1. INTEL ANALYST - Hybrid Remote a few days per week with last minute meetings at Arlington, Virginia
Position will operate within the AF/A2/A6. Responsible to AF/A4C to focus intelligence analysis on global CBRN threats to DAF operations. Supports DAF CBRN Reset efforts to ensure priorities are aligned to threats.
Supports DAF Civil Engineer (CE), Emergency Management (EM), Counter-Weapons of Mass Destruction (C-WMD), and Mission Assurance (MA) governance bodies with current and relevant threat information ensuring DAF leaders are making informed policy and execution decisions.
Prepares briefings, BBPs, or other documentation in support of working groups, integrated product teams, and tiger teams analyzing CBRN requirements, programs, and issues.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Job Responsibilities:
โข The Contractor(s) shall provide coordinate, consolidate, develop, and maintain Expeditionary Engineering and DAF and Joint Doctrine governance and programmatic documents (e.g. DAFIs,48 policies,), action plan recommendations, task and inquiry responses, and issue resolution action plans under AF/A4C program management oversight.
Position Duties
โข Provide detailed updates to leadership and stakeholders by participating in meetings/forums and coordinating, consolidating, developing, and delivering/presenting associated meeting materials (e.g. slides, after action reports, minutes).
โข Develop and advocate for DAF capability needs into all Expeditionary Engineering and Technology initiatives under AF/A4C program management oversight.
โข Provide senior-level perspective and inputs into the development of Department of the Air Force and Joint Doctrine, policy, and guidance to codify CE capabilities, roles, and responsibilities in concert with other Services across the full spectrum of operations (peace time to wartime operations).
โข Analyze proposed policies, doctrine, strategic plans, and concepts of operation; provide recommendations to Government representatives assessing the suitability of these documents to meet Department of the Air Force requirements. Review, update, prepare, and coordinate doctrine documents, directive publications (instructions and manuals), non-directive publications (handbooks, pamphlets, etc.) and joint publications. Provide technical analysis and support for development and maintenance of DAF strategic goals, objectives, and sub-objectives.
โข Participate in and support the Readiness Sub-table, share table, and associated subordinate panels and working groups in conjunction with Government representatives.
โข Review, update, prepare, and coordinate doctrine documents, directive publications (instructions and manuals), non-directive publications (handbooks, pamphlets, etc.), and joint publications for Government approval. Assist with deliverables in the form of technical reports, white papers, briefings, point papers, bullet background papers, and/or other formats, as specified by the Government representative, consistent with Department of the Air Force requirements and within the specified delivery dates.
โข Review technical documents and prepare articulate and concise review comments for senior leadership endorsement. Assist in the development of staff packages that support the preceding tasks through the HAF electronic staffing system, to as high as the Secretary of the Air Force or Office of the Secretary of Defense.
โข Assist in representing and coordinating Department of the Air Force Civil Engineer equities in federal, joint service, and cross-functional HAF forums with other Government reps. Interface with LeMay Center, MAJCOM, AFCEC, HAF staff, AFIMSC and Joint Staff counterparts to ensure synchronization of deliverables being provided to Government representatives.
โข Review, analysis, assessment, and update, of the Engineer Force Laydown (EFL) and other readiness products. Contractor shall assist in assessing existing product and planned or projected changes to identify and propose revisions based on strategic constructs, operational plans, and Global Force Management (GFM) requirements. Information sources and tools that may be used include but are not limited to the Automated Readiness Information System (ARIS), Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS), Time-Phased Force Deployment Data (TPFDD), Military Personnel Data System (MILPDS), or interaction with MAJCOM, Centers, or Installation representatives, as required. Contractor shall assist in updating force posture, to include EFL, product as required.
โข Review and analyze tasks and products from the Task Force Continuum and assist the Division in responding to the High Velocity Analysis of Department of the Air Force civil engineer laydown and requirements to effectively and successfully advocate for resources to support engineer readiness for peacetime and wartime contingencies.
โข Review, analyze, and assist in recommending or creating Unit Type Codes (UTCs) that provide combat support capabilities guidance to posture engineer forces readiness effectively and successfully for peacetime and wartime contingencies.
โข Coordinate with multiple offices, agencies, and organizations to develop analysis and courses of action. Provide to senior DAF leadership decision analyses and provide documentation for major issue resolution. Review, analyze, and provide recommendations for policy, guidance, and strategic documentation affecting Civil Engineer peacetime and wartime contingency operations. Review, analyze, and assist in recommending or creating training and exercise program requirements to support the engineer portfolio that enable response to peacetime and wartime contingencies.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
โข Minimum 15 yearsโ recent hands experience with the above listed skills, including recent SME in area of expertise required by the Technical Order or related discipline, Expeditionary Engineering Support. Contractor shall have broad expertise in corporate processes, policies, and programs, GFM policies, guidance and strategies in a DoD enterprise environment.

This position will serve as the Small Uncrewed Aircraft System (sUAS)
on-site Instructor / Operator (IO) in support of the Security Forces
(SF) Division of Headquarters United States Air Forces in Europe Air
Forces in Africa (HQ USAFE-AFAFRICA / A4S). Duties will include provide
mentorship on RQ-20 PUMA system operations, maintenance procedures. This
position will require the Sustainment Operator to provide repairs of
aircrafts systems components, field level maintenance, system
troubleshooting and maintain maintenance records and assist with
logistical requests. Duties will also include provide initial training
on emerging Blue sUAS technology and COTS Red sUAS, operate Red sUAS for
Counter sUAS testing, training, and exercise events as needed, and
manage and log flights in sUAS Manager (SUASMAN). All training will be
conducted in the USAFAFRICA area of responsibility.The sUAS IO reports
to the HQ USAFE-AFAFRICA / A4S sUAS Program Manager (PM) and is expected
to perform as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on sUAS instruction and
operation in accordance with USAF and DoD regulations and policies.
Primary duties will require interaction with customers and regular
travel within the USAFAFRICA AOR, including deployments to remote and
austere environments.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
An active DoD Secret clearance or higher is required. Top Secret eligibility is needed if you possess a Secret level clearance.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Designs, tests and implements state-of-the-art secure operating systems, networks, and database products.
Analyses are performed at the deepest levels of total system product to include concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.
Designs and develops new systems, applications, and solutions for external customer enterprise-wide systems and networks.
Perform all actions necessary to integrate, test, and ship a complete CDS for their assigned deployment projects.
Provide customized updates to the existing site-specific pre-deployment checklist.
Integrate and test each complete system (i.e., hardware, software, and filters) in accordance with the pre-deployment checklist and site-specific test procedures.
De-install, pack, and ship each system in accordance with the pre-deployment checklist.
Recommend such site-specific modifications to documentation and/or training materials, as it deems necessary to ensure a successful deployment.
Provide high quality cross domain services to meet DoD Raise the Bar initiatives that will enable the program to remain compliant with appropriate DoD-approved architectures, programs, standards and guidelines.
Provide hardware and inventory control for classified and unclassified configuration end items.
Maintain and update the existing inventory control-tracking system to account for all hardware and inventory controls with the DISA Property Custodian.
Plans daily activities within the guidelines of company policy, job description and supervisorโs instruction in such a way as to maximize personal output.
Responsible for aiding in own self-development by being available and receptive to all training made available by the company.
