Position: Candidate will support Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) Atlantic and U.S. Marine Corps to provide the latest version Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) compliant products that detail enterprise architecture (EA) and systems architecture into complementary and consistent views for Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) C2 programs of record.



Candidate will develop, reconcile, normalize and integrate architecture products with the Architectures of the Joint C4ISR community, as required. Candidate will develop architecture products that will:



a) Capture capabilities contained in or derived from MAGTF C2 CONOPS and other related Joint, Naval or Maritime concepts under development;

b) Capture appropriate tasks from doctrine and tactics and emerging Mission Essential Tasks (METs);

c) Increase the rigor of analysis by aligning with and drawing from approved integrated architecture products and supporting concepts and other operational level C2 and net-centric warfighting concepts from various Joint and inter agency sources;

d) Align with and support the Capabilities Based Assessment (CBA) process;

e) Where appropriate, use DoDAF-compliant data formats and descriptions that capture the idea of Communities of Interest (CoI) as integral to the net-centric environment.



The candidate shall be required to have expert understanding and experience with specific DoDAF products (e.g., OVs, TVs, SVs) required for MAGTF C2 initiatives.



Education: BS degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Computer Science, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business.



Experience: Ten (10) years of direct work experience with C4ISR. Five (5) years of work experience to include: Design, Development, Production, and Test & Evaluation of C4ISR architectures. Understanding of the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS) process. Federal Enterprise Architecture Certification (FEAC) is a plus.



Additional Information/Work Location: Pay is variable, depending upon experience and is negotiable. Responsibilities:

- Conduct or attending daily, weekly, and/or monthly production/project status meetings with supporting operations work centers and/or key suppliers to measure, report progress, and recommendations to both Operations and program leads

Qualifications:

Knowledge and Capability Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable of overall Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) Acquisition and Business Support Services (ABSS), NASA organization, direction, and requirements of contract efforts and able to provide responsible program management and leadership for directing the activities of project teams in accomplishing diverse tasks
- Knowledge of MSFC functional concepts and capabilities related to NASA acquisition and business processes


Experience Requirements:
- Must have at least 10 years experience in NASA/MSFC organization and program management
- Must have experience in budget and financial analysis, procurement systems services and developing business processes, leadership and personnel management
- Experience in acquisition policy and management, administration and data processing services



Requried Education/Training/Certification Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management or Engineering or other related field or discipline
- Level III DAWIA Professional Certification in Acquisition, Contracting and/or Program Management (multiple preferred)

Location: Northern VA Overview:
Serve as a recognized professional authority in at least one engineering discipline or specialty area. Conceive and develop solutions to complex analytical, design, and test problems that programs experience. Contribute to systems philosophy and design objectives. Responsibilities:
The Program-assigned Systems Engineering (SE) Leader is responsible for leading a program element, space segment, or space vehicle SE Team to direct and control a totally integrated engineering development of the program mission, space and/or ground segment/element. This position applies to a number of positions within the National Security Space Business Division.
As a senior-level engineer, the position is expected to be self-directed using previous experience to lead mission and/or space vehicle design and analysis efforts, and recognize and mitigate program-wide critical technical issues while operating within budget and schedule constraints.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, develop, and critique mission architecture, space vehicle design and analysis, and end-to-end verification & validation activities
- Conceive and develop solutions to complex analytical, design, and test issues that the program may experience
- Develop and ensure proper execution of the Program Systems Engineering Management Plan
- Space/Ground segment chief technical interface at all scheduled program meetings and reviews
- Technical management of the space vehicle elements including subcontracted items/deliverables/work packages

RequirementsTASBU Advanced Systems & Applied Technology Division (6185) requires a Lead Systems Analyst located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base/Beavercreek, Ohio. The position involves supporting acquisition programs at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. Our program provides real-time, human and hardware in the loop, high-fidelity modeling and simulation support for most major Air Force acquisition programs to include the F-22, Airborne Electronic Attack, UAS, and Network Centric Warfare. A critical emphasis for the program is applying a rigorous, systems engineering-based analysis of Systems of Systems (SOS) integration of these and other programs. The Lead Systems Analyst will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and reporting on modeling and simulation-based SOS analyses. The Lead will also apply systems engineering processes in the conduct of these SOS analyses. The Lead directs project team personnel, supports cost and schedule management, ensures contract compliance, and serves as a customer interface. The Lead Systems Analyst will report directly to the Program Manager; interfaces with other Task Leaders/PMs/ Subcontractors, and frequently with customers. The successful candidate must thrive in a tightly integrated team of Government, SAIC, and other contractors in a highly dynamic environment. The successful candidate must possess strong team building skills and show aptitude mentoring and coaching analysts and developers. This position requires minimal travel.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
The candidate must possess an active Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret. The candidate must possess at least 15 years experience in applying systems engineering processes to analyses within the context of modeling and simulation and flight test or development laboratories. This position requires experience working in DOD test and development facilities. The candidate must have a detailed knowledge of at least one military application domain such as electronic warfare, airborne networking, command and control, or flight systems. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to apply their experience to the design of analyses and experiments from minimal customer requirements. The candidate must possess experience developing, measuring, analyzing, reporting measures of performance and effectiveness. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency with statistics, probability theory, forecasting, regression, and qualitative analysis. Experience with the use of constructive and virtual (real time, human-in-the-loop) simulation and analysis capability with high fidelity, synthetic battle spaces to evaluated network-enabled war fighting capabilities, current and future weapon systems, and SoS concepts. The candidate must also possess outstanding communications in written/oral skills evidenced by published articles and/or published conference presentations.

DESIRED SKILLS:
A Top Secret clearance is desired. A broad working knowledge of military systems and concepts is also highly desired. Candidate experience with tools such as MATLAB/SIMULINK, OPNET, or JMP is a plus. Understanding of the basic physics of dynamics, electromagnetic propagation, and coordinate systems is highly desired. Experience as a lead analyst or developer on major studies is strongly desired. Graduate degree in systems engineering, systems analysis, or operations research highly desired.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s in Operations Research, Engineering or related discipline with at least 15 years of practical systems analyst experience. Graduate degree in a related field is highly desired.

24. Position: LAN Support Center II Technician (Colorado Springs, CO)

Duties: The LAN Support Center II provides resolution to desktop related hardware and software issues over the phone and directly with customers. Individual resolves high priority technical problems within 15 minutes and works to resolve user application questions and resolves network resource use questions. Candidate must have extensive knowledge and the ability to work with Windows XP, Vista, Server 2003, ADUC, SMS and other network management tools. Familiarization with Automated Call Distribution systems is desired. Applicant must have the ability to troubleshoot most laptop/desktop hardware platforms.

Initiates, tracks, and closes all actions in Remedy Action Request System, updates ticket status in Remedy, and verifies closure status with customer. Assist with on-the-job training as required.

Qualifications: The LAN Support Center Technician II should have completed some work toward MCSE, MCSA or MCDST and have a High School diploma, 1-2 years technical training or equivalent experience, with 2-3 years experience in electronic technology, and 1-2 years experience in networking. Good communication skills are mandatory, as well as the ability to work harmoniously in a team environment with government customers and other contractors. Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current DoD Secret security clearance.

Preferred Experience: Experience with Air Force communication networks and mission control centers at Schriever AFB or Onizuka AFS is highly desirable. Experience with Air Force communication systems and 50th Space Wing is highly desirable.

24/7 includes shift work and weekends.
