Job Description:
Duty: coordinate and complete staff actions through the staffing process in a military headquarters. You will assist in developing and implementing policy and program guidance governing Knowledge Management (KM) operational initiatives within the Afghanistan Theater. You will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating the methodology and impact of the KM programs on the missions of the ISAF community. This involves identifying and developing ways to utilize KM concepts and techniques to accomplish command principal program goals. As the KM Subject Matter Expert, you must be able to interpret command guidance, develop and implement changes to processes and IT systems to improve or enhance command SOPs. You will provide technical guidance and advice to Government managers, supervisors and employees. You will insure command KM efforts leverage and benefit from integration with existing information technology capabilities. Position Overview

The candidate is expected to perform Documentum administrative activities which include analyzing, scoping, installing, configuring and delivering Documentum deployments and releases. JOB TITLE: Team Leader

JOB DESCRIPTION: In this position you will be leading about 50 service technicians in your territory.

At the Beginning: All 22 Retail Team Leaders will start on the same day in a 4 week training class (the 2nd week of March).
* First 2 weeks--Technical Training: you will be doing the same training a new Tech would be getting. You will learn the ins and outs of the POS (Point Of Sale (fancy word for modern day cash registers) systems, Blockbuster units, the self checkout lane units, etc.
* Week 3--Territory Leader Academy: you will learn about hiring, firing, business ethics, how to run your territory…basically be given everything you will need to do your job
* Week 4--Customer Specific Training: you will receive certifications relevant to particular clients (i.e., Wal-Mart Bronze level training, Home Depot, etc.) You will be equipped at this point to hit the ground running with clients in your region

First 90 Days: You will be busy! You are starting a whole new region and concept from scratch. You will be doing a lot of hiring (on average, remember, you will be overseeing about 50 Technicians in your territory). You will be recruiting, hiring, training, and setting everything up. You will be managing and on your own!

IDEAL BACKGROUND: They are simply looking for LEADERS. ("leaders, passion, high energy, good communications, integrity, good ratings, someone that understands the younger generation) They will look at Officer or Enlisted E6 and above, no degree requirement. Specific Duties: Assists Senior Specialist in the planning, formulating and preparation of policies, programs and procedures governing information dissemination functions for the recovery operations. Provides assistance to managers in the LRO on basic concepts for developing communication strategies and implementing public affairs, community relations and congressional activities.
Under direction of the supervisor or Senior Specialist, assists with the coordination and internal procedures for responses to queries from elected officials, other government agencies, community organizations and the public about FEMA activities that could significantly affect public view of FEMA or prompt Congressional action.
Assists in the preparation and dissemination of information to correct misperceptions and enhance public understanding of FEMA programs involving assistance to individuals and local governments for disaster recovery to correct misperceptions and enhance public understanding.
Responds to basic disaster recovery program questions and/or identifies the appropriate personnel for response.
Supports External Affairs and the various program activities by managing day-to-day coordination of all support related functions. Controls the External Affairs calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments. Responsible for attending meetings, notes commitments made for External Affairs staff and provides assistance as needed for completions of actions.
