Description
A-T Solutions, Inc. is currently accepting resumes for experienced and qualified CIDNE QA/QC Managers to support the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) or United States Force-Afghanistan (USFOR-A). This effort provides staff augmentation to the existing intelligence staffs at multiple tactical and operational echelons with the Combined Joint Operating Area - Afghanistan (CJOA-A) for the purpose of providing administrative, analytical, planning and reporting functions. The performance of duties is designed to support US and Coalition Forces in the CJOA-A. This effort will support and augment, not replace Government military and civilian personnel. Contractor personnel supporting this effort will be integrated, based on skill sets, into military/civilian (MIL/CIV) intelligence operations and support (both static/permanent facilities and mobile locations). This position requires staff to be self-reliant; versatile; comfortable working in a military expeditionary environment; diplomatic; and effective communicators. This position involves 6-month deployment rotations in Afghanistan.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Functions as a part of an intelligence analytical team of military and/or DoD civilian analysts in support of USFOR-A, CJTF Paladin, Regional Command, BCT/RCT/MEU/MEB/Coalition BDE, and Battalion CJ2 staffs' analytical requirements.

Education and Experience -

• Shall have a high level of proficiency operating, maintaining and troubleshooting database software tools. Experience with CIDNE preferred.
Certifications and Other Qualifications -

Job Description: The Collection Management Officer (CMO) position is to support a USG customer by providing guidance on intelligence collection and directing the dissemination of raw intelligence products. Responsibilities include establishing tasking requirements, targeting resources, validating source bona fides, and evaluating sources and their intelligence production. The position requires a thorough understanding of clandestine, technical and overt intelligence collection methods. The individual must understand the relative significance of international developments and strategic policy issues affecting the U.S. and its allies to make sure that various collection programs are kept in proper perspective.
Education: BA or BS; or 7 years of practical experience in intelligence, intelligence analysis, East Asia (EA) regional expertise, counterintelligence (CI), and/or information operations (IO).
Required Skills: ACTIVE TS/SCI w/ Full Scope (Lifestyle) Polygraph. Qualified candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in human intelligence (HUMINT) operations and intelligence reporting. • Interfaces with higher, lateral and subordinate commands/organizations' Collection and Requirements Managers including entities within ANSF/GIRoA to answer intelligence related RFIs and de-conflict or collaborate on AOR C-IED requirements and reporting.
• Conducts presentations and briefings when required.
• Conducts comprehensive research on complex topics independently or as a part of a larger analytical effort focusing on IED-related current events and long-term trends that could impact the supported unit's mission.
• Transition next-tour replacement personnel on SOP.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities -

• Shall possess strong research and writing skills and be capable of effectively operating as a member of a Combined/Joint intelligence team.

Education and Experience -
• A minimum of 3 year's collection management operational experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with HUMINT experience required.

A-T Solutions is seeking a full-time Counterintelligence Support Specialist ready and willing to deploy as needed.
Job Description: Interviews walk-in sources, conducts screenings and liaisons, supports security/OPSEC/force protection programs and produces timely written reports and assessments. Provides direct support to CI Teams and Counterintelligence Support Teams (CST)s, as appropriate. The CI shall provide routine and recurring support to CI and HUMINT activities from fixed and secure locations (defined, bases, camps, and installations). CI Support Specialists conduct activities such as debriefing of personnel, coordination with installation units/personnel, support to OPSEC/SAEDA awareness programs, CI/security assessments, screening of locally employed persons (LEP screening), initial handling of walk-in sources, CI support to force protection, intelligence report writing/quality control, support to CI investigations or SAEDA cases, CI activities, and can support other operations within the scope of this SOW. Education Requirements: This position requires individuals to be government trained counterintelligence agents with a minimum of 4 years of experience; however, on a case by case basis, a DoD HUMINT officer or a badge and credentialed Law Enforcement officer with at least 6 years on an accredited Local/State/or Federal Law Enforcement Agency is acceptable.
Job Requirements:
• The contractor shall be knowledgeable of Army/Joint counterintelligence procedures, doctrine and practices; and data processing systems such as CIDNE, DSOMS, and CHIMS or its replacement system and SIPRNET search engines.
