Position Description Designs, tests, and implements state-of-the-art secure operating systems, networks, and database products. JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for qualified candidates to fill the following position supporting JIEDDO:
Senior Intelligence Subject Matter Expert (SME): Senior Multi-Discipline/General Military Intelligence/All Source Intelligence Analyst. Directs and manages team production requirements including content, analysis, presentation, and follow up with requestor; participates in and directs production, indications and warnings analysis, collection management, targeting, imagery, network analysis, moving target indications backtracking, counterintelligence, counter-terrorism, information operations, foreign disclosure, international engagements and threat analysis; and conforms all products to organizational, community, and regulatory standards. Directs and participates in information retrieval, knowledge consolidation, analysis, and development of assessments of facts, threat intents, cultural behavioral norms, implications of the environment, and friendly as well as adversarial involvement in that environment, and guides accurate identification of adversarial intent, capabilities, vulnerabilities, and potential threat courses of action. Integrates and manages the intelligence capabilities of team with operations support teams. Maintains and increases organizational knowledge of analytic methodologies, best practices, and common procedures for community activities. Maintains liaison within the intelligence community at the direction of the government and develops, through team functions, analyst-to-analyst communications with operational and tactical consumers of intelligence. Incorporates all analytic strengths presented by participating agencies, organizational activities, and available technology into the team's capabilities.

Minimal Education: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
Minimal Years of Experience: 15 years in an intelligence-related field
Clearance: TS/SCI Eligible (which is defined as being current SCI, or having been “read on” SCI within the last 48 months)

Intelligence Subject Matter Expert (SME): An Intelligence SME may be assigned to one of the following positions based on mission needs.

All Source Analyst: Multi-Discipline Intelligence/General Military Intelligence/All Source Intelligence Analyst, participates in production, indications and warning, collection management, targeting, imagery, network analysis, counterintelligence, counter-terrorism, information operations, foreign disclosure, international engagements and threat analysis. Initiates and conducts research efforts; plan, coordinate and synthesize research to produce all-source intelligence products/responses.

Minimal Education: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
Minimal Years of Experience: 5 years in an intelligence-related field
Clearance: TS/SCI Eligible (which is defined as being current SCI, or having been “read on” SCI within the last 48 months)

GMTI Analyst: Provide subject matter expertise to Persistent Surveillance and IED Analysis. Assist in meeting a broad spectrum of requirements for providing Ground Moving Target Indicator data analysis and research support to a wide customer base within the United States Government. Provide expertise and experience in GMTI collection systems; data acquisition; GMTI exploitation technologies; GMTI analysis/evaluation and GMTI production processes and systems dissemination methods and tools. Provide research and analysis activities worldwide to address intelligence products in support of Combat/Crisis Operations and customer needs. Integrate GMTI data as applicable in order to provide a product depicting a more complete picture of specific analytical issues; identify intelligence gaps; and prepare intelligence requirements as needed. Disseminate as directed by the government both preliminary and finished GMTI and geospatially-based intelligence products that contribute to demonstrated impact across the Military, Intelligence and Policy-making community. Should have completed a GMTI Analysis Course; strong knowledge of GMTI functionalities; demonstrated good oral and written communication skills; knowledge and proficient in both commercial and government software; experience collaborating with all national and service intelligence agencies/centers; knowledge in the tasking of overhead intelligence collection systems; knowledge of non-EO imaging; and experience using the Joint Services Workstation (JSWS).

Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME): The Operations SME interacts directly with the unit Commanders and JIEDDO C-IED Operations Integration Centers (COIC) during the development of intelligence products that respond to Division or MEF Requests for Support (RFS). He/she actively coordinates the support packages provided to meet unit and subordinate element operational requirements. The Operations Integrator assists in fusing the operational and intelligence information available to the supported unit, providing an operational perspective to the products that the supported commander and JIEDDO COIC’s deliver, including target and network analysis packages. The Operations SME also plays a major role in assisting unit elements in the formulation and integration of RFS to the COIC’s throughout the operational planning cycle.

