CACI has an outstanding opportunity for select FMV/Imagery Analysts that
want to make a difference in the defense of the nation by applying their
talents and experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment in support of
US Special Operations Command.? The opportunity is limited to those that
have the operational and technical experience, and skills to effectively
apply geospatial practices in support of real-world operations.? You
will be an integral part of a selective professional geospatial team
that is directly part of the operational planning cycle to support
mission success.? This position is in support of a Department of Defense
(DoD) organization located in Fayetteville, NC.

You will perform full spectrum analysis through phases 1-3 FMV PED to
ensure the highest quality of timely support to the team.?? You will be
required to communicate analytical assessments clearly and succinctly
both written and orally, and present analysis products and ideas in an
operational environment.? You will work in dynamic fast paced
environments that requires team interaction and coordination of
efforts.? You must be experienced in interfacing with both internal and
external leadership.
A successful Senior FMV/Imagery Analyst shall perform advanced level
FMV/Imagery analysis in support of multiple DoD organizations that may
be geographically dispersed. You will use your knowledge and
intelligence acumen to provide critical recommendations to operational
decision makers for regional and point analysis with detailed analysis
products to support the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, and analyze
targeting methodology. You will work the full spectrum of the problem
set utilizing advanced geospatial capabilities and techniques to
complete the mission. You will be challenged daily to expand your
knowledge and understanding of operational application of geospatial
practices with multiple disciplines.
*You?ll Bring These Qualifications:*
* TS/SCI
* Shall perform advanced level FMV/Imagery analysis in support of
Special Operations mission regional and point analysis with detailed
analysis products to support the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, and
analyze targeting methodology.
* Candidates must have good interpersonal skills and be able to
effectively work, individually or as a member of a team, and take
the lead on select tasks as required.
* Must attend Government provided training on the duties,
responsibilities and TTPs of an Intelligence, Surveillance and
Reconnaissance Tactical Controller (ITC).
* Must be able to type a minimum of 35 words per minute without
looking at the keyboard.
* A minimum of four years of hands-on IMINT and or FMV analysis and
production experience out of last six years.
* A minimum of 6 years of experience with operational and tactical
level intelligence to include general experience in the fields of
targeting, intelligence systems, and geospatial systems.

SOSi is seeking an experienced?Electrician?to support a government
customer in?Qatar. The Electrician will be directly responsible for the
day-to-day electrical maintenance tasks in support of base operations.
The work involves most of the following: installing or repairing any of
a variety of electrical equipment such as generators, transformers,
switchboards, controllers, circuit breakers, motors, heating units,
conduit systems, or other transmission equipment; locating and
diagnosing trouble in the electrical system or equipment; and using a
variety of electrician's hand tools and measuring and testing instruments.
*Essential Job Duties*
* Install, operate, maintain, and repair interior and exterior, single
and 3 phase electrical equipment, devices, and systems up to 600V.
For any such systems that are the host base responsibility to
maintain, the contractor must first obtain client and host base
approval prior to making any repairs or changes.
* Install, operate, maintain, and repair light fixtures and lighting
systems, replace or repair of interior and exterior lighting systems
(bulbs, ballast, etc.).
* Install and repair wiring, electrical fixtures, power equipment, and
components of machinery and equipment following electrical code,
manuals, specifications, schematics, and blueprints.
* Install and repair control and distribution apparatus, including
motors, relays, switches, thermostats, circuit-breaker panels, etc.
* Install and connect power supply wiring, cables, conduit, and
electrical apparatus for equipment in new and existing facilities
following diagrams, schematics, or blueprints.
* Conduct preventive maintenance (PM), diagnose, and resolve problems
in electrical circuits, systems, and equipment using testing
instruments and equipment (including thermography).
* Test continuity of circuits to ensure compatibility and safety of
components using testing instruments.
* Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduit
using rulers, measuring devices, hand tools, pipe-threader, and
conduit bender.
* Repair or recommend replacement of electrical equipment and appliances.
* Provide electrical support for CENTCOM?s electronic security &
access control system and make repairs and enhancements required by
the client with task activities supervised/approved by CENTCOM
J2-SSO/NAVSEA-Crane Div. (owner/designer of security system).
* Operate, inspect, maintain, and perform emergent repair of
generators and backup power systems, including automatic transfer
switches (ATS) as required by the client, and approved by the host
Base when such work cannot be or is not performed by the host Base
or to immediately mitigate a hazardous situation at three CFH
Facilities (Bldgs. 9550, 9520, 9540).
*Minimum Requirements*
* Active in scope TS/SCI security clearance.
* Formal apprenticeship or equivalent training and experience.
* 3-5 years of electrician experience required.

