Manager, Prime Contract Management
Our Client in the looking for a Military Contracts (ACO and/or PCO) Officer
with a minimum of 10 years of experience to manage a team of Junior
Contracts Leaders.


Description: 4 roles: 3 overseas, 1 SE CONUS

There are multiple roles, with 3 overseas and 1 in the US. These are all
full-time employee positions, with the overseas tour for 1 year (renewable
for 4 years). Experienced Sr Contracts Leaders will provide in-country &
CONUS support for LOGCAP operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Serves as a Prime Contract Administrator and has direct interface with
Government administration personnel, providing contract administration
support for the client with the Government personnel assigned to Defense
Contract Management Agency - International.
2. Responsible for the effective administration of an assigned Task Order
(s) in relationship to the assigned location in accordance with Company
practices and the task order requirements.
3. Responsible for assisting the Senior Leadership team for LOGCAP in the
management and effective contract administration strategies to ensure
compliance with task order and basic prime contract requirements.

4. Responsible for assisting in managing an effective change management
program in coordination with Project Controls, Estimating and other
personnel involved in change management.

Basic Job Requirements:

* Minimum Bachelor Degree required in a related discipline (HIGHLY prefer
Masters)

* Demonstrated experience in DoD contingency contracting and the Federal
Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Defense Supplement there to, with an in
depth knowledge and experience in the use and management of FAR Part 42, FAR
Part 15, change order accounting / negotiations, cost accounting standards,
cost/price and estimating, and DCAA audit requirements.
* Prior experience in (Air Force, Navy, Active Army) as a Procuring
Contracting Officer (PCO) with Central / Systems level experience with the
Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), or assignment as an
Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO) with DCMA.

* DIAWA Certifications greater than Level 2

* Excellent interpersonal skills and critical thinking skills.
* Excellent time management skills, with good leadership skills.
* Ability to instruct and inform program personnel about Government
contracting requirements.
* Excellent time management skills a must.
* Work as part of an Contracts Team as well as managers Jr Contracts
personnel in country.

Operators deliver expedited air freight to local, regional and national customers throughout the continental United States. Operators are typically out 2-3 weeks, averaging 2500 miles per week for solo drivers and 5500 miles for team drivers. The average home time is 3-5 days. All loads are dispatched through fleet managers. 60% of loads are drop and hook. Company will pay for lumper on all operator assist loads. Dedicated lanes are available.

The C4 Support Specialist must have an extensive background in commercial telephony switching support, and significant experience with secure telephony technologies in use throughout the CJOA. These include, but are not limited to: RedCom IGX telephone switches, KG-84, KIV-7A, and KIV-19 Encryptors. The C4 Support Specialist must also possess a working knowledge of IP communication and troubleshooting as providing these services for the US forces infrastructure is considered part of routine daily function.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The C4 Support Specialist must have strong credentials in IP network routing, switching, security and telephony and be capable of applying those skill sets to newly fielded DoD systems in support of the warfighter. The C4 Support Specialist will be responsible for regular maintenance of all RC-X owned C4 equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, encryptors, radios, PCs, and servers. The C4 Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting the installation, inspection, repair and maintenance of all current Audio and Visual Systems residing in RC-X owned buildings. The C4 Support Specialist will troubleshoot and correct deficiencies and related problems pertaining to A/V systems within the USFOR-A South area of responsibilities. The maintenance and deficiency correction will include, but is not limited to, on site repairs to A/V equipment, fabrication of A/V cables for replacing bad cables and for unforeseen A/V and communications requirements and validation of systems being re-fielded.
The C4 Support Specialist is responsible for operation of Video Teleconference (VTC) equipment. Experience with Tandberg 1000 and 1700 Desktop VTC Units is essential for the successful support of the Video Teleconferencing C2 systems. The C4 Support Specialist will also be responsible for coordinating with the J6 to facilitate the return of all items under warranty to their appropriate repair facility, as well as, the re-shipment and reintegration of said equipment back to its originating location. The C4 Support Specialist will provide high-tier desktop support, PC maintenance and server administration. The C4 Support Specialist will perform workstation connections, configuration, integration, and testing. The C4 Support Specialist must have a working knowledge of IP networking and an in depth knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory. The C4 Support Specialist performs preventive maintenance for hardware and software such as equipment cleaning and vacuuming, cable/connection inspection, software virus protection, and configuration integrity.
The C4 Support Specialist must have an extensive background in operation, installation and maintenance of high frequency (HF), very high frequency (VHF), and ultra high frequency (UHF) radio systems. The C4 Support Specialist must be capable of erecting and maintaining the associated antenna systems with the arch radio. The C4 Support Specialist will be capable of using an encryption fill device to update COMSEC as required. Additionally, any COMSEC must be stored in accordance with regulations and be destroyed per guidance from the J6. Ability to work in a team environment and a working knowledge of the overall mission is required for the success of the C4 Support Specialist.

The Network Infrastructure Specialist must have an extensive background in commercial wiring, to include copper, fiber, and coax. The Network Infrastructure Specialist must possess knowledge of standard color codes for said cabling. 23. POSITION TITLE: Senior Project Engineer (Afghanistan)
JOB SUMMARY:
The Sr. Project Engineer shall be the SME for designing, engineering and installing any and all commercial or tactical communications. The Sr. Project Engineer will supervise the engineering, installation, and quality assurance of all communication projects. The Sr. Project Engineer will be the primary technical point of contact (POC) for all network and telephony equipment. The Sr. Project Engineer is responsible for participation in planning and execution of immediate and long-term projects, network expansion and integration with other customer networks.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Sr. Project Engineer will support the maintenance of wiring, including, but not limited to, copper (network and telephony) and fiber optic cabling. For some of this work, the Sr. Project Engineer shall be required to work and/or coordinate with other military and civilian Agencies or groups to contribute to the successful completion of larger tasks. The Sr. Project Engineer will be responsible for the installation of commercial and tactical communications. Responsibilities include supporting the installation and maintenance of wiring, including, but not limited to, copper (network and telephony), coax cabling and fiber optic cabling inside and outside of buildings within the supported location and outside plant wiring between supported location buildings within the service area of TCFs, ADNs, and/or CPNs. Background in commercial wiring, to include copper, fiber, and coax required. The Sr. Project Engineer must possess knowledge of standard color codes for cabling. Must know how to pull, terminate, patch, and splice cabling (indoor and outdoor). Will have extensive knowledge in direct burial cable, manhole and ducting systems and have a working knowledge of Installation, Information, Infrastructure Modernization Program (I3MP) standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, electrical or computer sciences preferred or applicable equivalent work experience in a technical environment.
• Desired Requirements: Minimum 7 years experience performing in position related fields.
Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills; ability to deal with a wide range of customers and senior military leaders; must be comfortable working in a military environment.
