Clearance: Secret (Active)
Duration: Contract Length
Qualifications: TBD
Availability: Immediate
//Please answer the following//
* Salary requirements: ___________
* Availability date: ______________
* Clearance: ___________________
* Deployable: ___________________
* Cover letter: __________________

Required Qualifications:
Company is searching for highly-qualified CPOF instructors who can deploy to support users in-theater (OEF), teach others how to use it, and give briefings on the best ways to implement CPOF in a Marine COC (roughly, the Marines’ version of a TOC).

CPOF Knowledge –
Help us to understand your CPOF and Military Information Flow Knowledge. Send us your responses to the following points:
CPOF – Which Version, how long, how often, and where have you used/administered CPOF (Be Specific)?
CPOF – Do you know what a “task” is and what a ‘mission card’ is?
Could you tie mission cards to something like an overlay or an operational area on the map (i.e.: Can you use “tasks”?
Can you assign units to the mission and attach assets to that unit?
CPOF – Do you know how to develop process(es), from working with the customer, to documenting it, training it, evaluating it in support of reducing the time it takes for the end-user to deliver CCIRs (Commander's Critical Information Requirements)
Can you put that data into 3D and analyze it with charts and filtering.
Advanced: Do you have experience with an honesty trace? (Few People Do!)
Advanced: Maps – Do you know how to process raw map data and put it into CPOF?
Advanced: CPOF web… Any experience with CPOF Web?
Advanced: SharePoint – Do you know how to design sites by adding and editing webparts. For Example: Could you create a trouble ticketing system of your own, using lookup fields and filtering the views. Could you create a report based off of the data you enter?
Advanced: Processes – How familiar are you with developing TTPs, SOPs, Battle Drills, CCIRs that support a unit’s need for, and management of, information? Give examples where you’ve worked-with/developed any of these…Army? Marines? Other?

COC Skill Sets - Optional
Besides knowing CPOF…how many of these “other” items do you know? We don’t “do” the COC work, but it is helpful if you know…
Virtual Local Area Networks (VLAN) – Do you know how to set-up and maintain one?
Subnetting – Do you know how to calculate subnets/subnet masking?
Storage (NAS) and Storage Area Networks (SAN) – with what back-up systems are you familiar? USB-based? Ethernet-based? Other?

Multicasting – Do you know how to manage a router table to set-up multicasting?

COC Power distribution – Do you know the ins and outs of the PDU, and how power is routed through a COC? Do you understand the power draw of the systems and could you draft a power distribution plan for a new COC (or any building) that just went up? Could you design the power scheme for a COC (or any building that just went up)?
COC Structures – Do you know how to fully set-up a COC tent with GETTS trailers?
COC Support – Do you know how to maintain and support a GETTS and Operational Trailers for a COC?

To be considered, we require:
A Resume which points-out/highlights (clearly) your CPOF and/or COC experience
A 2-3 paragraph "Brag Letter" in which you brag to me about your CPOF and/or COC experience...as an analogy, think of the briefing package a speaker gives someone who will be introducing them to an audience...I will be introducing you to the Program people and I need to know as much about your accomplishments as possible

Health:
BMI: The Marines ‘require’ a BMI of 33 or less – and prefer 25-30 – and they will check your BMI when you sign-in for processing, so don’t EVEN try to fake this one…please view the BMI calculator at www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/ if you don’t know your BMI score and wish to calculate yours…if you’re close, start a diet and let us know!!!
Candidate must have no more than 30% disability as determined by discharge papers provided by medical discharge procedures
Anthrax shots are critical. You MUST have had at least one Anthrax shot 30 days before you attend DPC (the Marines’ Deployment Processing Center).
If you haven't had one, see http://www.passporthealth.com/index.aspx) to find the closest Passport Health center and let us know how soon you could make an appointment to get it done (yes, we will pay for it if *we* send you!).
If you already have started your series in a previous deployment, then you have probably had at least one shot (which is the required).
Prior Military: Do you have your shot records to show the DPC doctors?

Education:
Military experience highly suggested
Minimum of one-year experience with the operation, system administration and maintenance of CPOF
