3. Network Tech/Application Developer (VA and Afghan)

Skill sets: Experience on Web based application development preferably for cellular systems. Knowledge of APIs and ability to rapidly prototype an application using position and sensor data and rendering locations and status on commercial mapping programs a major plus. *Evaluate requirements and technologies to support new proposed external portal for DLA (Microsoft SharePoint, SAP Portal)
*Assist with implementation of pilots for creation of portal Dashboards using tools like Visual Composer
*Assist with implementation of pilot using SAP DUET technology (Microsoft-SAP partnership)
*Provide day to day administration and support of existing portal environments

Scope of Work:

*As a member of the TPL Portal/SSO team, work with other experienced members of the portal team to support portal environments based on current SAP NetWeaver portal, CA SiteMinder and Active Directory technologies
*Assist with evaluation of requirements and technologies to support new proposed external portal for DLA (Microsoft SharePoint, SAP Portal)
*Assist with implementation of pilots for creation of portal Dashboards using tools like Visual Composer
*Assist with implementation of pilot using SAP DUET technology (Microsoft-SAP partnership)
*Provide regular project and status updates to TPL Team lead

Requirements:

*Familiarity with SAP's EP7 portal environment
*Familiarity with SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP CRM
*Experience with DLA's technical EBS environment
*Experience with Windows Server 2003

Job Description:
The Program Manager (PM) reports directly to the CEO. The PM is responsible for supervising direct reports to assure full compliance with the Life Cycle Contract Support contract. The PM is responsible to provide an annual budget and periodic updates forecasting the Program’s performance to the budget. It is the PM’s responsibility to manage the sub-contractors performance and assure full compliance with their assigned portion of the contract.
Qualifications:
• Must have a four (4) year degree in a managerial discipline and/or certification as Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute
• Must have five (5) years managing aircraft integration and support systems
• Must be able to qualify for and obtain a Secret Security Clearance
• U.S. Passport required
• Retired LtCol/Col, preferred
• Army Aviation specific experience
