This position supporting USFOR-A is responsible for processing personnel investigations for special security clearance actions to include:
-Formulating and ensuring compliance with automated information systems security procedures.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Serves as a Cyber Counterintelligence (CI)Instructor responsible for the development and delivery of all Cyber CI and Information Operations training courses. Maintains working knowledge of Information Operations subject matter, class dates, and any problems associated with delivery of material. Schedules all Information Operations training and coordinates with JCITA staff and the military service's Board of Governors (BoG) and field units to identify training requirements. Develops, prepares, and presents briefings/lessons to students, senior level community officials. Briefings need to be clear, concise, well researched, and well organized in a logical and easy to understand fashion. Briefings and lectures need to be up-to-date, timely, adequately address the subject matter, and meet the expected level of information by the intended audience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
This work focuses on providing International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) or United States Force-Afghanistan (USFOR-A) with intelligence operations support. The contractor shall support ISAF/USFOR-A by aiding in the coordination, planning and execution of intelligence collection operations, exploitation and analytic support in coordination with other entities and agencies in the Combined Joint Operating Area – Afghanistan (CJOA-A).
Senior Security Management Special Advisor. Serves as Senior Advisor to US personnel in support of advisory role to Afghanistan National Security Clearance Office and/or in direct support to the CJ2 staff for all CJ2 security issues theater-wide. As directed by US personnel, the Special Advisor will assist US personnel in setting, implementing and monitoring policy. The Senior Security Management Special Advisor will support US personnel in assisting advisory roles in establishment of systems for both personnel and information security. This position shall be capable of performing all tasks of the SSMA.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- This position requires a minimum of 8 years of information security administration and management experience, including a minimum of 6 years working national level program and 6 years in compartmented programs in either DoD, U.S. Intelligence Community or supporting U.S. contractors.
- This position requires a Bachelor’s degree.
- The contractor shall be fully conversant on personnel security investigative techniques, adjudication, vetting, report writing, clearance issuance, revocation, renewal processes plus managing hearings and appeals.
- The contractor shall be Certified Protection Professional (CCP) and/or Industrial Security Professional (ISP) qualified.
- The contractor shall be proficient with both US and Afghanistan national security doctrine, policies, and regulations including US & Afghanistan executive orders and US rules for release of classified information to Afghanistan Nationals.
- This position requires experience in security training or security inspections. This position requires solid and varied experience in planning/accrediting facilities in accordance with the DCID 1/21 standard. This position requires a thorough familiarity with all security clearance processes. This position must have a working knowledge of security policies and procedures to include NISPOM, NISPOM Supplement, DCIDs, and DIA M-1 Manual. The contractor shall be able to work daily with General officers or equivalents.

Provide secure voice support for Air Force communication networks and mission control centers at Schriever AFB and the 50th Space Wing.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (duties and responsibilities and percentage of time spent performing functions).
The Secure Voice Operator will establish, monitor, and disconnect Air Force Satellite Control Network (AFSCN) Secure Voice (SV) conference nets, and Defense Red Switch Network (DRSN) calls in a 24-7 operational office. They will ensure recordings of SV net supports are available.
Provides playback of SV supports, maintains inventory of SV DVDs, and assist in maintaining DVD availability. They may be required to provide on the job training to new personnel. Report and document operational procedural concerns to the DRSN shop lead as necessary. Perform additional duties as assigned by the shop lead.

The Secure Voice Operator will have a High School diploma with minimum 1 year receptionist/call center customer service experience. Good communication skills are mandatory, as well as the ability to work harmoniously in a team environment with government customers and other contractors. Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current DOD Top Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one. Experience working with computers.
Experience should focus on secure voice operations, and customer service for the Department of Defense. Experience with Air Force communication networks and Mission Control Centers at Schriever AFB is highly desirable.

Overview:

Responsibilities:

Coordinate replacement requirements based on Personnel Statistics (PerStat) - (Personnel Statistics--who is where, on vacation, resigned, open vacancies etc.)

Compile perstat reports and manage the reception of new employees.
Anticipate and coordinate transportation, housing and equipment requirements for new and replacement personnel.
Coordinate the processing of new personnel and personnel returning to duty from leave.
Advise Operations Management on the impact of reclassification actions or assignments in response to reconstitution needs.
Anticipate increased requirements for personnel due to new contract award, promotions and attrition.
Update personnel requirements data in the personnel database continuously, and coordinate with headquarters for replacements.
Accept payroll information from the field and send on to HQ
Develop and own the data collection process associated with the Daily Personnel Report that will serve as a manning roster, vacant/open position list and planned vacation schedule.

