Position Description Scheduler to assist M&S Task Order (TO) Leads and Event Leads in developing IMS's traceable to the Integrated Master Plan (IMP), the TO Basis of Estimates and resulting in an IMS that can be integrated at the Program level. M&S TOs employ approximately 80% discrete tasks. The scheduler will use the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) to assess progress against the IMS. The IMS must be resourced to assist the TO Leads in understanding facility and personnel conflicts. The scheduler will work with Systems Engineering Technical Processes (Configuration Management, Risk Management,
Requirements Management and Data Management). Scheduler will work closely with M&S TO Leads, Project Managers and Infrastructure Matrix employees. They will develop and manage the M&S schedule management process and will facilitate integration across all JRDC TO / Projects. The scheduler will identify critical paths and collect useful reporting metrics. The scheduler will coordinate with TO Leads and Event Leads for progress/status reports and be responsible for generating EVMS data. The scheduler will also develop recommendations on appropriate schedule structures, resource allocations, level of detail, naming conventions, and procedures for use within the projects.

Job Description:

Responsible for providing assistance and support regarding acquisition planning, contract award, and contract management related to Government, FAR-, DFARS-, and SOFARS- compliant contracts while assigned to the Directorate of Procurement. The Contracts Manager will be responsible to contractually support the assigned USSOCOM Division Chief and/or Contracting Officer for contract management and administration, both pre- and post-award, of all aspects of individual contract(s) assigned including but not be limited to the following: acquisition planning, funding, small business and other document coordination, fact finding, market research, methods of contracting such as sole source or full and open competition, and Justifications and Approvals (J&As). Further responsibilities include providing expert support to contracting efforts, such as, but not limited to, drafting Requests for Proposal (RFP), supporting proposal evaluations (but not be a voting member of any source selection boards), and summarizing cost/price data for analysis. Contract Managers will draft Business Clearance Memoranda (BCM); draft solicitations and contracts in Procurement Desktop-Defense (PD2)/Standard Procurement System (SPS); and ensure post contract award coverage of CDRL documentation, modifications, correspondence and general contract administration. The Contracts Manager will function as a point of contact for Program Managers and external customers such as DFAS, DCMA etc. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for supporting the Government Contracting Officer in executing assigned contracts in accordance with the FAR, DFARS, and USSOCOM SOFARS policies, legal requirements, and other Government and SOAL-K guidance. The Contract Manager will be required to understand the unified contract format, to review and edit contract sections for accuracy and completeness, and to have solid administrative and e-file documentation skills. The Contract Manager will be responsible for advising Program Managers of contractual terms, conditions and obligations; assessing contractual and program risks and recommending the means to mitigate those risks; and identifying program opportunities for greater efficiencies and cost-effectiveness. The Contract Manager will also be responsible for keeping both program and Government Contracting Officer informed of the status of the program and any potential problems or risks faced by the program. The Contract Manager will be responsible for interfacing with all levels of USSOCOM program, contracts and business management including senior and executive levels. With regards to any of the above responsibilities, the Contract Manager will never determine or approve a particular outcome, strategy, or document etc; they will merely draft or assist a government individual in the drafting of it and a government individual will retain the authority to approve it.

Description: Responsible for the performance of a relatively significant program or multiple smaller programs in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. Oversees the technology development and/or application, marketing, and resource allocation within program client base. Will also be responsible for the performance of multiple test, evaluation, and development programs under the auspices of the U.S. Army Electronic Proving Ground (EPG). EPG provides test and evaluation capabilities to the Army for C4ISR systems including system characterization, assessment, and experimentation. In addition to Ft. Huachuca EPG has operating locations at White Sands Missile Range, Fort Hood, Texas, Fort Bliss, Texas, Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, and Fort Lewis, Washington. The successful candidate will oversee the technology development and/or application, marketing, and resource allocation across all facets and locations of the EPG. The successful candidate would be expected to integrate efforts at these distributed test sites in support of the EPG mission. This program area represents personnel experimental design, instrumentation development, modeling and simulation, rapid prototyping, software development, and electromagnetic environments. Additional program areas include engineering, logistics, systems analysis, quality control, test management and administration.
Education: Applicant must have a Master's degree in a directly related technical or business field with a minimum of ten years of experience as a manager of complex systems engineering and/or testing efforts.
Experience: The ten years of experience must include managing personnel with similar personnel qualifications and personnel qualifications relevant to the contract job title. At least five years of managing similar Government contracts with comparable projects or activities in size and complexity. The Program Manager must be capable of planning, directing, and coordinating the work activity of the technical personnel involved in all aspects of the contract. The Program Manager must be capable of integrating problem resolution into ongoing work without loss of work force efficiency.

Position Description:
The Columbia Group (TCG), a technical services support company with a successful 30 year history of providing the United States Military with acquisition, logistics management, engineering, design, fabrication, test and evaluation, information technology and financial management support services.
The G-BOSS Program Liaison is responsible for coordinating Ground-Based Operational Surveillance System (G-BOSS) equipment support for Marine Corps operational units in military theaters of operation. Monitor field service representatives (FSRs) and trainers within theater and provides independent assessment of fielding and sustainment status. Assist FSRs and trainers, as required, to facilitate optimal system performance and readiness. Required Education Skills and Experience:

Job Summary:
An Assignment Oriented Training (AOT) Instructor provides realistic, performance oriented training curriculum using an approved program of instruction during a 2 week course of instruction to a group of approximately 24 students. The AOT Instructor will teach the Call for Fire portion of the BOLC-B course when not engaged in AOT instruction. The AOT Instructor delivers training using one of the following methods: class room, individual hands on, simulated, during field training, at distant learning locations or during training exercises. The Instructor prepares programs of instruction, delivers training, evaluates and assesses student performance, prepares training materials, coordinates training support, establishes the classroom environment, and provides mentorship to students. Instructors must maintain competence as Fire Support Platoon NCO at all times, and maintain current knowledge of emerging technological advances in equipment, weapon system, and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP). An AOT Instructor serves as either a primary or assistant instructor.
Qualifications:
• Must have an active secret clearance.
• Must have an associate’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
• Must be capable of operating and teaching students operations of the BFIST (25mm machine gun, 7.62 machine gun, Forward Looking Infrared (FLIR), lightweight laser designator range finder, vector, and other target identification systems as they are introduced to the Army.
• Must be competent in teaching from the following Field Manuals: FM 6-30, FM 6-20, and FM 3-09.8 chapter 3.
• Must be a graduate of the Advanced Non-Commissioned Officer Course or equivalent course.

Job Summary:
A Program Manager has full authority to manage and direct the efforts of the workforce. The Program Manager ensures the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the Performance Work Statement are met and performed in accordance with the published quality control plan. Required Qualifications:

• Must have 15+ years of military experience and 10+ years of leadership experience. Must be a graduate of Command, General and Staff College.

The technical writer works in conjunction with the senior instructors, and project leads to integrate new correspondence into programs of instruction and ensure prepared course work is current, relevant and up to date. The doctrine writer reviews existing and or Joint, Allied, Multi-Service and Army doctrine and prepares revisions, and updates after conducting thorough research and analysis of deployment operations. Additionally, the technical writer reviews lessons learned and after action reviews and revises current doctrine. The Technical Writer develops, revises, and edicts doctrine and publishes it via paper publications, electronic, or web-based media.

Qualifications: Required Qualifications:
• Must have a secret clearance.
• Bachelors in English or related field is desirable
• Must have three (3) years experience in technical writing and/or editing
• Knowledge and ability to use Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word
• Able to multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communications skills both written and oral
