1. Cisco Network SME (Afghanistan)
The candidate must have a current CCIE certification with significant experience in Cisco Router and Switch configuration for Data, Secondary experience in voice routing is a plus (CCVP), but not required. In addition he/she must also have a current Security+ certification.
Understanding of tactical network infrastructure related to the Marine Corps is very much desired. Prior field Cisco Networking experience in a war zone IOIF, OEF) is also desired.

The task will be to provide SME knowledge and expertise in developing, configuring and maintaining Cisco network infrastructure components at Camp Leatherneck, Afghanistan, extending to remote Forward Operating Bases throughout the Southwestern Region of Afghanistan. Candidate will be tasked to do much of the configuration as well as consult with the Communications Officers and other senior leadership in providing industry best practice solutions. The engineer will be working 84 hours per week (7X12) average.

2. Position: Infantry Officer Course Manager (Africa)
Location: OCONUS
Job Description:
Course Manager for an Infantry Officer Basic course of instruction to be provided to a developing country in Africa. Responsible for course material development, course schedule, course delivery, and course supervision. Will also instruct students and supervise overall course execution. Course will include instruction in infantry weapons, maintenance of vehicles and equipment, communications, NBC defense, artillery call for fire, land navigation, training management, tactics, leadership and physical fitness. Instruction will teach students to plan and execute infantry missions, both during combat and peacetime, understand tactical decision making and the Infantry Officer's role as a leader in a combined arms or joint-force environment, and coordinate employment of Infantry Soldiers at all levels of command, from platoon to battalion.
Qualifications: Must be infantry officer qualified (retired or former infantry officer - Army or USMC). MEL 4 preferred. 0-3 or above, command of an infantry company is a minimum requirement.

Operations Assistant (OA)
one person per shift to work in the Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC). The OA reports to the FPSS and performs functions as directed by the FPSS. The OA performs administrative duties supporting BDOC operations to include ensuring that administrative supplies are readily available. The Operations Assistant performs courier duties and making distribution runs, ensuring the BDOC is well organized and clean. The OA shall collate pertinent details required in developing and providing reports, charts and briefings as requested by the COR through the FPSS and Assistant SS. The OA shall make sure that the property available for use on the contract is kept serviceable, schedule required maintenance, and arrange for replacement/repair as necessary. The OA will report communications equipment problems to the proper agency. The OA shall answer phones and direct calls to the proper person. The OA shall ensure the tasks outlined by the FPSS are performed in a timely manner. The OA shall have a working knowledge of IT equipment to troubleshoot problems with computer software, hardware such as CPU, printers, scanners and other peripherals. The OA shall maintain an inventory of all GFE equipment in use by Force Protection personnel assigned to the BDOC. The OA shall have at least 2 years of Force Protection related work experience in an operations center capacity. The OA shall be able to use MS Excel, Word and Power Point. Fluency in Iraqi Arabic language is preferred. The OA shall have a US Secret clearance or equivalent.
Radio Telephone Operator (RTO)
RTO personnel per shift to work in the Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC). The RTO performs tasks as directed by the FPSS or Assistant Shift Supervisor. The RTO shall maintain communications with all subordinate and higher stations; static and mobile Force Protection forces, the JOC and the US Embassy Tactical Operations Center (TOC) by radio and telephone. The RTO shall be able to speak clearly and distinctly and have at least 3 years of Force Protection related work experience which shall be in an operations center capacity. The RTO shall monitor all communications systems and ensure the equipment is functioning properly upon start of his/her shift coming on duty. The RTO shall be responsible for making communications checks with all posts and mobile units within the BDOCs area of responsibility. The RTO shall make communication checks with all posts and mobile units within the BDOCS area of responsibility. The RTO will be responsible for receiving, processing, disseminating and tracking all information received in a timely and accurate manner through use of radio, hard-line and NIPR/SIPR assets. The RTO will prepare message forms and reports for BDOC distribution; maintain a daily events log for routine and emergency events happening during the RTO’s duty shift; maintain frequencies and call signs according to the Security Operating Instruction; and ensure appropriate changeover and inventory duties prior to each shift change. The RTO should know how to use a Communications Electronics Operating Instruction (CEOI), if required. The RTO shall be able to use higher level functions in MS Word. English as a first language is mandatory. Fluency in Iraqi Arabic language is preferred. The RTO shall have a current US Secret clearance or equivalent.
Assistant Shift Supervisor.
one person per shift to work in the Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC). The Assistant Shift Supervisor reports to the BDOC FPSS. The Assistant Shift Supervisor is second in command of the BDOC and runs normal and emergency actions when the FPSS is away from his/her post conducting business or attending meetings regarding BDOC matters. The Assistant Shift Supervisor shall assist the FPSS in preparing for meetings, compiling information for briefings and creating briefing slides. The Assistant Shift Supervisor shall ensure taskings; RFIs and policy letters received from the JOC or Mayor’s cell are expeditiously and properly acted upon, distributed and tracked to ensure that suspense’s are met. The Assistant Shift Supervisor shall assist in gathering information, developing briefings and providing status reports as necessary for Mayor’s Cell operations. The Assistant Shift Supervisor will be expected to interface with other contractor personnel (specialists and technicians) supporting the BDOC mission. The Assistant Shift Supervisor shall have at least 3 years of Force Protection related work experience, two years of which shall be in an operations center capacity. The Assistant Shift Supervisor shall be able to use higher level functions in MS Excel, Word and Power Point. Being conversant in Iraqi Arabic is preferred. The Assistant Shift Supervisor shall have a current US Secret clearance or equivalent.

Store Manager Job Description
As a primary contact for Safeway customers, the Store Manager is heavily involved in and provides friendly, courteous, and
helpful customer service on a daily basis. The store manager is also responsible for the total operations of the store and
performs various duties personally or through supervision of store employees (8 to 12 direct reports plus 100+ bargaining unit
and non-contract employees). The Store Manager position is a non-union, salaried position and reports to the District
Manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Must have a Bachelor of Science or Arts degree and served a minimum of two (2) years as a commissioned officer
with direct leadership experience in a branch of the United States military.
• Must provide DD Form 214 indicating an honorable discharge or separation and three (3) most recent performance
reviews/appraisals/evaluation reports.
• Strong customer service, supervisory, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Overall management responsibility for operation of retail grocery store, including store performance, control of cash,

Safeway provides you with the tools to improve your health. The purpose of this handout is to provide highlights of our
benefit package. It should not be considered a complete benefits plan document. Detailed eligibility and procedural rules
may apply. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements and other plan limits.
Health, Life and Disability Benefits
Safeway employees designated as full-time (regularly work 32 or more hours per week) are eligible to participate in health
benefits on the first day of the calendar month following one (1) completed month of employment. Part-time employees
must work 80 hours in one calendar month, then have a waiting period of one calendar month and continue to meet
eligibility requirements to participate. The health care package includes medical, prescription drugs, dental, vision, life
insurance, sick pay, short-term disability, long-term disability, Employee Assistance Program, and Flexible Spending
Arrangements.
Medical Plans
Your medical plan contributions are paid on a pre-tax basis, depending on your location, the plan you select, and the
number of family members you enroll. In most cases, our employees choose from one or more HMOs in their area or a
Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) Plan. HMOs require a co-pay for most services, but do not require the filing of
claim forms. With a PPO Plan, you are able to go any providers and are not required to pay a deductible or a co-pay for
most charges when using an in-network provider. However, selecting an out-of-network provider will require you to pay
a deductible and a larger portion of charges.
If you don’t live in an HMO or PPO service area, an Out-of-Area Plan is available. This plan allows you to choose any
health care provider and requires you to pay a deductible and 20 percent of most charges.
Healthy Measures
Healthy Measures is a voluntary program designed to encourage employees and spouses/domestic partners to identify
and understand major health risks, and engage in healthy behaviors to help lower risks. Healthy Measures testing includes
body mass index (BMI), blood pressure, fasting glucose, fasting cholesterol and nicotine. You can save hundreds of
dollars on medical plan contributions, if you meet the Healthy Measures standards.
Prescription Drugs
If you enroll in any SelectBenefits medical plan, you automatically receive prescription services through the Avia Partners
Pharmacy program, a wholly owned subsidiary of Safeway.
Note: If you select a Kaiser medical plan, you can choose to receive prescription drugs from Kaiser or Avia Partners.
Vision
Your contributions to vision care are paid on a pre-tax basis, depending on the plan you select and number of family
members you enroll. Vision service plans provide eye exams and lenses (standard or contacts) annually and frames every
two years. For each service, a co-pay is required.
Dental
Your contribution to a dental plan depends on the plan you select and number of family members you enroll and is paid
on a pre-tax basis. Our dental plans include preventative, basic and major services, as well as orthodontia.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
You may select to contribute pre-tax dollars to pay for healthcare and dependent care expenses that are not reimbursed
through your health plan.
Medical Decision Support Service
You are automatically enrolled in this free, high-tech medical information program. Call MedExpert when you need
information or have questions about a recent diagnosis, are unsure about the best treatment option, or if you have
questions about your prescription.
Employees Assistance Program (EAP)
This program is a company-paid benefit that provides confidential assistance with personal concerns for you and your
household members, offering legal, financial, elder- and child-care advice.
Basic Life Insurance
Basic life insurance is a company-paid benefit offering full-time employees coverage for 2 times their base pay, up to $1
million. Part-time employees are covered for $10,000.
Additional Life Insurance
Your contribution to additional life insurance is paid with after-tax dollars and is based on your age and the level of
coverage you select. You may choose from 1 to 8 times your base pay, up to a maximum of $2 million.
Spouse Life Insurance
Spouse life insurance is based on the level of coverage you select and your spouse’s age, with contributions paid with
after-tax dollars. You may choose to receive coverage equaling 50, 100, 150, 300 or 400 percent of your base pay, up to
$500,000.
Child Life Insurance
Your contribution is paid with after-tax dollars, with the option of selecting from $10,000 or $20,000 coverage for each
child over the age of 1. Coverage for newborns to age one is available for $2,000.
Short-Term Disability
If you are unable to work due to illness or injury, short-term disability is available and is company-paid in all of our
operating areas, except California, Hawaii and New Jersey.
Note: California, Hawaii and New Jersey provide coverage and mandate employee contributions.
Long-Term Disability
You contribution for long-term disability is paid with after-tax dollars. The plan provides 60 percent of base pay, up to a
$12,500 monthly maximum after a certain waiting period. Bonus eligible employees may receive their total base pay, plus
a bonus up to $17,500 monthly.
Business Travel Accident
Safeway provides a company-paid accident plan in the event of death or catastrophic injury while traveling on company
business.
Paid Time Off
Vacation
Safeway provides paid vacation after your first year of employment. Our employees generally accrue 2 weeks paid
vacation per year and receive periodic increases up to 5 weeks based on their years of service. The schedule of periodic
increases may vary by division.

Holidays
While holiday schedules vary by division, all employees generally receive nine paid days off each year (pro-rated for parttime
employees).
Sick Leave
After 3 months employment, our employees accumulate one sick day per month, with a 130-day maximum. All divisions
provide sick leave and/or a short-term disability program.
Jury Service
Safeway encourages you to meet your civic obligations, allowing you 20 days off for jury service in a three-year period.
Bereavement Leave
Safeway understands that personal circumstances occasionally require our employees to miss work. Certain limits to
funeral leave may apply depending on their relationship to the deceased and the funeral location.
Retirement
Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
Our employees may purchase shares of Safeway stock through payroll deductions. Participating in this plan allows you
to make lump purchases at any time. You pay the fees for the sale of stock, while Safeway pays fees and brokerage
commissions on all purchases. If you are the age of majority in your state of residence, eligibility starts at hire date.
Safeway Retirement Plan
The Safeway Retirement Plan is designed to offer a foundation on which you can build a well planned retirement. The
plan has been in existence for over 50 years and its assets are invested in a wide variety of stocks and bonds. Along with
your 401(k) Plan, Social Security, and personal savings, the Retirement Plan is a big part of your total retirement picture.
Safeway pays for the full cost of this benefit.
• Safeway Company employees who are 21-years-old or over are eligible to participate in the program after they
have completed one year of service.
• This plan is entirely funded by company contributions. You accrue benefits that are based on your pay, years of
plan participation, and a set interest rate.
• You become vested in the Retirement Plan when you have earned three years of vesting service after age 18 or
after you reach age 55 as a Safeway employee, whichever is sooner.
• Certain benefits are available for employees’ survivors.
Safeway 401(k) Plan
Safeway’s 401(k) plan is funded entirely by employee contributions; you are, thus, immediately vested. You can save
from 1 to 50 percent of your pre-tax income (base pay plus overtime), investing in any of the available investment funds.
You pay no tax on your contributions or earnings until you withdraw your money.
At age 59 or over, you may withdraw money from your 401(k) account without a penalty tax or having to leave the
company. Otherwise, you can borrow up to 50 percent of your balance and pay yourself back with interest.

If you are age 50 or over, you are eligible to contribute an additional amount in Catch-Up Contributions each year. The
2010 limit for catch-up is $5,500.
Although you may invest your 401(k) contributions in Safeway stock, the choice is yours. You control the direction of
your investments and may change funds at any time.

Work on various sizes and types of valves, valve positioners and regulators. Designs and installs various control loops in conjunction with engineering. Performs the functions of a measurement technician, maintenance personnel as needed and operations relief as required.

Switch the operations of the plant between the injection and withdrawal modes.

