2.Managing, mentoring and evaluating GCSS-Army Finance instructors.

• Retest the system processes after corrective actions are applied to the application.
• Validate regression testing of defects identified in earlier testing.

DESCRIPTION: The individual selected for this position will be assigned to the Property Management/Shipping and Receiving Team of the LGS Westminster Operations Team and will report directly to the Government Property Manager.

This individual will be responsible for all facets of property management for their assigned Programs and Projects as well as for assisting the Government Property Manager with the overall property management program for the LGS Westminster facility. This person will be responsible for asset life cycle management of both company and customer owned assets.

The selected candidate will prepare and post asset property records along with all required supporting documents required to track the entire asset life cycle, from acquisition to final disposition. This person will conduct physical periodic asset inventories, asset location surveys, self-assessment audits of asset data base records. As a subset of the asset property records, preventative maintenance and calibration records will be established and monitored as required. This position will require the individual to run reports and organize reports to various formats. They will then analyze the report information to insure that established report outcomes are being met. The position will require the candidate to work closely with Program and Project managers to provide the maximum support possible for Program and Project requirements.
Additional duties will include but not be limited to Shipping and Receiving (lead role), and a close working relationship with Finance, Contracting, and Materials Management Teams. These duties will include causative research of records to resolve all issues as they arise. Direct contact with both internal and external customer and vendors will occasionally be required.

This position will require periodic local business travel.

Applicant must have:
1. A working knowledge of the requirements of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) especially as addressed in the FAR rewrite of June, 2008, FAR Parts 45 and 52. Along with and understanding of “Best Business Practices” and “Voluntary Consensus Standards “, is required.
2. A minimum of five years of experience in asset life cycle management along with professional certification at the CPPS (specialist) level from the National Property Management Association is required.
3. A minimum of five years of experience working with asset life cycle management automated property management tracking systems. Experience with enterprise level systems is required. Additional experience in the use of legacy automated or manual property/asset management systems would be beneficial. Basic Qualifications: (REQUIRED)
Have - A minimum of 5 years experience in a key position in an organization providing IT systems support
Demonstrate knowledge and experience in the following skills:
o Headquarters staff experience (MAJCOM or Air Staff)
o Microsoft SharePoint system design and development.
o A wide range of IT principles, concepts, and methods
o Communications Systems
o Knowledge of system architecture and integration techniques
o Ability to review/revise/develop policy
o Ability to initiate and implement enhancement plans
o Ability to read, assess, and understand network topologies
o Microsoft Office computer skills are mandatory (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
o Program/Project Management

Education:
A Bachelors Degree. An additional four years experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

Background:
The SharePoint Administrator (SME) shall have the knowledge, skills, and abilities/qualifications to accomplish the tasks specified below.

Track and report status of project milestones and action items on Client SharePoint site. Provide details of pending action items and milestones and any potential delays/issues to Client functional representatives and Client leadership. Compile inputs and deliverables associated with action items and milestones, post status on the Command’s information management system e.g. SharePoint as directed by the Government.

Assist in the development and maintenance of Client SharePoint site and webpage’s and assists command functionals with development of their SharePoint sub-sites and webpage’s. Provides assistance to represent Client at conferences and meetings and present briefings. Participates in discussions, meetings, conferences, committees or special IT projects. Analyzes areas of concern, identifies problems, and resolves conflicts through persuasive discussions with management and user representatives.

Assist Client staff in technical expertise, support, administration, and maintenance of SharePoint and various command Webpage’s. Recommends approval and revisions regarding mission/business processes to Client for command-wide implementation. Focuses on the business posture for command-wide Information Technology (IT) applications.

Assist in the development of Client policy on SharePoint and webpage usage. Provides assistance to subordinate levels on capabilities of SharePoint and command Webpage’s. Conducts review of Performance Work Statements for systems or software development to ensure contracts include provisions to assure delivery of good quality hardware, software, and that required computer systems and services are reliable and maintainable. Directs and coordinates matters concerning contract implementation, interpretation, and application. Analyzes business cases and recommends expenditure of funds for automation resources.

Provide Staff Action Support. Performing assigned staff action duties as tasked to manage Client related programs and execute responsibilities required for effective resource management. The Contractor shall support staffing of information/decision packages through the HQ Chain of Command, monitor/track suspense’s/taskers, and prepare other correspondence as necessary such as briefing slides, memorandum, eSSS, and reports for MAJCOM.

Provides SharePoint and webpage training to command end users as required.