• Responsible for monitoring and administering contract performance after a contract is awarded to ensure proper progress, negotiate any modifications to a contract, and to ensure that contract activities are completed.
• Negotiates contract modifications and the terms and cost of contract changes. He/she also performs work related to the termination of contracts for either convenience of the government or default of the contractor. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
To qualify for this position at the GS-12 level you must possess at least one of the following:
One full year of specialized experience. As a Supervisory Program Specialist (Planning) in the National IMAT Planning Section of the Response Directorate, you will serve in a trainee capacity progressing through various incident management and support positions within a Planning Specialist career path while deployed that will prepare you to progress to the full performance level of a Planning Section Chief. As a member of the National IMAT, the incumbent provides emergency management expertise at all levels of incidents and planned events. Serves as a Planning Section Chief when deployed and during ready state.
PROMOTION POTENTIAL: Future promotions will be dependent on your ability to perform the duties at a higher level, the continuing need for an employee assigned to the higher level, and administrative approval.
EMERGENCY ASSIGNMENT: IMAT employees are subject to a 24 hours on call work schedules in the event of an emergency and be willing to relocated to emergency sites with little notice. The teams deploy as soon as notified to respond and are on the scene within 12 hours. Once on-scene, the teams operate and function under intense physical and mental stress until the response mission is accomplished. This service will require irregular working hours which may be under austere environments that include living and working in temporary facilities such as tents, warehouse, or other expediently established facilities, significant damage to critical infrastructure that prevents ready access to potable water (other than for drinking), other than basic medical care, and other routinely available services. Work may include duties other than those specified in the employee’s official positions description to include performance of manual labor to support the establishment of team facilities, subsistence of team members, and distribution of commodities to incident survivors.

Specific Duties:
• Establishing and maintaining incident-wide information and knowledge management processes and procedures to ensure the collection, distribution, and sharing of critical incident status, resource, and operational information.
• Performs or directs surveys and evaluations to establish baselines data necessary to initiate requirements reviews
• Actively involved in outreach activities focused on planning, coordination, training, and exercise in support of state and local governments and other federal agencies to improve response readiness
• Responsible for the participating in the development of deliberate and crisis action strategic, operational, and tactical plans during steady-state operations and deployments
• Actively collaborates with and assists Headquarters (HQs) Other Federal Agencies (OFAs) and Regional offices, in the development of response policy standard operating procedures (SOPs), training (including exercise) and response plans to support improvements in the IMAT program and in the respective functional program area (FCO operations, planning, logistics).
• The incumbent is responsible for establishing, managing and supervising the development, coordination, implementation, coordination, and distribution of Incident Action Plans for an all-hazard, ICS compliant, Planning Section, which includes the Situation Unit, Resources Unit and the Geospatial Intelligence Unit.

Qualifications and Evaluations
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
To qualify for this position at the GS-13 level you must possess at least one of the following:
GS-0343-13: Experience applying the concepts, principles, theories and practices of the Incident Command System (ICS) planning process in planning, directing, managing, and supervising an emergency management operation in developing strategic, operational and tactical response plans, developing deliberate and incident plans to support emergency management operations, and integrating initiatives into policy documents.
Time-in-Grade Requirements: Status applicants must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade in the Federal service. To be creditable, one (1) year is required at the GS-12 level for the GS-13.
All qualifications and grade equivalency requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the closing date of this announcement.
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Appointment to the position is subject to your successful completion of essential security investigation forms, your cooperation with the investigator, the completion of the investigation, and the favorable adjudication of the investigation. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Under supervision, the purpose of this position is provide information management support to manage Civil Information Management team in support of the Combined Joint Task Forces’ (CJTF’s) civil military operations (CMO) and activities at Bagram Air Field and other Forward Operating Bases (FOBs). Employees in this position will be responsible for the day-to-day management of administering CJTF CIM Policy.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES EXAMPLES OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Prepare and conduct briefings.
Attend and participate in working groups and conferences with U.S. and Afghan Government Officials.

Conduct data entry, data maintenance and information dissemination for Regional Command East.
Identify procedural shortcoming that impact the quality of civil information available to the CJTF and the U.S. Government and recommend changes.
Liaison with the interagency, GIRoA and international community to integrate those agencies information pertaining to CMO with civil information collected by the assigned unit.
Create data queries and maps using ArcGis in order to provide overlays of civil information including infrastructure, projects, engagements, and personalities for comparison with military operational information, intelligence and information derived from the interagency and international community and inspects all civil information products produced for dissemination by command to ensure accuracy of data.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Not applicable
MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED; supplemented by college-level course work or vocational /specialize training with a minimum of three years experience in Information Technology, Information Management, or Geographic Information Systems. Candidate must possess a minimum of six (6) years of directly related work experience with the U.S. military. Army or Marine Corps combat or combat support MOS desired. A college degree (4 year or higher) in Information Technology, Information Management, or related field strongly preferred.
Prior deployment to Afghanistan or Iraq (U.S. military or contractor) required
Must be familiar with operational concepts for Stability, Security, Transition and Reconstruction operations.

