Requires detailed analysis of costs from different data sources, identifying discrepancies, fixing inaccuracies, and providing accurate invoices to customers on a monthly basis. Also requires accurate production of weekly cost data to Program Mgrs for project management and budget tracking. Candidate must be able to perform complex system data reconciliation and solve complex questions and issues. Candidate must also have ability to design charge case structures related to organization charter and objectives, taking into account corporate system constraints and requirements. Position requires partnership with other Accounting & Business Management personnel, including finance system programmers to determine requirements for billing, cost reports, budget reports, and Project Management reports; ability to partner with corporate finance organization on process improvements, process communication, and process test plans and results. Must have ability to serve as interface to and respond to questions from financial auditors. Skills needed: initiative, organization skills, attention to detail and accuracy, wide range of business management experience, excellent communication skills with demonstrated decision-making abilities, ability to work autonomously, record-keeping & document retention skills. Description:
The GPM will be responsible for managing all property entering and leaving the TSC in Columbia. This includes all facets of property management for assigned programs and projects and for asset life cycle management of both company and customer owned assets.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare and post asset property records along with all required supporting documents required to track the entire asset life cycle, from acquisition to final disposition. These records will become a part of the permanent records and documents of the Contract and will be used as a basis for customer performed audits.
• Manage the shipping and receiving of materials.
• Work with the customer to recommend, administer, and keep current a certified GPM database.
• Maintain internal LGS customer and vendor database, enter data as needed.
• Conduct physical periodic asset inventories, asset location surveys, and self-assessment audits of asset data base records.
• Establish and monitor preventative maintenance and calibration records on assets.
• Prepare for regular customer review and audits by running and organizing reports to various formats and then analyze all report information to insure that established report outcomes are being met.
• Communicate with teams in Denver on a regular basis for shipping and receiving, property management and invoicing. Resolve issues as they arise.
• Build relationships with both internal and external customers and vendors.
• This position may require periodic business travel.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in asset life cycle management.
• 5+ years of experience working with asset life cycle management automated property management tracking systems.
• Able to lift boxes, use of small lift appliance; unpacking and repacking pelican cases.
• Able to interact with all levels of management and outside vendors.
• Experience with enterprise level systems is preferred.
• Must be able to learn and utilize Sunflower database.
• Must be able to utilize and manipulate MS Office Suite including Word, Excel and Access.
• Additional experience in the use of legacy automated or manual property/asset management systems would be beneficial.

Clearance: Secret

Avanti Placements is searching for Military Analysts for Iraq with at least 5 years of tactical/operational experience. The analyst must possess both professional knowledge of and demonstrated experience in several of the following fields: military operations, conflict stabilization, counterinsurgency (COIN) techniques, foreign internal defense (FID), intelligence, and/or low level source operations (LLSO). Analyst must have an understanding of Iraqi and Middle Eastern societies acquired through experience or professional study.

Military Analysts shall have a SECRET security clearance or an interim SECRET clearance.

Job Responsibilities:
Military Analysts work in close coordination with supported units, the Strategic/Operations teams and Advisors preparing regular reports on information and news gathered from LNAs and disseminate to supported units. Analysts recruit, employ, and manage local national advisors across a wide spectrum of Iraqi society for the purpose of collecting atmospheric information.

Military Analysts shall advise the commander on the capabilities and limitations of LNAs, and produce both spot and weekly reports from the LNAs.

Work Environment:
Advisors will live and travel where needed. Advisors provide professional technical support services, advice, and assistance to U.S. and Coalition organizations supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom in Iraq. Therefore, contractor personnel will be required to work alongside military units and with PRTs on location in provinces around Iraq. The precise mix of services required is subject to mission requirements; therefore, specific requests will be issued detailing the exact mixture of expertise needed for each situation as the mission requires.
When required, contractor personnel will be required to provide support in an advisory and assistance role which includes but not limited to:
(1) Prepare required documentation to include technical reports, in-depth analysis, or specialized graphics.
(2) Assist in and present demonstrations, facilitate workshops and partner meetings.
(3) Conduct work assignments and adhere to standards of conduct as prescribed by U.S. military instructions, this contract, and laws of the host nation.
(4) Live and work in harsh, desert, mountain, and other environments to include living in dire conditions and temporary facilities. These facilities will be the same standard as those provided to U.S. Government personnel and in accordance with theater guidelines and local camp facilities. Initial living conditions may include tents for sleeping, temporary shower facilities, and porta-toilets. Contractor personnel will be moved to improved living conditions (trailers for sleeping, showering and latrines) when available, and at the discretion of the Garrison Commander.
(5) Provide technical services and analyses during levels of heightened state of threat, or combat conditions.
(6) Assist in basic office administration such as answering the telephone and keep work area clean.
(7) Required, on a limited basis, to travel to countries (Kuwait, Jordan, Qatar, etc.) other than Iraq in order to provide assistance to U.S. Government personnel on the mission.
(8) Contractor personnel gathering atmospheric information routinely operate outside of the Forward Operating Bases (FOBs) without military escort or security. Logistical support of these missions will be provided by the U.S. Government.

