1. Requirements: SAIC is currently looking for a detail-oriented Help Desk Specialist to work within our Enterprise IT Solutions Division based in Dumfries VA. The qualified individual will provide first line technical support to computer customers with questions regarding account administration, access requests, procedures, documentation, and system status.

Duties/Responsibilities Include:
• Consistently provide excellent customer support by responding to telephone contact and e-mail requests for assistance.
• Resolve or assist in resolving customer inquiries accurately and efficiently
• Create and assign new trouble tickets to relevant tier groups in a timely manner
• Provide assistance to users by extracting data through standard or ad hoc reporting means and assisting users in creating and modifying their custom reports.
• Seek information from team members and other tier groups to aide in finding solution for non-routine ticket issues
• Follow Tier 1 processes, procedures and best practices as outlined by the Service Desk Manager
• Provide input and updates to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Knowledge Base Articles
• Record special messages (examples: outages, system performance problems, holidays) on ACD phone system when applicable
• Prepare weekly Accomplishments Report of key activities performed during the week.
• Extract and analyze Help Desk Metrics and brief the status of help desk activities to team leads.
• Send out User Notification e-mail messages when events impact user base


Candidates must possess:

This individual will have to work closely with all business functions to develop new product and customer presentations and demonstrations. Coordinate activities with other BD Managers to exploit market leads and cross market opportunities. Will manage and strengthen existing customer relations and develop new business opportunities with existing customers by providing superior customer service. BD will be directly involved in new product and material development, engineering, testing and manufacturability.

BD Manager is responsible for developing new business opportunities within existing and new customers for the following product lines: ceramic composite, steel or fiber composite. JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or business or equivalent work experience in a armor manufacturing environment. Prior US Army experience in armor procurement, management and coordination is strongly preferred.
• Desired Requirements: Minimum of five years of sales and customer service experience and delivering results supporting multiple large customer accounts or equivalent work experience as a Senior Officer in the U.S. Military. Experience working within or supporting U.S. Army’s Tank-automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) and/or armor vehicle programs within the Department of Defense is preferred.

5. Intelligence Planner (Arlington, VA)
I3 requires the services of an intelligence planner for strategy and plan development. The intelligence planner will develop and maintain intelligence plans required by DoD Directives, regulations, orders or other formal guidance. Performs inventory and quality assurance/procedures functions in accordance with AFMAN 23-110, Volume 2, Part 2, and other pertinent directives. The work schedule may include occasional weekends and irregular shifts.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (duties & responsibilities and percentage of time spent performing functions).
- Manage the project inventory program. Responsible for establishment of the annual warehouse validation and inventory schedules for SBSS and MICAS storage locations. Establish inventory deadlines as the date on which the inventory begins, and provide copies of the inventory schedule to all affected functions and to the government quality assurance representative (QAR).
- Prepare SBSS parameter requests the day before the inventory count deadline date and forward to Computer Operations personnel for input during end-of-day processing. Process an R12 Inventory Count Listing. For MOBAG assets, obtain applicable MICAS location reports to perform inventories.
- Perform inventories. May task other project personnel to assist in inventory counts. Coordinates with outside activities; i.e., supply points, off-base activities, etc., to schedule/perform inventory. Update Count Format Images (CIC) to update physical count quantities and perform recounts as required. Update MICAS inventory sessions readiness, and DB comparisons, as applicable to update date of last inventory (DOLI) if applicable.
- Establish inventory schedules and conduct all inventories. Research inventory discrepancies, process inventory adjustments as necessary, and maintain appropriate and complete documentation to support adjustments. Obtain supporting documentation, certification and approval signatures on the original copy of the Consolidated Inventory Adjustment Register (M10/NGV836).
- Prepare and submit monthly Inventory Analysis Report to PM and QAR.
- Authenticate inventory adjustments; prepare and collect backup documentation for the Monthly Consolidated Inventory Adjustment Document Register (M10/NGV836) for PM and LRS/CC signature.
- Update all inventory-related monthly metric slides; i.e., How-Goes-It, LRS Metrics, etc,.
- Manages the reject program.
- Perform Records Custodian duties, assist with supplements and self-inspection/ higher headquarters checklist program; and prepare periodic inventory analysis.
- Provides customer assistance as required. Performs housekeeping duties, labor assistance and/or other tasks in other project functions as assigned by the Project Manager, Deputy Project Manager, and immediate supervisor.

One year experience in the Air Force Standard Base Supply System, stock control and/or equipment management experience preferred. Must be customer service oriented, with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workloads.
