Position Description Perform system administrator duties supporting multiple complex system operations at the Top Secret/SCI level at the 14th Air Force Command Center. Responsible for managing and maintaining SMS and WSUS on closed networks, verifying and cross referencing NOTAMS, IAVA’s and PMO approvals as part of their responsibilities. Monitors system resources and troubleshooting system problems in support of space assets. Provide technical assistance to all efforts pertaining to the JSPOC to include but not limited to system implementation, integration, test and deployment of the ISC2 systems.
General Requirements Background in JSPOC mission systems in use at Vandenberg AFB id highly desired.
Specific Requirements Technical Skills Required:
Individual must have extensive experience installing, maintaining , and troubleshooting Microsoft (MS) operating systems 2003, XP, and Vista, MS Active Directory, group policy, and DNS. Required knowledge/experience in MS Systems Management Server (SMS) 2003 and Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) skill to manage the patch and remote install processes for multiple networks. Must have experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting MS server applications of exchange 2003, IIS, SharePoint Portal, Terminal server, and Domain controllers. Must have experience installing and maintaining MS office products along with other GOTS and COTS products. Multiple years experience in network operations performing daily monitoring, end user application support and network troubleshooting is required. Experience in technical support operations, CITRIX, NetApps (File Server), Legato Back-up software, Symantec endpoint, Remedy ticket system, and CISCO switches are highly desirable. Professional able to independently accomplish complex requirements and work within AF, DoD, and security rules and regulation to accomplish customer goals and expectations. Capable of following defined procedures, using software toolsets and supporting peripherals to facilitate the network system operations at the JSPOC. Must be able to successfully perform with minimum supervision, be self motivated to achieve goals and work well as an integrated team member.
Background Experience Required: Experience in Microsoft Windows Client and server operations and maintenance. Must be able to perform in a mission-orientated environment centered on mission availability and quick response to customer requirements in a highly stressed atmosphere. Position Description Responsible for the administration of the Scenario Injection and Generation System (SIGS) at the Alternate Missile Warning Center (AMWC). Performs patch and test of the CCIC2S to support software version and interface testing. Assists in the development and distribution of the OMAC training program, reviews CCIC2S technical literature, and recommends OMAC procedural improvements. Trains OMAC and other staff in CCIC2S operation and administration, and familiarizes staff with the SIGS and CCIC2S enterprise structure and procedures. Troubleshoots SIGS and CCIC2S problems that the crews have been unable to resolve. Fills in for crew positions as required, to include operating and administering the Sun Enterprise–based CCIC2S in support of the Missile Warning Mission. Diagnosing and troubleshooting CCIC2S problems using SysOps monitoring and control tools, administering the enterprise LAN, and making on-line and off-line changes in support of operations, test or exercises. Coordinates plans, procedures, and system changes with contract leadership, customers, users, and developers as needed. Participates in technical and programmatic meetings as required.
General Requirements • Ability to utilize HP Openview for system management is highly desirable. Ability to use Cisco Works for network administration is highly desirable.
• Experience using HP Openview , Cisco Works, VMWare, and Active Directory is preferred. Hardware maintenance experience is a plus.
• Security administration experience is preferred. Job requires occasional shift work and extended shift hours to meet customer requirements.

Description of work
Open-Source Intelligence Analyst requirements include tasks associated with Decisive Counter Terrorism phase of operations to include supporting through interpretation: Sensitive Site Exploitation, Document Exploitation. OSINT Analysts shall be required to accompany Special Forces on Combat missions. They shall support Operation Enduring Freedom – Trans Saharan Human Intelligence and Signals Intelligence Collection missions.

The Signals Collection Advisor/Trainer will serves as a trainer/assistant advisor to the Director General Intelligence Service (DGIS), Directorate of SIGINT and Information Affairs (DSIA), ensuring the DSIA provides operational level Signals Intelligence in support of the Ministry of Defense.
Principal Accountabilities:
*Advises the DSIA on the purchase, installation, operation and maintenance of Signals Intelligence collection equipment to meet all MOD/DGIS SIGINT requirements.
*Advises the DSIA on developing a Signals Collection architecture to optimize collection against MOD targets of interest, and documents costs to build to the architecture.
*Works with the contractor to develop training and SOPs on the collection system purchased by DSIA, and assists with the training of collection personnel. Advises on the development of a collection management system that encompasses all DSIA collection personnel and systems.
*Assists with the development and implementation of SOPs for SIGINT collection management that is exportable to other GOI Intelligence organizations.
*Advises on the establishment of an officer and enlisted collection management training development program for use at the Military Intelligence Academy.
*Ensures the collection management process developed can leverage the existing and future SIGINT architecture and infrastructure. Ensures the appropriate access and utilization of secure communications architecture with subordinate units, Iraqi intelligence agencies, and coalition forces.
*Mentors the professional development staff to establish an annual training plan that captures all necessary resources to include budgetary requirements to enable appropriate financial forecasting in future budgets.
*Assists in the implementation of an internal and external exercise program that quantitatively measures the effectiveness of the DSIA collection management system. troubleshooting, and obtaining service though existing service agreements

e) Ability to troubleshoot electrical circuits and perform repair at the
component level.
