REPORTING TO: Director, Special Operations Division

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: As a member of the Leadership Team, the Deputy Director helps lead the Special Operations Division through our next phase of growth by identifying new business opportunities, ways to increase returns for our clients, the employees and then the firm. Job Description:

The successful candidate will be proficient in developing and deploying functional strategies to implement effective and efficient Logistics and Property Management processes. This position will require supervisory responsibility for an exempt and Service Contract Agreement work force. In this role, the candidate will maintain personnel qualification records for special licensing and required training for all logistics personnel assigned to the program and support continuous subordinate development.

Primary Purpose: The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is seeking applicants for the Federal Coordinating Officer Program to ensure the availability of expert staff to perform top management functions and provide leadership in disaster field operations. Candidates must have knowledge of, and experience in, emergency management programs and disaster operations; knowledge of Federal, State and local government processes; expert management skills and experience with organizational leadership in crisis situations.

Specific Duties:

Incumbent serves as the principal staff advisor to the Administrator, FEMA in leading and coordinating the timely delivery of all Federal disaster assistance to support state and local governments and affected communities.

Specifically will perform the following duties: Establishes the Federal presence as the President's representative at the disaster operation site. Coordinates the relationships among Federal, State, local and FEMA personnel in partnership with the State Coordinating Officer (SCO) and advises the Governor on the status of the Federal response.

Establishes response, recovery and mitigation operations with the SCO. Manages media, community and other external relations to communicate the availability of assistance to Congress, applicants and the general public as well as establishing communications links with the media and elected officials.

Establishes a disaster assistance site to administer relief services and coordinates activities of state and local governments, as well as the activities of Federal agencies and volunteer organizations.

• We are currently looking for All-Source Analysts to work as a members of a government-contractor team supporting the Counter-IED Targeting Program (CITP). Our analysts will conduct comprehensive research on complex insurgent networks and produce target packages to support the counter insurgency/counter IED mission.

Project Officers (Quantico, VA) (S). Project Officers needed to support the Marine Corps Systems Command Response Cell (CRC) by responding to requests from in-theater operating forces (OPFOR). Key support actions are: facilitate the handling of requests, coordinate logistics actions, and expedite resolution of in-process action items. Must be capable of overseeing the process and facilitating staff actions with minimum supervision and guidance. Critical facets of this support include the ability to manage multiple actions across the entire scope of the Command’s program offices, as well as the ability to coordinate logistics actions through successive stakeholders (e.g., Headquarters Marine Corps, Marine Corps Combat Development Command, Marine Corps Logistics Command, Marine Forces Command, etc.).
Additional requirements include tracking and status reporting for equipment and support personnel in theater, and interface with MCSC and other representatives. Responsible for maintaining accountability and in-transit visibility of all equipment being produced and shipped in direct support of OEF. Maintain accountability and proof of pre-deployment processing compliance of personnel deploying to the various Combatant Commands (COCOMs) in support of MCSC. Maintain specific program data, (i.e. funding information; contract award dates; test and evaluation information; and production and fielding information), within the Urgent Universal Needs Program (UNP) Lifecycle Tracker and provide weekly updates in excel to Command members and key stakeholders.

Job Information/description

Functional Responsibility:
The Armory/Ordnance Specialist (AOS) is responsible to the S-4 in matters concerning armory/ordnance supply, inventory, maintenance and repair. To fulfill these responsibilities, he/she must constantly inspect equipment; present regular estimates on the repairs and usage; formulate, coordinate, and execute appropriate approved plans with their inherent support requirements. The AOS specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

We are currently looking for All-Source Analysts to work as a members of a government-contractor team supporting the Counter-IED Targeting Program (CITP). Our analysts will conduct comprehensive research on complex insurgent networks and produce target packages to support the counter insurgency/counter IED mission.
CITP analysts will contribute to all phases of the research, planning, preparation, construction, coordination, and dissemination cycle of target packages creation.

Job Requirements:

Individual instructors will participate as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in developing revisions of the POIs, Lesson Plans and Training Support Packages (TSP) to remedy any deficiencies or shortcomings identified during the preparation for and conduct of instruction.
