The BEI Analyst is part of a fast-paced team tasked with creating all-source, action-oriented intelligence products and solutions for NGIC and deployed commanders.
During the OCONUS (Afghanistan/Iraq) phase, the BEI Analyst represents NGIC in providing dedicated forward biometrics support to deployed commanders. The candidate is responsible for all matters related to biometrics intelligence for forward tactical and operational commanders and other selected organizations and agencies within the CENTCOM area of operations. The candidate will serve as a focal point and subject matter expert for facilitating biometrics-related issues, taskings, briefings and integration of biometrics into the targeting process as well as enable integration with rear intelligence support teams at NGIC.
During the CONUS (Charlottesville, VA/NGIC) phase, the BEI Analyst will provide direct, 24/7 reach-back support through NGIC to the forward commander. He or she will perform rapid data-mining and research to create all-source biometric intelligence products, provide input to the Biometric Enabled Watchlist (BEWL), and help standardize TTPs for BEI with a focus on the Afghan counter-insurgency mission. The BEI analyst will also support the warfighter through biometrics-centric research on IED networks and provide broad analytical reach back capability.

Compensation:
1. $ 5800 per month for 365 days a year whether on vacation or not. ($69,600 base salary plus another $10,000 bonus for every 12 months that they complete with the company (all tax free as long as person spends no more than 30 days in the next 12 months in the United States.) This money is pure take home pay. This would be about the same take home pay (79.6K) a person would make if they received an 96K Gross salary in the United States.

2. 63 days vacation a year (In three "21 day" increments). Most people will come home for the first R&R and then, to avoid crossing the 30 day tax-free mark, will fly their spouses to Paris or Australia or Canada or Mexico,etc.for the next two trips. If you start 30 days after the new year, don't worry your tax status is "pro-rated" to fit this issue
3. THREE "company paid" round-trip flights home a year (or an equivalent distance if you want to go to Australia or Paris, etc for vacation)

