LG4 Materials Control Supervisor

Materials Control Supervisor is responsible for all stock control functions in support of the LOGCAP IV task order in Southern Afghanistan. The Materials Control Supervisor will have stock control responsibility for consolidated warehouse operation.

Principal Accountabilities:
• Responsible for ensuring proper personnel and assets are in place to support specific SOW requirements and coordinating with the Warehouse Manager and US Government Accountable Officer to ensure the accurate receipt/storage of and fluid, flexible distribution of Army equipment, materials and supplies.
• Assigns duties, instructs, and supervises subordinates in proper work techniques and procedures.
• Plans and analyzes operational data and reports to ascertain degree of conformity with established policies, work standards, and procedural directives.
• Supervises preparation of materiel control and accounting input for data processing and reviews output documents.
• Inspects and evaluates inventory management activities.
• Directs supply personnel in performance of supply, warehousing and inventory control functions.
• Analyzes statistical data to determine effectiveness of technical edit. Reconciles problems in automated supply accounting system (DynMRO).
• Manages distribution and filing of receipt, issue, turn-in and salvage records for all classes of supply except Class III (Bulk), Class V and Class VIII.
• Ensures compliance with current regulations and directives pertaining to financial inventory, accounting, and stock funding.
• Implements and manages an effective customer service program
• Enforces adherence to published SOPs, Army Regulations, DA Pamphlets, DCP Procedures and Processes, etc.

Physical Requirements:

Serve as the ITMO Process Improvement Design Team, responsible for analysis of current IT processes, improvement design and publication of updated processes.

Assist in the preparation and production of briefings to senior level leadership.

Maintain a reference library consisting of “as-is” and “to-be” processes.

Serve as the primary point of contact for IT processes in the ITMO. The contractor shall develop guidance and provide training material to assist customers throughout the headquarters in the new processes.

Have excellent management, planning and analysis skills.

Travel may be required to provide the above support for those processes that are Enterprise in nature.

Security Requirements. Individual(s) supporting this task will be cleared at the Secret level at the start of the task. At the discretion of the government, selected individuals supporting this task order will require access to Special Access Program (SAP) information. • Develop criteria and tools to monitor system health and performance.

Reporting to the CFO, the Sr. Strategic Pricing Manager will serve as the company’s strategic pricing expert for all cost proposals. The Strategic Pricing Manager will interact primarily with Capture Managers and senior divisional management to understand/translate RFP requirements into winning, strategically priced, compliant cost volume submissions.

The successful Sr. Strategic Pricing Manager is expected to create estimates of competitor's pricing and approach on major professional services proposals based on Competitive Intelligence (CI) and industry knowledge resulting in Price to Win targets. This will be followed by devising and recommending specific bidding strategies to achieve these targets.
This person must be capable of summarizing the details of the conclusions derived from the competitive analysis, brief executive management, and have the ability to effectively respond to various competitive scenarios during real-time strategy discussions. This person is expected to also be a productive participant in the preparation of proposals, Black Hat reviews, lead pricing red teams, and explain/defend the pricing in final proposal reviews.
In this position, he will be responsible for managing and implementing best practices for the pricing function. As needed, he will coordinate subcontractor responses and internal quoting on non-labor cost elements. He will supervise a Sr. Pricing Analyst and involve other staff as needed.

The Sr. Strategic Pricing Manager must have working knowledge of various Government contract types (T&M, Fixed Price, FP LOE, Cost plus, IDIQ’s, and GSA Schedules) This person must have working knowledge of FAR, DFAR and other government procurement regulations and have interfaced with DCAA on proposal audits.

At least 10 years experience in DoD cost and pricing positions
Verifiable PTW experience and associated competitor/industry knowledge in DoD, State, and Homeland Security professional services contracts.

Job Description:
Will be the Senior Instructor for a Civil Military Operations course of instruction to be provided to a developing country in Africa. Will be responsible for ALL course material development, course schedule, and course delivery, and course supervision. Will also instruct students and supervise overall course delivery. Course will include instruction in the activities of a commander that establish collaborative relationships among military forces, governmental and nongovernmental civilian organizations and authorities, and the civilian populace in a friendly, neutral, or hostile operational area in order to facilitate military operations are nested in support of the overall mission. Class topics will include:
• Humanitarian Law
• Prevention of Sexual Abuse
• IDP Camps
• Building positive relationships with the population
• Conflict resolution
• Negotiating Principles
• Information Operations
• Psychological Operations
• Media Relations
• Civil and Stability Operations
• Assessing community needs
• Searching Techniques
• Detainee Techniques
Qualifications: Must hold a MS or Ph.D in International Relations or equivalent experience. Preference given to candidates with Africa experience. Platform teaching/ instruction experience helpful.

The research analyst shall coordinate and archive DOD, Joint, Service, Federally Funded Research Facilities, Industry and Academic studies and assessments conducted in support of efforts. Tasks shall include the cataloging of studies and assessments; maintenance of an interactive database to cross reference tactics, techniques and procedures against known technology capabilities; and dissemination of results to appropriate individuals and agencies. The research analyst shall be responsible for scheduling conferences, meetings and briefings, and tracking and reporting on action items. The research analyst shall develop and maintain a database to track red and blue teaming system progress and coordinate with the Technical and Requirements Integration Division (TRID), for initiatives in the IED Defeat Capability Approval and Acquisition Management Process (JCAAMP); ensure all proposed countermeasure systems are scheduled for Technical Red/Blue Team analysis; directs the reverse engineering, building and validation of electronic and mechanical devices to be used in the counter-IED fight; and is responsible for meeting the varying technical specifications required for the construction and delivery of such devices and systems. The research analyst shall be responsible for managing the overall development of prototyping of possible future IED arming and triggering devices based on adaptations of commercial-off-theshelf (COTS) technology.

Preferred 5 years of military or IED experience.
Must have experience with basic IED construction and employment methodologies.
Must have experience with red team and blue team concepts.
Education: Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Modeling & Simulation, Physics, Control Systems, Signals Processing, Telecommunications or applicable scientific fields related to the design, construction, or functioning of an IED (e.g., power, initiator, explosives, arming and triggering).
Must have an active TS/SCI
