Client Site lead for all logistics at the Advanced Technology Applications Center (ATAC) as a part of the mission support effort ($120M contract) that integrates support for customer missions applicable to development and application of integrated intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems (ISR), counter-narcotics support and defeat of Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) as weapons of strategic influence. Logistics Support Lead for a 78,000 sq. ft, protected Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) with a critical wartime mission in support of 4 classified clients. Responsible for the management of an extensive range of tasks which provides support to enable mission performance in operational theaters worldwide. Acts as lead for project integration, ensuring that functional expertise is integrated across the ATAC domain delivery and inventory efforts. Supports operations requirements worldwide. Responsible for maintaining accountability for over $50 million dollars of government assets and resources, in support of 1200 government and contractor personnel. Responsible for receiving, bar coding, storage, and distribution of mission related supplies and equipment. Responsible for the comprehensive inventory of five facilities and maintenance of detailed and up to date records of resources located in those facilities. Advises 30 Government and contractor personnel on logistics operations, processes, and best practices. Manages the disposal of out of date and broken resources through the Defense Reutilization Management Office (DRMO). Responsible for acquisitions support for procurements under $2,500. Expertly manages the flow of resources critical to the mission of the ATAC and the success of the war fighter worldwide.

Job Description
The IA team requests contractor support in order to coordinate the establishment/updates to Information Assurance certifications and accreditations necessary for the development and implementation of Release 1.2 to include the design, build, and testing of the cross domain solution. There are multiple accreditation boundaries in support of NIPR and SIPR systems at the Enterprise level (at DISA), a MEF system, and a MEU system.

Provides programming support and documentation to end users for telephone programming changes, call coverage changes, call center changes, call management system support and other peripherals.

Provides end user support to peripherals connected to the Avaya S8720 including bed management system, fax order system, eScription and other dial dictation services, and Vocera.

Interacts with other departments in designing and activating said applications.

Specialized Experience Requirements: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level in the Federal service. Time-in-Grade Requirements: Status applicants must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade in the Federal service. To be creditable, one (1) year is required at the GS-11 level for the GS-12.
