9. This position will support the Army Prepositioned Stocks (APS3) program located in Goose Creek, SC.

This Deputy Program Manager will assist the Program Manager in his duties as directed. In the non-availability of the Program Manager, the DPM will act as the single overall manager and point of contact for all contractor operations and management functions. As the first in succession to the Program Manager the DPM is responsible for managing a material maintenance and supply operation facility at the Naval Weapons Station, Goose Creek, SC. Manages this facility as an equipment service and maintenance hub for Army Prepositioned Stocks (APS) stored on maritime vessels, to include but not limited to, Large Medium Speed Roll-on/Roll-off ship (LMSR) and sustainment Supply Support Activity (SSA) container ships, returning from the Army Area of Responsibility (AOR) missions and other sources. Provide system support (AWRDS) to ship's ammunition operations. Manages the ship download to upload, obligatory service and maintenance of the various types of equipment as well as supply activities associated with container ships within the number of days specified. Manages accountability, repair, rebuilding, reconfiguring and preserving and repacking equipment, equipment sets, material supplies and special sets kits and outfits (SKO) for long term storage afloat, on site or redistribution. Oversees equipment maintenance stored aboard ship while deployed. Lead a major project to install Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) support services for the U.S. Army within the continental United States. I. JOB SUMMARY

Manage a technical services department responsible for personalizing plastic cards with variable data, encoding magnetic stripes, and printing static or variable barcodes. Achieve the personalization department's delivery schedule, accuracy, and cost standards. Maintain current standard operating procedures. Train staff and operators to sustain department's objectives in an error free environment. Lead by example to motivate and coach employees. Teach employees to value company policy and departmental standards. Deliver superior personalized products.

II. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Control cost, improve productivity, and maintain accuracy of department's services. Measure department performance based on standard costs, customer specifications, and scheduled due dates.

• Receiving, monitoring, and processing trouble tickets. Routing and reviewing trouble tickets with positive call closure.
• Maintaining procedure files for all actions accomplished by the 844th CS Help Desk, originating procedures when needed, reviewing for current accuracy and revising when necessary.
• Advanced trouble shooting includes resolving calls related to user accounts and the full range of MS Office applications.
• Responsible for proper configuration of each workstation and laptop so that the appropriate network connections are set for each user.
• Responsible for installation of new hardware: workstations, both desktops and laptops, and peripherals to include printers, scanners, digital scanners, external storage devices, and specialized card readers.

Requirements:

• All applicants must posses an Active Top Secret Clearance. Accordingly, U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Network+ or Security+ certification
• A+ certification is desired.
• Microsoft certification is a plus

Others duties shall include support to FSO/CSSO in managing operational and physical security at the facility.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must have 3 - 5 years minimum experience in the areas of systems engineering, network engineering or systems administration, and computer security.
• Candidate must have experience in securing classified infrastructure including understanding of DCID 6/3 (corresponding ICD), NIST 800-53, DITSCAP, and DISA STIGs.
• Experience with PKI and DoD PKI policies in particular a plus.
• Experience in computer incident response desired.
• Must be conversant and competent with the most common operating systems (Windows 2003 Server, Windows XP, etc) administration including TCP/IP configuration; security settings; domain, user, and group management; event logging and auditing; disk backup and restore; hardware and software configuration management; virus and intrusion detection;.
