Silverback7, Inc. has IMMEDIATE openings for Counter-IED experienced All Source Intelligence Analysts with active TS/SCI clearances to work as a member of a government-contractor team providing analytical support to the National Ground Intelligence Center's Counter-IED Targeting Program (CITP). The work location is Charlottesville, VA.

The positions (journeyman to senior) entail a minimum 6-month deployment OCONUS to secure analysis facilities in Afghanistan as a member of an analytical team. A successful candidate will possess tactical intelligence experience and will likely have at least one deployment as an intelligence analyst. The analysts will produce intelligence assessments and target support packages.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Produce intelligence assessments and target support packages (TSPs).
*Perform Pattern, Trend and Link analysis.
*Analyze message traffic and IED reporting.
*Research, review, evaluate, and integrate all-source data to contribute to and/or produce draft and finished all-source assessments.
*Provide expert all-source research, analysis, and intelligence analytical products.
*Maintain and update databases
*Produce regional assessments.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
*High School Education and experience as an all-source intelligence analyst.
*Experience developing all-source intelligence assessments to support counter-IED efforts.
*Formal service training as an intelligence analyst.
*Proficient in the use of computer tools common to the intelligence community such as; DCGS-A, Pathfinder, M3, Analyst Notebook, Falcon View, AMHS and others.
*Currently possess an active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.

2. Media Analyst (Iraq)

Avanti Placements has an immediate need for a Media Analyst to Monitor Iraqi, Pan Arab and Western Press for development, trends, news stories of interest as they relate to US Forces Iraq in the areas of security, politics, economics, international relations, communications and other topics as directed. The candidate must be able to deploy by May 15, 2010.

The Media Assessment Analyst will analyze large amounts of information and effectively communicate finds to senior military and civilian audiences while meeting delivery schedules and timelines. The Analyst assesses trends in media reporting, and assesses the effectiveness of USF-I and GoI media engagements.

Regular duties involve monitoring and analyzing international websites and forums, writing regular and irregular reports, some quantitative analysis, briefings, and similar duties. This is a great opportunity for individuals with foreign language skills and international experience who enjoy keeping abreast of current events. The Analyst is responsible for collecting stories, coding them, and completing a write-up that includes graphs, a summary, an analysis and an assessment. In addition the analyst is expected to collect stories, create a PowerPoint slide with graphics to brief at the weekly Public Affair (PA) Sync meetings. Team members are often given a short time to provide analysis and assessment on a given topic. Outputs typically come in the form of papers, PowerPoint slides, raw data pulls and e-mails.

The successful candidate will have at minimum an MA and two years of experience in International Relations, Security, Political Science, Journalism, Sociology, or related fields. Fluency in Arabic (other languages an asset), in-depth knowledge and experience in the Middle East region (especially Iraq); and outstanding writing and analytic skills, are all required.

These positions will provide excellent pay for OCONUS. Specifically, Telum is seeking qualified USSF Veterans with previous experience in their respective MOS as a Special Forces team member within the last five years with current combat deployment experience in OIF and/or OEF. We are searching for a Senior Product Verification Engineer to work in Fluke Network's Product Verification team to ensure quality and customer satisfaction of industry leading network test solutions. Duties : This is a developmental Air Traffic Control Specialist (ATCS) position responsible for the safe, orderly and expeditious movement of air traffic through the nation's airspace. Vacancies for both the Terminal and Enroute options may be filled from this announcement. The Terminal option controls air traffic at airports and give pilots taxiing and takeoff instructions, air traffic clearances, advice based on their own observations, information from the National Weather Service, Air Route Traffic Control Centers (ARTCCs), flight service stations, pilots, & other sources. Terminal Air Traffic Controllers transfer control of aircraft to the En Route Center controller when the aircraft leaves their airspace, and they receive control of aircraft coming into their airspace. Air Traffic Controllers in the En Route (Center) option give aircraft instructions, air traffic clearances and advice regarding flight conditions while en route between airports. They provide separation between aircraft flying along the Federal airways or operating into or out of airports. As a new Air Traffic Control Specialist, you will spend your first several weeks of employment in an intensive training program at the FAA Academy in Oklahoma City, OK. While attending academy training you will be on a temporary appointment. Salary: Individuals, who successfully complete initial qualification training at the FAA Academy and all other requirements for continuing employment, including evaluations required by the Air Traffic Organization (ATO), may be given permanent appointments with a salary of $33,700 base pay. The purpose of this Knowledge Management support is to assist with the implementation and training of US specific Knowledge Managers in theater so all organizations are effectively working towards the same goals as directed under the current campaign plan.

Contractor must have a SECRET/TS/SCI clearance level.
