding. These documents serve as the backbone of implementation of over $500 million/year of foreign assistance programs in the hemisphere. The Program Assistant will organize and attend meetings, and provide other general administrative and programmatic support to assist the South America Team.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
Provide administrative and programmatic support to the South America Team, including but not limited to assembling briefing books; drafting reports, memos, and updates, as assigned; and scheduling and managing meetings.
Assist with logistical and administrative tasks, including VIP travel to the United States and countries in the Western Hemisphere.
Coordinate, prepare, assemble, and track program management documentation for contracts, grants, cooperative agreements, inter-agency agreements, and agreements with international organizations as well as documentation for Letters of Agreement and Diplomatic Notes to obligate funding.
Support the program officers, contracting officer representatives, grants officers representatives, and agreement officer representatives to compete Statements of Work (SOWs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), or Notices of Funding Opportunities (NOFOs), program work plans, and monitoring and evaluation frameworks, in the development phase of programs.
Supports program officers and Team Lead in budget planning and tracking.
Assist program officers, and at the direction of the Team Lead engage stakeholders in the field and in the U.S. interagency in Washington, in the facilitation process for assigned team’s implementation of programs through award, official clearance, and program execution, which includes shepherding project documents through INL’s internal clearance processes.
Manages assigned team Monitoring and Evaluation implementation, including reviewing, collecting, and organizing data. Maintains and updates INL/WHP programmatic data, statistics, and factsheets. Assists INL/WHP in developing and implementing a process to aggregate and report visually on collected program data. This includes creating infographics, charts, and other visual aids to convey INL programming, budgets, and results.
Coordinates and implements special projects as directed by the South America Team Lead to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of South America programming.
Tracks INL-WHP-related news, and monitors and disseminates relevant diplomatic cables to the South America team.
Ensures all GOR, COR, and AOR files are up-to-date for the South America Team.
Attends all INL/WHP and South America meetings and conference calls.
Required Qualifications
