1.0 Technical Specifications:
The following technical specifications are provided to demonstrate the task environment in which the services will be delivered. The following specifications are not directives on how the services are to be provided but an example of what traditionally has been required to successfully support the task order objective. The contractor is encouraged to surpass the minimal technical specifications as well as demonstrate technical, operational, and administrative expertise to support the customer in exceeding organizational and departmental objectives.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE: The contractor shall provide professional support and technical assistance to the Multi-National Corps – Iraq (MNC-I), C3 Transitions Cell as a Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES) specialist to provide subject matter expertise for the Time Phase Force Deployment Data (TPFDD) process and JOPES functions.
1.1 Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES) Specialist:
1.1.1 Responsible for the Time Phase Force Deployment Data (TPFDD) process for Multi-National Forces Iraq, Multi-National Corps Iraq (MNC-I), and all subordinate units.
1.1.2 Coordinate redeployment details with Transportation Command, Central Command, Army Central Command, Forces Command, Department of the Army, 1st Army, and Department of Defense (DoD) agencies to support MNF-I and MNC-I units.
1.1.3 Ensure timely and accurate validation of execution TPFDD to supported commands for scheduling of strategic and intra-theater lift.
1.1.4 Responsible for tracking all redeployments of Army units assigned to MNF-I or MNC-I.
1.1.5 Build, refine, and validate Unit Line Numbers (ULN) to include personnel and short tons of cargo.
1.1.6 Manage Plan Identification (PID) for annual Army requirements deploying to and from Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF).

Experience with BMD M&S representations such as DE SIM, Remote Environment, EADSIM, I-SIM, etc. Experience with implementation of data and voice networks to include but not limited to TDL, VMF, UHF and Satellite communications. Responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the native plant seed nursery, greenhouse, seed processing center and associated grounds. EXPERIENCE:
