Specific Responsibilities:
A Web Developer for EITC will have the required skills to perform technical coding of solutions, estimate project timelines and levels of effort in addition the following skills will be utilized in the performance of their day to day work :
• Ability to troubleshoot code and work with other developers on technical solutions.
• Solid understanding with MS.Net Framework, C#, VB.NET or other .Net Language.

The International Medical Center

QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduate of a USA accredited Respiratory Therapy program leading to registration as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• Current licensure or registration by National Board for Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and Advanced Cardiopulmonary Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.

Job Summary: Performs OCONUS Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) flight Operations and Support (O&S) of the Silver Fox UAS to support the operations and maintenance of the deployed Silver Fox UAS system as described by the customer.
Background & Scope of Work: Silver Fox is a small, vehicle transportable unmanned aerial system optimized to provide convoy support and persistent, unarmed reconnaissance and overwatch. After training, operator should be capable of training, operating, and providing field level assembly and maintenance of the basic aircraft.

• Must hold a current Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance
• Flight instructor experience
• Must have at least a private pilot’s license
• Must have a minimum of 300 total hours PIC (manned and/or unmanned system)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Provides support of all daily operational missions and is imbedded with forward-deployed military forces in various overseas locations
• Performs flight planning by gathering information on weather and aircraft (e.g., weight/loading of the aircraft, fuel reserve) and communicates to customer and or the Mission Coordinator, as required.
• Performs ground and flight operations in adherence with applicable flight regulations and requirements.
• Conducts pre-mission planning and briefing with the ground crew
• Coordinates wit h the Mission Controller or ATC and reviews Airspace Control Plan and Mission Logs prior to launch
• Monitors all other UAV flight activities during mission and ensures targeting/video/customer support requirements are met.

• Completes all post mission reports to include mission logs, daily events, etc.
• Performs all required notifications to the Mission Controller including operational/equipment issues which may impact mission accomplishment.
• Utilizes checklist and prescribed methodology to operate the UAV safely

Education and/or Experience:
• BA/BS desired and/or prior military experiences with multiple, world-wide air operations experiences. Pilot license desired
• In-dept understanding in the procedures and principles of air operations in a congested deployed airspace environment – ICAO, ROZ, ATC, Airspace Classes, Killbox/Keypad, Non-radar, etc.
• High level of organizational , aircrew resource and management skills
• Successful military or FSR field deployment experiences (preferably UAV deployment experience)

• Serve as EMI Task Monitor for the Classroom and Editorial Support contract by overseeing daily work of the contractor.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
To qualify for this position at the GS-09 level you must possess at least one of the following:
One full year of specialized experience. Specialized experience is described as experience advising, coordinating, and prioritizing the support required by course managers regarding development, revision, word processing, editing, and printing of course materials under direct supervision.
OR
A Masters or equivalent graduate degree from an accredited college or university.
