Position Description BSS and Network Infrastructure Developer for the Air and Space Operations Center (AOC) Weapon System Integrator (WSI) program. This position is a Software and Network Engineer responsible for architecture, design, implementation and documentation of the AOC WS Boundary Security System (BSS) and Network Infrastructure (NI) including design, configuration, implementation, documentation and test of Cisco Routers/Switches, Sidewinder firewalls, DNS, Adonis DNS, SMS, SMTP Gateway, CiscoWorks, Cisco ACS, TACACS+, HP OpenView, NetApp & Net backup, VMware, NetIQ Audit Logs Manager, HBSS, SNMPv3 Trap, Retina Scan, RADIUS and LDAP Authentication / Authorization strategies, and managed security ports and protocols for the entire AOC.
Duties to include: Provide network engineering expertise for the development, implementation, testing, optimization, and documentation of the Network Infrastructure/ Architecture in support of the AOC WSI. Design, implement, maintain and upgrade existing AOC WS BSS, Network Infrastructure and Architecture. Provides specifications and detailed schematics for network architecture. Provides specific detailed information for hardware and software selection, implementation techniques and tools for the most efficient solution to meet business needs, including present and future capacity requirements. 6. JOB TITLE: SAFEHOUSE OPERATIONS AND CRISIS LINE COORDINATOR (Colorado Springs, CO)
REPORT TO: SafeHouse Manager
TIME REQUIREMENT: 30 hours a week
SYNOPSIS: The person in this position organizes the general household operations, daily maintenance, and crisis line organization at the SafeHouse.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
FOOD MANAGEMENT
• Prepare shopping list and purchase food and supplies.
• Assist with kitchen maintenance as necessary.
• Access community resources as necessary to assist in the control of the budget.
• Keep food storage organized and rotated and fully stocked.
VEHICLE MAINTENANCE

SYNOPSIS: The person in this position identifies private and government grant funding opportunities, coordinates with program teams to develop goals and objectives for proposals, writes grant proposals and donor reports, and assists the development director in stewarding relationships with funders. The grant writer will also assist the development team by providing written material for marketing and communications efforts such as the annual report and website updates.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
TEAM LEADERSHIP— GRANTS:
• Acts as the team leader for solicitation of government, foundation and corporate grant proposals.
• Conducts grant prospect research, ranks prospects and schedules all grant submissions.
• Coordinates donor cultivation and stewardship efforts with development director prior to submitting proposals.
• Schedule and write all grant reports.
• Maintains hard copy grant files
• Maintains donor database files for grant funders including scheduling and note
• Responsible for tracking position performance benchmarks toward fundraising goals
COMMUNICATIONS & OTHER SUPPORT:
• Acts as a valued support person assisting in written communication needs for development department and agency, which may include website content and collateral materials development or editing.
• Is responsible, in a checks and balances audited atmosphere, to track and make bank deposits.

• Develop knowledge and expertise regarding domestic violence and sexual assault.

SYNOPSIS: Provide clinical services to children and adolescents who suffer from a range of psychological difficulties related to difficult life experiences. Psychological difficulties include depression, anxiety, aggression, learning difficulties and ADHD. Difficult life experiences include abuse, grief, family breakdown, domestic violence and trauma.
RESPONSIBILITES:
Client Services

JOB SUMMARY/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Performs all essential Chief Engineer duties and maintenance. This position will not have any hiring or firing authority. This position will require a flexible working schedule. You must be a US Citizen who is able to read, write, comprehend, and speak English.
PRIMARY DUTIES: Leads, assists, and performs the maintenance, diagnostic testing, overhauling, installation, and effects repairs un a large variety of types extremely sophisticated refrigeration, dehumidification, air-conditioning, ventilation and heating systems equipment. The systems serve critically controlled environmental installations. Is called on to research specifications as provided by other parties and make installation corrections required ensuring proper function of equipment as required by tenant agency requirements. Must be proficient in operating and understanding the complexity of building Energy Management Systems. Must be able to operate special equipment associated with a laboratory environment; DI water systems, Acid Neutralization Stations, etc. Chief Engineer will be responsible for any service calls and all preventive maintenance work orders assigned by the Project Manager or the Alternate Project Manager. They will also be responsible for helping with the distribution of work orders and preventive maintenance work orders. As well as being fully responsible for all paperwork associated with his/her daily work. They will also assist in the estimating of projects as assigned by the Project Manger or Alternate Project Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: Will have at least 4-years experience of the trade of his/her trade in a facility similar in size and scope as the maintenance efforts required as well as 1-year of Lead supervisory experience in the Operation .and Maintenance of Commercial and/or Laboratory buildings. The Chief Engineer must have excellent skills and experience in troubleshooting, testing, repair, and maintenance to all HVAC including systems and devices located in typical office and laboratory facilities, chillers and boilers and both low and high voltage. Must hold a universal license in the handling of CFC's. Must have a thorough and advanced knowledge of every cycle and its components; such as electronic circuitry, high and low voltage electricity, pneumatic and electronic control systems that sense minute changes in temperature and humidity, dew points, air water and refrigerant pressures; air and water flow and overload protection. Must have skill and technical ability to interpret so as to complete installations and repairs as required and must be able to apply advanced trade techniques to modify and execute in order to minimize equipment down-time. This is done without benefit of direct supervision. Must have a working knowledge of other trades such as: sheet metal; fire dampers, zone control, airflow volume and velocity and damper linkages. Plumbing; water and steam supply, drainage, gravity systems, condensate, water make up evaporation and human protection systems. Electric; circuit breakers, relays, solenoids, transformers, timers, electromagnetic contactors, vacuum tubes, motors and motor controls and overload protection devices. Must be proficient in all types of soldering and brazing.
This work requires the service of a highly skilled and knowledgeable Chief Engineer with the necessary specialized training in this field. Must be well versed in the use of many and varied types of test equipment such as volt-meters, ammeters, amp-probes, psychrometers, capacitor analyzer temperature testers, leak detectors, micrometer, CO2 testers, vacuum gauges, and meggers.