Qualifications and Evaluations
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Specialized Experience:
Applicants must have one year of specialized experience in private industry, public service, non-profit or volunteer work that is equivalent to the next lower grade level in the Federal service which provided the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Experience is typically in or related to the work of the position as described in the Major Duties above.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must meet the basic qualifications for one of the series listed below (Computer Engineer GS-0854/ Electronics Engineer GS-0855/ Computer Scientist GS-1550).
Computer Engineer GS-0854 or Electronics Engineering GS-0855 – Basic Qualifications: To qualify for either of these series, applicants must meet at least one of the following Basic Entry Requirements and provide supporting documentation for verification:
A. Possess a bachelor's or higher degree in professional engineering. To be acceptable, the curriculum must: Be in a school of engineering with at least one curriculum accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) as a professional engineering curriculum; OR include differential and integral calculus and courses (more advanced than first-year physics and chemistry) in five of the following seven areas of engineering science or physics: a) statics, dynamics; b) strength of materials (stress-stain relationships); c) fluid mechanics, hydraulics; d) thermodynamics; e) electrical fields and circuits; f) nature and properties of materials (relating particle and aggregate structure to properties); and g) any other comparable area of fundamental engineering science or physics, such as optics, heat transfer, soil mechanics, or electronics.
OR
B. Combination of education and experience: Successful completion of college level education, training, and/or technical experience that furnished (1) a thorough knowledge of the physical and mathematical sciences underlying professional engineering, and (2) a good understanding, both theoretical and practical, of the engineering sciences and techniques and their applications to one of the branches of engineering. The adequacy of such background must be demonstrated by one of the following:
a) Professional Registration -Current registration as a professional engineer by any State, the District of Columbia, Guam, or Puerto Rico.
b) Written Test - Evidence of having successfully passed the Engineering-in-Training (EIT) examination, or the written test required for professional registration, which is administered by the Boards of Engineering Examiners in the various States, the District of Columbia, Guam, and Puerto Rico. Applicants who have passed the EIT examination and have completed all the requirements for either (a) a bachelor's degree in engineering technology (BET) from an accredited college or university that included 60 semester hours or 90 quarter hours of courses in the physical, mathematical, and engineering sciences, or (b) a BET from a program accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) will also be acceptable.
c) Specified Academic Courses - Successful completion of at least 60 semester hours or 90-quarter hours of courses in the physical, mathematical, and engineering sciences and in engineering that included courses specified in the basic requirements. The courses must be fully acceptable toward meeting the requirements of a professional engineering curriculum as described in paragraph A above.
d) Related Curriculum - Successful completion of a curriculum leading to a bachelor's degree in engineering technology or in an appropriate professional field, e.g., physics, architecture, computer science, mathematics, or electronics, may be accepted in lieu of a degree in engineering, provided the applicant has had at least one year of professional engineering experience acquired under professional engineering supervision and guidance.
Computer Scientist GS-1550 – Basic Qualifications: To qualify for this series, applicants must meet the following Basic Entry Requirements and provide supporting documentation for verification:
1. Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science.
OR
2. Possess a bachelor's degree with 30 semester hours in a combination of mathematics, statistics, and computer science. At least 15 of the 30 semester hours must have included any combination of statistics and mathematics that included differential and integral calculus. All academic degrees and course work must be from accredited or pre-accredited institutions.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: In addition to meeting the BASIC QUALIFICATIONS for one of the series, applicants must also meet additional qualification requirements to qualify for a particular grade level.
To qualify at the GS-09 grade level, applicants must have the following:
1. EXPERIENCE: One year of full-time specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in the federal government performing tasks such as the following: 1) analyze and define cyber security requirements; 2) perform risk analyses, including risk assessments; and identify potential security risks. NOTE: The contents of your resume must fully and explicitly support this response.
2. EDUCATION: Two years of graduate level education leading to a master’s degree that provided the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work. Such fields include computer science, electrical engineering, and engineering.
3. COMBINATION: A combination of experience described in "A" above and education described in "B" above. When combining education and experience, first take the total number of semester hours (or equivalent) earned and divide by 36 semester hours (or equivalent); then take the total number of months of experience and divide by 12 months; finally, add the two percentages. The total must equal at least 100 percent to qualify.
To qualify at the GS-11 grade level, applicants must have the following:
1. EXPERIENCE: One year of full-time specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the federal government performing tasks such as the following: 1) develop and implement programs related to analyzing and reducing cyber threats or vulnerabilities; 2) disseminate cyber threat warning information; and 3) assist in network testing and implementation activities. NOTE: The contents of your resume must fully and explicitly support this response.
2. EDUCATION: Three years of graduate level education leading to a Ph.D. that provided the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work. Such fields include computer science, electrical engineering, and engineering.
3. COMBINATION: A combination of experience described in "A" above and education described in "B" above. When combining education and experience, first take the total number of semester hours (or equivalent) earned and subtract 36 semester hours. Divide the remaining hours by 18 semester hours (or equivalent); then take the total number of months of experience and divide by 12 months; finally, add the two percentages. The total must equal at least 100 percent to qualify. Only the graduate education in excess of 36 semester hours may be combined with experience to qualify.
To qualify at the GS-12 grade level, applicants must have the following:
One year of full-time specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the federal government performing tasks such as the following: 1) manage or supervise work involving the design, construction, and operation of computer systems used to detect cyber threats or weaknesses; 2) integrate numerous devices into a computer system (e.g. systems, equipment, application programs, etc.); 3) develop and implement programs related to analyzing and reducing cyber threats and vulnerabilities; and 4) evaluate network infrastructure to detect critical weaknesses or gaps in defensive capabilities. NOTE: The contents of your resume must fully and explicitly support this response.
CERTIFICATIONS: The following certifications are recommended for this position, but not required:
• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certification
• CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) certification
• CCNA certification is preferred.

When you are hired from the U.S. mainland, you are entitled to additional benefits as a federal employee. These

For qualified/approved positions, up to 25% of annual rate of pay, paid as a recruitment or

A Local Market Supplement (LMS) currently set at 4.72% (taxable) of annual base rate of pay. LMS
to be set at the rate of the Rest of US (RUS) over a three year period.
Tax‐free Cost of Living Allowance (COLA), now at 20.94% of annual base rate of pay.
Non‐foreign post differential (NFPD) currently set at 4.06% (taxable) of annual base rate of pay.
Use of the U.S. Naval Hospital on a pay basis.
In addition to full privileges to enjoy all MWR facilities and services, full commissary privileges
and privileges at Navy and Army Air Force Exchanges.
Entitlement to reside in military family housing on a pay basis. (Restrictions may apply.)

Temporary Quarters Subsistence Expense to assist while locating a permanent a residence (120‐day

annually, which can be used while in overseas tour status.