Assists BUMED with participating in and attending EP, security and MA related exercise planning conferences, meetings and workshops. These events include Concept Development Conferences (CDCs), Initial Planning Conferences (IPCs), Mid-Planning Conferences (MPCs), Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) workshops, Final Planning Conferences (FPCs), and After-Action Review/Improvement Plan (AAR/IP) meetings.
Recommends specific formal exercises for BUMED participation, but at a minimum, includes the U.S. Fleet Forces Command Exercise Citadel Shield/Solid Curtain series, as well as all formal exercises with a known or potential EP or MA component sponsored by Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) or US Marine Corps Installation Command (MCIC), including the CNIC annual Citadel Gale/HURREX series.

Supports the BUMED EP and security staff with internal BUMED HQ level EP exercise development and planning to include training and assessment of the BUMED enterprise PI program/instruction, the headquarters Continuity of Operations (COOP) plan and the BUMED Crisis Action Team (CAT) response. This includes the full exercise development life cycle, facilitation and evaluation, and may include both Table-Top Exercises (TTXs) and Functional Exercises (FXs). Supports both recurring and pre-exercise training for the BUMED headquarters staff, to assess and improve their performance of EP related mission support.
Reviews all command level formal exercise AARs submitted to BUMED, providing feedback on the effectiveness of the exercises, to include planning and execution.
Assists the BUMED EP and security staff with training and exercise related technical support, to include drafting responses for action items and correspondence, reviewing draft policy and instructions, leading exercise scenario development, assisting with all pre-exercise preparations and post-exercise analysis, assessing the effectiveness of formal training courses and supporting BUMED staff with the full life cycle of exercise development and execution. Represents BUMED EP at DHA-led exercise development and working group meetings and will coordinate the Navy Medicine response to DHA data calls and tasking regarding EP exercises and training, including National Disaster Medical System (NDMS) related training and exercises. Serves as the BUMED lead and POC for EP related formal training courses executed by the DHA on behalf of the services, to include the Public Health Emergency Management (PHEM) and Medical Defense Support to Civil Authorities (MED DSCA) courses executed by the Defense Medical Readiness Training Institute (DMRTI). Coordinates with BUMED EP, the DHA and Navy Medicine regional staffs to determine and allocate student quotas, identifies and tracks student attendance, serves as the BUMED quota control for the courses, and promulgates course schedules and all relevant information pertaining to the courses.

This is a position with the Prototype and Manufacturing Division (PMD) machine shop at Lakehurst. The Prototype and Manufacturing Division provides critical hardware to the fleet. We overhaul arresting engines and launch valves and are the sole source of supply for the cables used for aircraft arrestment (i.e., purchase cables and cross deck pendants), we manufacture hardware in response to fleet emergencies, and we manufacture a wide range of support equipment and test this equipment appropriately. We are the sole source of supply and last source of supply for critical hardware that is essential to Navy Fleet operations.
PMD produces a large range of machined components from small components approximately one inch in size to large frames and equipment bases that are over 30 feet long. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• Understanding and programming skills of MasterCam
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and prints.
• Ability to operate equipment based on oral instructions.
• Ability to use basic measuring tools to confirm work piece dimensions.
• Sufficient math skills to calculate distances, angles, take-offs, etc.
• Must have MasterCam experience.
CERTIFICATES / LICENSES / REGISTRATION

Experience operating manual and CNC machines in a manufacturing environment. This experience shall include the setting up of jobs including the selection and mounting of vises, selection of correct cutters, properly setting machine operating and feed speeds, and related tasks.
Ability to operate heavy machinery from setup to operation to produce parts and tools from various metals, plastic, or other materials.
Ability to determine the type of tools and equipment needed to perform a job.
Ability to produce precision parts with close tolerances.
Experience performing CNC programming is preferred but not required.
