There are four types of receipts processed: HM LSN, R7 LSN, HM NSN, and R7 NSN. The Order Clerk sorts the receipt invoices; extracts information off material to create labels; pulls outstanding orders from the log book and annotates information on the receipt invoice; and processes receipt invoice in GDS.
The Order Clerk pulls daily issues from MPT-STP and then pulls the stock room inventory from discoverer reports. Each stock number is verified against the PO5, IVN2 and the Discover Report to determine stock requirements. Stock requirements are submitted via email to the government representative for approval. The Order Clerk pulls the MPR, extracts information off material (expiration date, lot number, manufacturer, size of material, and type of container) to create label, inputs information into HMMS to print the label, and then processes the receipt in MPT-STP. The label, along with a copy of the MPR, is attached to the material for delivery. The Order Clerk must also update the Shop in MPT-STP Due Management. There are an average of 70 transactions per month. Upon approval, orders are submitted through GSA Advantage, MPT, DoD Emall, or One Touch Support. An NIS/Backorder spreadsheet with status is also prepared for the government representative for all daily orders.

The material is on customer's HAUL; if above verification is not satisfied, request is rejected back to customer with explanation.
Notes and management data (price, cog, unit of issue, nomenclature) is input in MPT-IM; and availability of HM in One Touch Support, Haystack/Fedlog, GSA or DoD Emall is annotated.
If above verification is satisfied, the MPR is assigned a document number and requisitioned through OTS, GSA Advantage, DoD Emall, or MPT-STP. If material is not available through the supply system, the Buyer will assign an LSN to the material and place the order on the open market. The GDS is annotated with notes for credit card purchases.

• Supervise all air operations personnel and subcontractors to include their training, certification, standard operating procedures, and service delivery to meet and/or exceed program and Government requirements. Ensure that all quality targets are agreed and complied with, especially on-time delivery of equipment, stocks, personnel and services to all locations.

• Prepare timely reports for the Distribution Manager on all air operations; and implement measures identified by quality control and assurance to improve support and the logistic system's functional ability to react to customer needs. Respond rapidly and effectively to contingencies.




Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in aviation, business, logistics management, or a closely related field
10+ years of progressively responsible experience in air operations with 1+ years as an air operations manager in a harsh, dangerous, austere environment
Extensive knowledge of rotary and fixed wing aviation operations in austere environments. Experience managing transport subcontractors in a threat environment.
Thorough knowledge of the regulatory requirements of operating aircraft in Afghanistan is required

The FSO will serve as the liaison with US government counterparts, conduct security briefings and debriefings, manage JPAS, perform security audits, and perform periodic self-inspections. FSO Duties
• Processes clearances, special access requests and other personnel clearance actions

• Secure necessary badges for government facilities.

• Maintain and update the SOP
• Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding security regulations and procedures
• Conduct security briefings
• Investigates security violations and recommends corrective action

• Prepares and distributes EE communication related to security

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years, preferably in a government contracting environment
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
• Thorough knowledge of the practices, procedures, and policies of facilities security; thorough knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing facilities security;
• Proficiency in the use of word-processing, spreadsheets, and other related software applications;
• Effective communication skills and a thorough knowledge of the NISPOM as well as excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills. Salary to 70K.

Description:
This position is for a Network Planner / Analyst in the G3 Plans division of the Future Force Integration Directorate (FFID) with the primary task to focus on Network Planning and Architecture development in support of Brigade Modernization, test and evaluation of C4ISR / Network systems. Operationally focused, individual will conduct staffing functions; develop White Papers, briefings and Execution Orders and Plans. Assist the FFID in Knowledge Management planning, analyze potential network architectures, conduct risk analysis and make recommendations to support network requirements for test and evaluations supporting Network / C4ISR related test. Person should have extensive knowledge of tactical and operational C4ISR Networks and current Battle Command Systems and Architectures. Experience should include Network planning and execution, Information Assurance and network security and data management. Should have 5-10 Years of technology experience with DoD LAN/WAN network architecture design and Network plan and management of IP and non IP based networks operating over Wireless, Optical, SATCOM or ATM. The person should have had experience at both the Brigade Combat Team and/ or Echelon above Brigade Signal Units. Experience in a Joint Network environment is also desired. Person should have extensive knowledge of Architecture Development requirements and processes. Experience should include data management and information sharing capabilities. Person should have a functional knowledge of the US Army Network Command's structure and Garrison Network functions on an installation. Secret clearance is required

• Technical understanding of the Global Network Enterprise Construct (GNEC) to include network management and security through the Network Service Center (NSC);
• 5-10 Years of technology experience with DoD LAN/WAN network architecture design and Network planning and management of IP and non IP based network
• Technical understanding of network data transport through Joint Network Node (JNN);
• Technical understanding of Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) Theater Network Operations and Security Center (TNOSC
• Modular force designs, Expeditionary Signal BN and Brigade Combat Team experience.
• CGSC or WOSSC Graduate and have Corps/Div/BCT G6 experience