6. New Century U.S. is recruiting for numerous positions to provide CJ2 support to the International Security Assistance Force/United States Forces - Afghanistan (ISAF/USFOR-A). The purpose of the program is deliver Intelligence and CI/HUMINT support to US Forces in the ISAF/USFOR-Afghanistan Area of Operations (AOR). Contractor personnel supporting this effort will be integrated based on skill sets into MIL/CIV CI/HUMINT, Intel operations and support positions.

There are numerous positions available, each requiring varying experience and skill sets. The positions for which New Century is recruiting fall under 14 labor categories: Counterintelligence (CI) Support Specialist, Senior Counterintelligence (CI) Support Specialist, HUMINT Support Specialist, Senior HUMINT Support Specialist, HUMINT Special Advisor, HUMINT Special Advisor, Counterintelligence (CI) Analyst, Counterintelligence (CI) Analyst, HUMINT Analyst, Senior Counterintelligence Analyst, Senior HUMINT Analyst, Intelligence Analyst, Strategic Debriefer and CI/HUMINT Database Manager. Minimum Requirements for Senior CI/HUMINT Support Specialist

• Senior CI Support Specialist requires former MOS 35L/97B, 351B, 35E or civilian/joint service equivalents.

• Senior HUMINT Support Specialist requires former 97E/35M, 351M or civilian 0132 HUMINT functional specialists or the joint service equivalent with a minimum of 8 years applied experiences.

• Some positions require 2 years supervisory experience.

• Must be a graduate of Advanced Special Operations Training Course (ASOC), Advanced Special Operations Techniques Course (ASOT), Advanced Military Source Operations Course (AMSOC), Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Operations Course (AFCICO), Military Operations Training Course (MOTC) or Field Tradecraft Course (FTC).

• The Senior CI/HUMINT Support Specialist must be familiar with OPSEC, SAEDA, TESS, CI and human collection principles & practices as defined by the military services, joint, NATO and ISAF publications.

• Must be knowledgeable of military service/Joint CI/HUMINT doctrine & collection procedures, including data processing systems such as CHIMs or its replacement system & SIPRNET search engines.

• SECRET but TS preferred

• Knowledge of Dari & Pashto language and Afghan culture is a plus.

Minimum Requirements for CI/HUMINT Special Advisor

• Must have 10 years of applicable CI/HUMINT experience.

• Must have demonstrated deployed CI/HUMINT experience at the tactical and operational levels in either AFG or Iraq.

• Must be familiar with Coalition or Combined & Joint Operations and staff procedures.

• Must have experience in a Stability & Support Operations (SASO) environment.

• Must have experience & familiarity with Theatre & Division level CI/HUMINT collection & exploitation operations.

• Must have proven abilities in the planning & conduct of screening & CI collection operations.

• TS/SCI Clearance

• Must be medically qualified to travel (ground/air) as needed throughout the USFOR-A AOR in order to accomplish directed mission.

• Must have expert knowledge of the principles, concepts and methodologies of a very broad & complex nature related to CI/HUMINT disciplines.

• Must have a comprehensive & detailed knowledge of the intelligence community and ISAF/USFOR A's goals & operations to resolve problems having widely differing aspects.


• Will demonstrate the expert level knowledge & abilities appropriate to the function(s) in the position as indicated at the GS-14/15 level and meet the criterion for career series 0132 at those levels.

• Must be able to apply the laws of land warfare to collection operations and is not allowed to conduct or authorize interrogations.

• Must be able to prepare an IIR (Intelligence Information report).

• Must be able to prepare a contact report.

• Must be able to work through an interpreter while conducting debriefings, interviews and liaison activity.

Minimum Requirements for CI/HUMINT Support Specialists

• Must be a government trained CI agent/HUMINT officer

• 4 years experience as a CI functional specialist, either as a special agent, analyst or staff officer

• CI Support Specialists requires former MOS 35L/97B, 351B or civilian 1811 or 0132 CI functional specialists or the joint service equivelant

• 4 years experience

• Case by case, Law Enforcement /w 6 years on an accredited Local/State/Federal Law Enforcement Agency

• HUMINT Support Specialists requires former MOS 97E/35M, 351M or civilian 0132 HUMINT functional specialists or the joint services equivalent

• Knowledge of Dari & Pashto language and Afghan culture is a plus.

• The CI/HUMINT Specialist must be knowledgeable of military/Joint CI/HUMINT procedures, doctrine & practices and data processing systems such as CHIMS or its replacement system & SIPRNET search engines.