PURPOSE:
BCF Solutions, Inc. is hiring full time Acquisition Analysts (Entry Level, Mid-Level and Senior Level positions) to provide the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Programs elements with development and execution of acquisition and program management strategies, decisions, and supporting documents that adhere to the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) and approved Program baselines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide analysis and assessments of data, policy, directives, guidance, and instructions.
Analyze acquisition and program management practices and provide recommendations.
Prepare acquisition and program management documentation, briefings, white papers, reports, metrics, and correspondence in the performance of this task.
Facilitate BMDS program development and deployment by establishing acquisition and contracting policies and processes.
Develop direction and guidance for the BMDS and associated programs, assessing program performance.
Assist in program baselines developing, maintaining, and reporting.
Provide support through all phases of the acquisition cycle.
Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: BS Degree or higher required.
Experience in Department of Defense and MDA Programs highly desired.
Knowledge and experience in acquisition and contracting desired.
PREREQUISITES: Must possess or be able to obtain a Secret clearance. An active DoD Secret clearance is highly desirable.

Job Summary
Candidate will lead analysis efforts, develop/validate requirements, and utilize sound systems engineering processes to support the identification and future development of Modeling and Simulation (M&S) capabilities for the Ballistic Missile Defense System. electrical down‐tilt, RF Connectors, RF Exposure.
‐Familiarity with typical Carrier methodology and concepts for Cellular; new and legacy: AMPS, GSM,

‐Familiarity with typical Carrier and industry methodology and concepts for fiber‐optics; component
fragility and cleanliness, hoisting considerations, testing procedures and safety considerations.

Job Description
Interested personnel must possess a TS/SCI Clearance and be capable of performing missions in a small unit accompanying US and Coalition forces in various austere and remote locations, including high threat, semi-permissive and permissive environments worldwide in order to conduct mounted and dismounted patrols with conventional and unconventional forces.
These are unique armed positions and require extremely motivated, highly skilled Special Operations experts who have recent combat experience in the CENTCOM AOR.
OCONUS experience must reflect COIN and C-IED operations in all areas from SOF/SF team member (or equivalent) through SF BN/Group (or equivalent).
Applicants must be capable of briefing Senior Military Officers up to and including General Officers, as well as other government agency officials.
Applicants are not required to relocate and may live anywhere in the continental United States.
Deployments will be conducted on a 4 months in-theater, 4 months CONUS, 4 months in-theater cycle. Stateside work is intermittent with R&R time included after deployments.
A minimum of 10 years military service in Combat Arms is required (preferably SOF/SF).

K2 Solutions, Inc. is seeking Military Intelligence Integrators to serve on a unique, multi-discipline team assisting Special Operations Forces’ (SOF) operational and tactical staffs and their subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information in an effective, seamless process to enhance their effectiveness against enemy networks that employ Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).
Assist in developing processes that focus on exposing enemy networks that employ IEDs prioritize and categorize requests for information and conduct near and long term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets fusing and prioritizing the multiple intelligence disciplines to disrupt and defeat enemy networks that employ IEDs.
Focus on problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of intelligence (to include unevaluated intelligence) associated with IEDs and their employment by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.
Work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations and decipher trends and patterns related to various group activities.
Possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process
and the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
Possess a strong operational background and must have experience in shaping intelligence products that support tactical or operational goals set forth by the supported unit commander in order to create actionable target support packages.
Possess an understanding of the IED as well as the local, regional, and global networks that facilitate its construction, design, and usage.
Successful applicants will have documented experience working with multidiscipline operations/intelligence teams and familiarity with other elements of the DoD, the interagency and coalition partners.
Have the ability to participate in and lead meetings, conferences, and engagements to exchange information, assist in making decisions, and/or provide updates.
Have the ability to identify and analyze problems and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DoD, interagency and international elements.
Have the ability to perform tasks with the following web-based intelligence tools, software, and databases: Multimedia Message Manager (M3), Tripwire Analytic Capability (TAC), NCTC Online, Terrorism Identities Datamart Environment (TIDE), ICReach SIGINT database, Cultweave SIGINT database, PROTON SIGINT database, Skope SIGINT analytical toolkit, Analyst Notebook 7/Palantir link analysis software, ArcGIS spatial analysis software, Google Earth spatial analysis software, SIPR, JWICS, and Microsoft productivity software and applications as needed.
Work with single source analysts and other team members to prepare a variety of recurring and special messages, reports, briefings, information papers, and assessments.
This position requires recurring domestic and international travel to include deploying to combat zones.
The applicant may be called upon to support 24-hour watch operations.
Bachelor of Science or Arts degree from an accredited college or university. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant military intelligence collection and analysis experience in positions of increasing responsibility in one or more military, academic or defense industry functional areas is required, with 10 or more years being highly desired.
Prior experience with SOF is required. This experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above and to develop intelligence products based upon command guidance, mission analysis, an operational perspective, and/or thorough threat analysis.
Applicants must be fully deployable to the required theater of operations, wear uniforms as prescribed by the supported unit commander, and bear arms as prescribed by the supported unit commander.
Recent in-theater experience with SOF is highly desired.
Must possess a current TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility.
