We are unique from most companies in that all manufacturing is done on-site. As a hands-on leader, you are responsible for the effective development of a team of 10 dedicated people in purchasing, planning and materials control. The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
1. Effective leadership and development of the materials team.
2. Leadership of the material, planning and inventory control functions.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
1. At least 10 years of recent direct people management experience
2. Knowledge or training in Lean Manufacturing with a particular focus on Materials
3. At least 5 years of hands on experience utilizing an MRP System
