Ideal Innovations Inc. is seeking an All-Source Research Analyst to perform research and analysis of all-source data derived from multiple and specialized databases and prepare issue papers and recommendations based on analysis.

Duties:
Conduct research and analysis of insurgency, terrorism, counter-terrorism, conventional and unconventional warfare operations, information operations, and asymmetric warfare trends to support all-source threat characterizations and vulnerability assessments.
Prepare input for inclusion in scheduled or on demand Red Team products supporting emulative analysis and task/concept analysis.

Requirements:
Education: Master’s degree in one of the related disciplines, preferably with a strong Middle East or South Asia or other regional expertise.

This requirement is across the team – not all members need to speak all languages. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Twelve (12) years experience in DoD acquisition support, program planning, financial budgeting, financial management, tracking, reporting, and evaluating metrics, organizing and managing critical aspects of the development, production, deployment, and sustainment of capabilities, systems, subsystems, and equipment.
Bachelors degree.
Program management training and experience equivalent to DAU Level I certification in Program Management.
Knowledge/understanding of laws, principles, policies, and practices of systems acquisition and program management.
Experience supporting DoD programs of similar scope.

The Senior Acquisition Management Specialist will provide analytical support for USSOCOM Component (including JSOC) requirements generation process and the appropriate association with the JCIDS process, JROC, and other DOD and IC capabilities-related requirements processes. Contractor will coordinate and prepare recommendations to command and the component staffs, as well as GO/FO/SES and Political Appointee level leaders in USSOCOM and OSD for coordination and approval. Contractor shall provide support requirements related studies and policy/directive reviews and and/or preparation USSOCOM Components related interests. Acquisition Specialist will provide drafted input for Congressional, OSD, and Command responses to requests for information on ground, air, maritime, C4I, and rapid response materiel requirements and activities.

Required Qualifications
• In-depth understanding and experience with acquisition management principles and processes.
• Knowledgeable of USSOCOM operations, equipment, systems, processes and culture.
• Work experience in the joint environment required.
• Knowledge of and experience in the Special Operations Forces Capabilities Integration and Development System (SOFCIDS) and Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS) processes are required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and an ability to coordinate with all levels of leadership.
• Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office © applications preferred.
• Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) or civilian equivalent Level III certification in Program Management preferred.

Job Description:
Aerotek is currently seeking several Intelligence Imagery Analysts to support the Air Force Europe's headquarters facility in Ramstein AFB, Germany. This is a long term contract and relocation is available for qualified and selected candidates.

The imagery group provides imagery analysis support primarily for full-motion video (FMV), but also supports electro-optical (EO), infrared (IR), multi-spectral imagery, Advanced Synthetic Aperture RADAR System (ASARS) imagery in support of DGS-4 operations.

Support first- and second-phase imagery exploitation and generate voice and textual reports IAW mission reporting requirements. Support military intelligence database updates as required. Derive precision geolocation points and conduct mensuration from imagery using standard DCGS precision point positioning and mensuration tools. Produce tailored imagery-based products in response to routine and ad hoc requests and provides these products to the government prior to release. Earn formal mission crew position qualifications in accordance with DGS-4 requirements for DGS-4 crew work as required by the QAP.

Position supports 24/7 shifts, weekend and holiday work will be required, and are mission essential and are deployable. Personnel require Top Secret/ Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).

Ideal candidates will have experience on various commercial satellite imagery (CSI) formats and sensors. Be able to employ DCGS-baseline and National Technical Means (NTM) imagery exploitation support applications to include Deployable Transit-case System (DTS), Dissemination Element (DE), Imagery Exploitation Support System (IESS), and Imagery Product Library (IPL).
