As a CACI-Wexford Operations Research Systems Analyst(ORSA), you will provide operations analysis support to our government client and forward deployed units, with a focus on proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destructions (WMD), assessing the Great Power Competition (GPC), and countering improvised threats and the networks that finance, build, or employ such threats. You will provide this analytic support through on-site work and provide a reach-back analysis support function in a CONUS location or while embedded with supported OCONUS elements. Duties will include taking structured and unstructured data and distilling the information into a cohesive analytical product for both the senior military audiences and the warfighter. You will execute your mission through integration of data from diverse intelligence disciplines, including SIGINT, MASINT, GEOINT, IMINT, and HUMINT to illuminate trends, entities, and networks of interest, supporting both conventional and other forces CONUS and OCONUS.
More About the Role:
Your expertise will support multi-intelligence teams, social analytical teams, and special operations analytical teams; and include actionable, insightful recommendations based on data driven analysis of operations. You will provide subject matter expertise that is highly skilled at data mining, statistical analysis, causal analysis, and geospatial analysis. You will analyze unit operations through Operations Research techniques, produce trends assessments and analysis, support decision-making analytical products, and provide information to the government client regarding the effectiveness of client and threat initiatives. Additionally, ORSAs will provide analysis of Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) procurement and proliferation within the Great Power Competition (GPC), identify trends and patterns of improvised threats, develop and analyze threat networks, and provide predictive analysis of a diverse set of activities to assist in operational and strategic planning.
As part of the ORSA team you will provide unique skillsets that integrate military knowledge and experience with mathematics, statistics, quantitative analysis, and other scientific techniques to effectively solve a wide array of complex problems. As an ORSA, you will manage and analyze large quantities of data, translate data into useful insights, and develop strategies and metrics to provide on-site tactical, operational, and strategic courses of actions to senior leaders and decision-makers. Additionally, as part of the ORSA team you will provide leaders with actionable insights from data-driven analysis of operations, processes, and capabilities to identify trends, inform assessments of effectiveness, and mitigate risk. In addition to supporting our organization, ORSAs are able to support deployed units and embed with those units in operational theaters. The Advanced Technical Instructor's primary role is to conduct classroom, vehicle, and scenario-based training. Our Network Transport Services group oversees and ensures the safety, reliability, and performance of all of Colorado Springs Utilities' fiber, microwave, and telecommunications infrastructure. As a Fiber Optic Technician, you will ensure the quality and timely delivery of our telecommunications services, and will support with installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of components of our fiber optic network. Some of the ways in which you will make an impact include:
Installing, splicing, and repairing fiber for Colorado Springs Utilities
Installing, terminating, splicing, testing, certifying, and documenting fiber optic cabling, and all related fiber optic maintenance activities
Reading and interpreting fiber splicing diagrams, prints, specifications, work scopes, and fiber optic color code charts
Installing fiber closures, terminations, connectors, and patch panels
Locating and validating conduit for fiber path feasibility, mounting fiber termination panels and splicing cabinets, and bonding and grounding fiber cables according to specifications
Inspecting field conditions and identifying problems, inaccuracies, and cost-saving measures
Please note that working conditions and essential functions of performing this job include:
Climbing poles up to 50 feet
Heavy lifting and moving of materials and equipment up to 80 pounds

Who You Are
Relevant and progressively responsible experience with installing and splicing fiber
Skill in outside plant fiber optic cable blowing/placement and performing fusion splicing and operating testing equipment (including the use of all related fiber placement and splicing hand tools) is valued
Industry-specific certifications and/or licenses (e.g., Certified Fiber Optic Technician/CFOT) are valued

Our Directional Drilling team is seeking a Directional Drilling Apprentice! In this role, you will maintain and operate directional drilling equipment, drilling fluid mixing equipment, vacuum excavation equipment, and assist in barricading and traffic control. You will have the opportunity to become an expert in excavating equipment while working with a team to support the installation of underground electric, gas, and water systems, as well as construction restoration activities.
Please note: This position is part of a formal apprenticeship program within the Construction and Maintenance Specialist trade. As such, pay for this position will begin at $23.80/hour and will progress throughout the duration of the apprenticeship based on the schedule below.

