Description:
Specific Job Description. The selected candidate will work as a team member in the group for laboratory development on various high fidelity lab/aircraft projects. The specific near-term assignment will most likely the development of high fidelity sensor avionics ( IR, EO, radar, IRSTS, RWR, MLD, and electronic counter measures ) as well as ground early warning sensors ( EWS ) and Surface to Air Missile (SAM) target tracking radars. Candidate will participate in the software development of high fidelity, multi-ship, man-in-the-loop fighter simulations.

• Exercise Development & Maintenance: Requires writing of documentation, processes and procedures and participation in designated exercise activities. Also may require the contractor to develop the scenarios/injects of an exercise as defined by the Government.
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive training and exercise capability. This broad-based capability will be designed to support staff from the most senior levels to the working-level emergency staff. It will address policy, plans, procedures and concepts contained in plans and supporting documents.
2. The contractor shall assist in maintaining a COOP Test, Training, and Exercise (TT&E) program in accordance with the COOP TT&E Program Strategy.
