Position Description • Maintain and optimize, with available resources or those provided by the government, Siemens HiPath 4000 C2 console system. Use vendor-provided technical specifications and technical data regarding other Siemens HiPath 4000 configurations to optimize and improve local configuration in order to better facilitate CP C2 mission. Identify to CP management when external resources are required (i.e. Siemens tech support or parts) and project need far enough in advance to reasonably avoid mission impact or downtime.
• Role includes:
o Consultation and assisting advocacy, socialization, coordination, and production efforts for CP systems administered by the 460th Space Wing.
o Perform detailed analysis and research utilizing all available sources of classified and unclassified information, including government-provided and vendor-provided technical schematics, drawings, product information and software configurations.

The Contract Support Manager is accountable for all aspects of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for the assigned program(s). 16. Job Description Information Brief Description: IT Systems Engineer to function as the Integrated Test Lab (ITL) Manager. The ITL Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of the MDA Integrated Test Lab (ITL). The position is on the JRDC program at Schriever AFB, CO.
Complete Description: The ITL Manager will lead the development and maturation of an integrated test lab environment. As part of the development effort, the position will evaluate and define the intended purpose of the lab and will assess the current equipment availability to ensure it adequately addresses the intended purpose and/or make recommendations to ensure an operable test lab capability is instantiated. The test lab manager will manage the test lab activities including day-to-day scheduling and prioritization of activities based on need and availability of assets. The test lab manager will ensure configuration management of the lab in accordance with Change Management processes. The test lab manager will develop and refine the ITL Concept of Operations, develop processes to govern lab use and activities and procedures for use. The test lab manager will maintain design oversight of the ITL and recommend upgrades and changes as appropriate. The lab manager will perform ESX design and administration, set up organizations and workspaces, set up network templates, set up virtual machine templates, manage media library, manage user groups and roles, monitor lab manager, backup and maintain ESX Hardware.
Minimum Requirements: Ten years of progressively complex technical and managerial experience in an IT/test environment. Three plus years of hands-on experience using VMware products including ESX 3.5, vSphere 4.0 and vCenter products (including vCenter Lab Manager and Site Recovery Manager). Five plus years of relevant System Administration experience including: Hands on experience with Windows 2003/2008 administration; Hands-on experience with SAN and iSCSI storage technologies; Analysis and design of complex distributed systems environments; Working knowledge of Unix or Linux; Understanding of systems management concepts, processes and standards, and capacity / performance management; Strong experience with resource management (including resource scheduling and conflict resolution).

Position Description Provide (develop, and/or acquire, maintain and /or operate and document results from) statistical, stochastic and deterministic computer analysis tools for quantitative and qualitative modeling of Global ISR systems; to include manned and unmanned airborne, space-based, maritime surface and subsurface, mobile and fixed terrestrial sensors and systems; and the associated TCPED. These tools shall include modeling capabilities for evaluation of design, operation, performance, effectiveness, manpower, logistics, supportability, manufacturability, reliability, programmatics, and cost. Overview:

Minimum Required:
A DOD Top Secret Security Clearance with DCID 6/4 eligibility.
Ability to pass a physical and a government psychological assessment.
Must be willing to travel frequently to austere and hostile overseas locations
Desired:
* B.S. or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or IT related field.
* Military background and experience with Special Operations.