How Will You Make an Impact?
Operating directional drills, hydro-vac excavation equipment, drilling fluid mixing equipment, and Digi-trac locating equipment, and hydraulic & fusing equipment
Working with electric, gas, and water/wastewater to install new service lines, gas main, and streetlights
Working with primary and secondary electric lines
Measuring existing utility lines for crossings, understanding and sketching pothole logs
Communicating with supervisor, co-workers, and the general public, reading and interpreting maps, and operating two-way radios
Please note that this position requires the successful candidate to work overtime, weekends, holidays, etc. as business needs dictate. You will also be expected to follow safety rules and company standards and work in confined spaces and on a crew. Additionally, you will be required to complete training that will be evaluated every six (6) months for successful completion.

Overview:
Responsible for performing duties as an Instructor Pilot-Trainer in the UH-60M Aircraft & associated simulation device(s). Minimum Qualifications:
Education Level: High School Diploma or equivalent. The Operations & Administrative Specialist shall provide support to the Component & Service Integration Branch by scheduling, coordinating, and synchronizing daily operations and administration functions. The Component Exercise Cell facilitates I3 between SOF, CF, IA, and PN forces to enhance SOF full spectrum readiness through the appropriate integration within joint training venues. Key Tasks for Component Exercise Cell include the following: Execute the Joint Staff-J7 JNTC program. Duties and Responsibilities:
· Support, oversee and advise on complex grant portfolios, including setting appropriate work priorities, applying knowledge of organizational needs and deadlines, and providing consistent follow-up to ensure timely receipt of required documentation.

· Provide recommendations to GO to approve or disapprove requests by grantees or program officers for adjustments in requirements; take necessary actions to ensure that grant requirements are met.
· Support and advise assigned grants or cooperative agreements after award, including conducting regularly scheduled monitoring of grantees to ensure compliance with grant/agreement awards.
· Stay abreast of changes in policy, regulations, and legal authorities affecting agreements.

Functions as the AH-64E Mechanic under the direction of the AH-64E Mechanic Lead. The AH-64E Mechanic will perform aircraft maintenance, repairs, modifications, and inspections in accordance with approved publications and directives. FFSC Federal Hiring Summit - August 15-18, 2022
The virtual FFSC Federal Hiring Summit full schedule is available and ready for you and your customers to register for individual sessions. On Monday, August 15, hiring officials from federal agencies such as the Veteran Administration, U.S. Postal Inspections Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, Navy Exchange and more will present their agencies’ veteran and military spouse hiring initiatives. You can attend these sessions live, and recorded versions will be available for you to listen to throughout the week.
Then Tuesday through Thursday, August 16-18, hiring officials will be available for question-and-answer sessions at virtual job booths. Additionally, three education workshops will be available. The Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP) will hold an educational session on their new Federal Hiring Concierge Program, Corporate Gray will lead you through using LinkedIn For Your Job Search, and a panel of federal hiring officials will present Mastering Panel Interviews.

Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) is sponsoring a virtual FFSC Federal Hiring Summit on August 15-18, 2022 on the CNIC FFSP LMS at www.MyNavyFamily.com. All service members, veterans, and their families are welcome.
Federal agencies will present 45-minute briefs on Monday, August 15 that include information about their agency, veteran and spouse hiring initiatives, and the best practices for seeking employment within their agency. These sessions will be recorded and be available for viewing on each agency’s individual page. In addition to the recording, each agency’s page will include contact information, and their job fair booth schedule.
On Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, August 16-18, the agencies will host virtual job booths, allowing jobseekers the opportunity to speak with federal agency hiring representatives one-on-one in a question and answer format. Each employer will open their job booths once each day at varied times to ensure service members, veterans, and family members from all time zones can attend. There will be limited space for job fair booths so please register early. Registration is required for each session or job booth you wish to attend.
Educational webinars are scheduled for 3:00 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and include Linked In for Your Job Search, Mastering Panel Interviews, presented by a panel of federal hiring officials, and an educational session about the new Federal Hiring Concierge Program presented by the Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP).
