Successful candidate will have expert experience in IP networking utilizing Juniper, Cisco, and other vendor hardware. Must have expertise in all types of IP routing to include knowledge of routing protocols; primarily OSPF, EIGRP and BGP, and MPLS. Other protocol experience desired would be SNMP and H.323. Must have design experience for global enterprise networks, to include QOS implementation on IP networks and ATM technologies (OC-3, OC-12, etc), t-1, t-3, e-1. Applicant must also have expert level knowledge with layer 2 technologies, specifically CISCO, Juniper and other vendor ethernet switches. Be able to understand and configure switch ports, and VLANS for Cisco. Must have worked with encryption devices; specifically, Fastlane, Taclane and KIV-7. Experience with VOIP utilizing Cisco products is also highly sought after, to include knowledge of dialing plans utilizing Cisco call manager.
Candidate should be capable of acting as a central registration authority for assigning IP address space for a world-wide network service provider. Use of automated tools and industry standard products to dynamically track and efficiently manage IP address utilization, globally. Must have detailed understanding of IPv4 subnetting as well as an understanding of IPv6 subnetting.
Successful candidate will have experience in Enterprise IP network environments and should have a history working in network administration, network engineering, or network management related positions. Should have solid written and oral communications skills and work well in a team oriented environment.

Requires an industry standard certification in a relevant information technology field

Requires 8 years of experience.

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Deputy Division Director will report to the Defense Division Director. Place of performance is Alexandria, VA. The Deputy will assist with all the Division’s operations which is defined as supporting our current customers and growing new or organic business. This position is also responsible for helping lead the Division through its next phase of growth by identifying ways to increase returns for its customers and employees. Specific areas of focus:
Assist in the management of client operations, customer satisfaction and deliverable quality. Primary purpose of the company is to create value for the clients.
Assist in the development of operation policies and procedures to support corporate and Division objectives.
Support Business Development efforts of the Division.
Coordinate with the Business Development department and with other Divisions as applicable in the pursuit of new business as well as organic growth.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/DESIRED: The successful candidates has:
Significant experience within the government, government services or a technology company.
Experience with most or all functions of a professional services company which supports Government clients or similar business.
A successful background of sales and/or marketing management, and should have direct experience selling or marketing to services-related positions in client organizations.