Assorted Managers. We are seeking a variety of well qualified management level candidates in anticipation of upcoming world-wide projects. We anticipate the following key positions but this is subject to change.

4)Life Support Services Manager – Manage say to day program life support activities to include facilities maintenance and repair, health, safety and environmental requirements in various OCONUS locations.
5)Procurement Manager – Manages the organization, planning and implantation of all purchasing/material activities including general purchasing, subcontract management, Resources, financial controls and material management. Directs the Development and Control of Policies, Procedures, Programs assures timely and economical procurement of all materials, parts, assemblies, equipment and services as well as the timely planning, control and distribution of all materials, property and customer assets required for the program. Oversees the review proposal, negotiates prices, selects recommends, suppliers, analyze trends, follows up orders placed, verifies delivery, approves payment, and maintains necessary records.

Standardized/Instructor Pilot – In the Country of Columbia

The purpose of this position is to serve as the Standardization Pilot/Instructor Pilot in support of the U.S Army Initial Entry Rotary Wing (IERW) pilot training program for Colombian military pilots. The incumbent works under the direct supervision of the Program Manager and in direct coordination with the Maintenance Manager. The incumbent is based in Melgar, Colombia. The incumbent works in close coordination with the Colombia Military (COLMIL) and the Tactical Aviation Field Team (TAFT) to ensure safe reliable aircraft are available to perform the mission. Ensures a high availability rate and the highest quality maintenance for all assigned aircraft. Supervises assigned personnel to ensure strict compliance with the applicable policies, procedures and regulations established by the Departamento de Aeronáutica Civil Colombiana (ACC), US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Military Standards. Provides leadership and technical assistance to the COLMIL in the planning and control of the flow of daily maintenance in support of IERW. The incumbent provides leadership and guidance and assists with the supervision of CCE personnel and ensures compliance with CCE policies and guidelines. Provides periodic management reports and evaluation of assigned personnel.

UH-60 AIRFRAME TECHNICIAN
Perform full range of aircraft sheet-metal repairs, re-work and restoration, modifications and structural analysis utilizing visual inspection, specialized tools and Non Destructive Methods of Inspection (NDI). Familiar with the use and application of Depot Maintenance Repair Manuals and technical publications associated with the repair requirements. Evaluate aircraft schematics and specific technical requirements to determine suitability of materials to manufacture fuselage components to meet OEM specifications. Apply Modification Work Orders (MWO) as applicable. Knowledge of applying Service Bulletins (SB) and Safety of Flight (SOF) directives.
Experience Required:
Ten years aircraft structural repair experience and/or the completion of specialized courses in aircraft structural repair.
Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and interpret technical documents, including manuals, technical data, and blueprints.
Special Knowledge/ Skills Required:
FAA Airframe & Power Plant Certificate required.
CMF 15 aviation MOS series or other military branch/commercial equivalent (15G preferred).
60/ S70 aircraft experience required.
US citizen with a valid US passport.

CREW CHIEF (S-70B)
Perform duties as a Crew Chief on the S-70B helicopter. Participate as a non-rated crew member for diagnosing aircraft malfunctions (track and balance, functional check flights, etc). Perform pre-flight and post flight inspections and repairs as applicable. Perform aircraft services IAW applicable technical publications.
Experience Required:
A minimum of ten years mechanic experience on multi-engine rotary wing aircraft is required.
An FAA Airframe and Power-plant License is required.
A minimum of three years experience as a crew chief on multi-engine rotary wing aircraft is required.
S-70B experience is required.

Performs the full range of modification, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic fuel quantity indicating systems, electronic fuel systems, engine and utility indicating systems, electrical systems, communications and navigation systems. Uses special test equipment and procedures peculiar to each system to locate and isolate defective units and interconnecting wiring.
Performs repairs as required.
Experience Required:
Ten years avionics experience on fixed wing or rotary wing aircraft at the intermediate and/or depot level.
Experienced in maintaining avionics systems and associated components including navigation systems, radar systems, ADF, VHF/VHF-FM/UHF and UHF-FM radios, Inter-communication systems, Instrument landing systems (ILS), aircraft electrical systems and aircraft instrument and lighting systems.
Three years experience on UH-60 platforms.
Special Qualifications Required:
A valid FCC Airframe and Power-plant license/FAA repairman license is required.