• SECRET with TS preferred

• Basic knowledge of CI/HUMINT principles, methods and unit mission to conduct activities in support of more senior specialists.

• Employ basic training & experience in interview & solicitation techniques to collect information of CI/HUMINT value through screening, liaison and other defined activities

• Must have working knowledge of CI activities in support of NATO or in the Middle East and an understanding of extremely sensitive CI/HUMINT operations defining & clarifying differences in foreign vs. U.S. CI/HUMINT policy or legal mechanisms for obtaining necessary approvals.

• Basic understanding of CI/HUMINT operations and military service & joint CI/HUMINT regulations to perform routine staff actions to include consulting the Staff Officer's guide in applying judgments as to proper methods for preparing and completing staff actions, research other manuals, directives or regulations as appropriate to implement peculiar aspects of certain CI/HUMINT functions or staffing procedures.



Minimum Requirements for CI/HUMINT Analyst:

• Requires 4 years of analytical experience within DoD or equivalent Government agency.

• Experience in either CT, Afghanistan/South West Asia

• HUMINT, CI or military analyst is desired

• Associate Degree or Bachelor preferred

• Must be proficient in utilizing basic computer applications & inteliigence related automation to support analytical efforts & product development.

• Must posses strong writing and research skills.

• Requires former 35L/M, 351L/M, 180A, 18F, 35D/35E, 1N, 35F, 350F, 18F, 35A, 34A or equivelant.

• Must have advanced technical knowledge of database application used with the US DoD to include those used in DCGS-A and be familiar with managing computer applications and intelligence related automation to support collection, analytical efforts and product development.

• Demonstrate knowledge of how intelligence is often derived from information that is concealed or not intended to be available for use by the acquirer and is the product of the cyclical process.

• Must have 4 years technical experience with DoD or equivalent Government agencies with operational level experience preferred. Experience in either CT, Middle East regional issues & HUMINT or political/military analysis desired. Associate Degree minimum with Bachelors preferred.

• Must demonstrate a knowledge of the processes, functions, activities and organizations that are involved in the planning, gathering and analyzing information of potential value to decision-makers and to the production of intelligence as defined above. Must also be able to identify technical and policy solutions to ease analysts' access to data stored in multiple repositories.

• Must demonstrate a basic knowledge of the products resulting from the collection, collation, evaluation, analysis, integration and interpretation of all collected information.



Minimum Requirements for Intelligence Analyst

• Requires 4 years analytical experience within DoD or equivalent Government agency with operational experience preferred.

• Experience in CT, Afghanistan, South West Asia, HUMINT and/or political-military analysis desired.

• Requires an Associates degree and a Bachelors degree preferred.

• Must be proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.

• Requires former 1N, 35F, 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A or equivalent

• TS/SCI required



Minimum Requirements for a Strategic Debriefer

• Requires 4 years experience in strategic debriefing or HUMINT collection operations combined with experience in conducting FORMICA debriefs. The contractor shall understand the DoD FORMICA program.

• Requires former 35M, USMC 0211, 351M, 35F or other DoD service equivalent.

• Requires graduation from the Strategic Debriefer Course (DSDC), Ft. Huachuca or the Joint Interrogation Certification Course (JICC), Ft. Huachuca.

• Shall be familiar with IC IIRs, have a field reporter number (FRN) and knowledge of HUMINT collection databases.

• TS/SCI required. The clearance can be waived to SECRET with desired language skill.

Addx Corporation is seeking a Project Manager for U.S. Department of
Energy (DOE) secure transportation contract performing analytical support
services. Responsible for supervising several intelligence analysts and
other contractor staff who will be located in several U.S. areas.
Candidate must be experienced in data integration and assembling
intelligence briefs. Also must have experience in law enforcement
communities successfully supporting US. Government, military and law
enforcement operations in the U.S. and abroad. Manages analytical
assessments and link analysis process. Prepares routine assessments,

Counterintelligence Support Specialist (CI/HUMINT)

Fedsys is actively seeking professionals to provide CI/HUMINT analytical support to United States Forces-Afghanistan (USFOR-A). The CI Support Specialist will need to communicate effectively, produce professional documents, work as a member of a team, brief officials, expert research skills, and provide vital CI/HUMINT analysis. Prepare CI analytical products in support of CI and HUMINT operations and investigations as well as other task that enhances staff efforts within the CJ2X.

Requirements

• 35L/M, 351L/M, 35A, 18 series or DoD civilian/joint service equivalent
• Knowledge of Army/Joint CI/HUMINT Tactics, Training, and Procedures (TTPs)
• OEF or OIF experience, preferred
• 4 or more years experience in CI/HUMINT operations
• Knowledge CHIMS, SIPRNET, and equivalent systems
• Associate's degree preferred
• Active TS/SCI clearance required