11.0052.DC: Senior Logistician Logistics Analyst, NAVAL Ships
We seek a senior logistician who is well versed in logistics program management for US Navy ship acquisition and life-cycle support efforts. The successful candidate will have more than 10 years experience in integrated logistics support (ILS) product development, equipment acquisition logistics planning, supply support and stock level analysis. The successful candidate must work independently and will oversee a Navy logistical program for new and existing shipboard Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) equipment. Tasks will include overseeing local warehouse personnel and tracking COTS equipment within a local equipment tracking database. The individual must be current in Navy processes and procedures for installing COTS equipment in new construction ships, and processes for scheduled equipment replacement efforts. Recurring development and maintenance ILS products is required for new ship construction efforts, and efforts will also include tracking equipment MTBF data, and providing quarterly metrics data for NAVSEA program level briefings and data collection. Specific knowledge and experience in the development and approval of Ship Change Documents (SCD) is a definite plus.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage the ILS program to provide timely and accurate logistics products to multiple shipbuilding program offices.
2. Develop ILS packages in their entirety for various ship building program offices for new construction efforts.
3. Use the CDMD-OA database, and local tracking system databases for general equipment tracking and maintenance actions.
4. Oversee warehouse operations for the worldwide distribution of shipboard equipment.
5. Manage the equipment repair program and contracts; ensuring equipment is continuously available for fleet-wide support.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. US citizenship and either a current Secret clearance or ability to immediately obtain one;
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. The individual must have the ability to become familiar with broadcast and surveillance video equipment.
4. 10+ years of demonstrated ability to be capable, reliable, and trustworthy in prior relevant logistical and ILS work assignments.

SUMMARY: Preferred candidate has military experience in MOS 25B, extensive experience in SASMO as a Computer Systems Repair Technician. Responsible to design, program, implement and train end users on data management systems to streamline logistics analysis and logistics/maintenance reporting, utilizing the Microsoft Office platform to include Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Automate day to day desktop tasks in a Windows/Office environment using VBA.
Responsible to maintain unit desktop systems to ensure compliance with DOD information security requirements.
Required to prepare all workstations for Active Directory rollout.
Manage upgrades and maintenance for G4/Support Operations Windows based workstations; maintain network security compliance, troubleshoot OS and connectivity issues, assist all personnel with desktop issues.
Prepare and manage section systems for Active Directory roll out with minimal downtime or work load interruption.
Build and maintain the maintenance management file/database server with a Windows Server XP platform.
Makes recommendations and provides guidance to G4 and Support Operations for hardware and software acquisition.
Develop desktop solutions to automate repetitive customer tasks with the use of VBA and Excel. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Provide Technical and Functional field support for Army STAMIS; provide Software and Limited Hardware Support to CSSAMO customers;
distribute new Army STAMIS/Equipment to SASMO customers; distribute new Software Packages; Engineering Change Proposals (ECP) and Incremental Change Packages (ICP) to SASMO customers; maintain Historical Library of System Software and Change Packages;
Maintain and Issue Logistic Information System (LIS) "Floats"; monitor Contract and Maintenance Support (Warranty/Maintenance Repair); provide User Level LIS Sustainment Training; restore equipment to operation by replacement of line replaceable unit; troubleshoot automation equipment and systems to the degree required for isolation of malfunctions to specific hardware or software.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

SUMMARY: The Maintenance Logistics Analyst III will perform work associated with FORSCOM mobilization, deployment, and readiness posture. Equipment Technician on a HAWK Instrumentation Team. Applicant will be responsible for preparing, maintaining and operating equipment used in the instrumentation of HAWK missile systems. • Serves as agency representative and technical resource for the development and review of occupational safety and health programs to include disaster response and recovery, OSHE operations related to motor vehicles, materials handling, electrical systems, fire prevention/emergency plans, job hazard analysis, employee training, safety programs, facility inspections, ergonomics, and air quality.
• Responsible for providing guidance, assistance, technical support and oversight to FEMA Disaster Safety Officers, FEMA Collateral Duty Safety Officers (CDSOs) located at the Regions, MERS, NPSCs, Distribution Centers and other field operation sites, and other FEMA Safety Officials.
• Operates, maintains, and calibrates safety and industrial hygiene instruments to measure indoor air quality, radiation, combustible gases, noise, light, etc., and other sampling devices, as necessary. Ensures that adequate types and quantities of appropriate, approved, and calibrated instruments are kept available.
• Develops and implements site-specific OSHE program guidelines, instructions, standard operating procedures, and other materials, in accordance with DHS/FEMA/OSHE program manuals and instructions, as required.
• Investigates work-related accidents, illnesses, and injuries for staff on-site or at off-site locations, and analyzes data to determine trends, identify causes, and redirect program priorities.
• Serves as Safety Officer on the NRCC, coordinates with Disaster Safety Officers, reviews and provides inputs to mission assignments, participates in drills, exercises and hot washes.