Minimal Education: High School Diploma
Minimal Years of Experience: 10 years in operations assignments, fields
Clearance: TS/SCI Eligible (which is defined as being current SCI, or having been “read on” SCI within the last 48 months)

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE AND ROTATIONS: Duty locations will be rotational between forward deployed units in various COCOM locations – primarily CENTCOM and JIEDDO facility or partner locations predominantly in the metro-Washington, D.C. area. During deployments, JCAST will normally operate under the administrative control of the local Commander. Contractor personnel may be required to move to an alternative headquarters during a deployment to meet operational requirements. The standard deployed periods will be six (6) consecutive months. The Government may modify deployment periods within that range, and extended deployments may be approved by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) at the request of the supported unit and the concurrence of the contractor. All schedules will include the requirement for no less than five (5) days of face-to-face turnover between departing and replacement contractor personnel at the supported unit headquarters. Each period of deployment will be followed by a period of duty at the specified CONUS “home” location, equal at least to the period of deployment, before another period of deployment begins. The intended timeline is 6 months deployed and 12 months at the CONUS “home” location before deploying again. The lengths of a deployment and the period between deployments can be adjusted by mutual agreement between the Government and the Contractor.

Responsibilities:
The Medical Military Analyst will support the CALL - DOTMLPF analysis division. Serve as the medical subject matter expert for CALL and as primary liaison/representative to the AMEDD Center and School, DA/DoD level agencies, USAMEDCOM, other USACOMs, COCOMs and JFCOM.

Responsibilities will include:
- Maintain and update medical support related web-pages on CALL's website
- Review and analyze medical support related trends, observations, insights and lessons at the operational and strategic level and develop white papers and other products appropriate for tactical, operational, and strategic level medical audiences
- Interface, coordinate and collaborate with Army proponents, units, the DA Staff and other DOTMLPF and MFA responsible agents to support lessons learned issues
- Monitor Army-wide medical and medical support lessons learned collection activities
- Identify and review potential Army tactical through strategic level medical related issues, and recommend lead agents/agencies for issue resolution and track accordingly
- Rapidly disseminate medically relevant trends, observations, insights, and lessons (TOIL) to the Army's DOTMLPF responsible agents to assess issues, and requirements, review studies, concepts, organization and training
- Support CALL's online web-based initiatives
- Attend conferences and seminars related to Army medicine, medical support development initiatives and Force Health Protection related topics
- Prepare clear, concise, effective summaries of facts and justification for proposed DOTMLPF Change Recommendations (DCR)
- Develop analytical products, white papers and special reports and present briefings on CALL's programs
- Analyze information and observations derived from both actual operations (i.e. combat, peacekeeping, training) and Combat Training Center (CTC) operations with primary emphasis with the express purpose of developing and publishing medical operational lessons learned and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP)
- Prepare actual operations information for CALL Collection and Observation Management System (CALLCOMS), the L2I network, and other CALL databases
- Work with CALL and other Army collection teams to develop collection plan concepts and development, follow through with analysis and rewriting of observations, and finalize the effort with the publication of appropriate reports
- Use email software and various word processing
- Conduct research and develop and disseminate lessons learned information and products, Initial Impressions Reports, trends reports, studies, Training Support Packages, briefings, and newsletters
- Recommend improvements in all phases of the Lessons Learned process


Qualifications:
Required Experience:
- 15, or more, years of work experience in one of the military medical domains
- Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and
Outlook)
- Demonstrated ability to us a computer operating Windows

Desired Experience:
- 20 years or more in the military serving in one of the military medical domains
- Demonstrated experience utilizing related security databases, software, processes, and technologies (e.g. SharePoint, Microsoft office)
- Served as a Branch qualified Medical Service officer, Nurse Corps, Medical Specialist Corps, Special Forces 18D and a Battalion Commander or Brigade Staff officer. Shall have been honorably discharged after a minimum of fifteen (15) years of service as a Medical Service Corps officer
