ISR Pilot for Dash 8
Location: International – no relocation necessary.

Dynamic Aviation requires pilots with Dash 8 experience for precise all-weather flying in US and international locations. Assignments require travel away from home for 60 days at a time. Complex assignments, diverse customer requirements and varied flight conditions provide challenging and interesting work for talented and disciplined pilots. ISR DHC-8 Field Technical Representative
Location: International – no relocation necessary

Due to continued and rapid expansion to serve a growing number of diverse customers, we have several openings for Field Technical Representatives (FTR). If you are a licensed A&P mechanic, able to travel away from home for 60 days on with 60 days off at a time and can obtain a security clearance, there might be a place for you at Dynamic Aviation.

The FTR position is responsible for performing all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance assuring aircraft is available for customer flight missions on an ongoing basis. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: maintaining parts inventory while at remote sites; maintaining communication with company headquarters; and continuously improving knowledge and capabilities on assigned aircraft.

Minimum requirements include an A&P Certificate coupled with vocational/ training in aviation systems and maintenance or completion of a degree program in general aviation maintenance. Minimum of 2 years aircraft maintenance experience required. DHC-8 and/or turbine engine maintenance experience preferred. Military experience preferred. The individual must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to self-manage complex tasks.

7. Track Laborer-Driver (Casa Grande, AZ)

Basic Purpose of Job:

A track laborer's job consists of repairing and rebuilding railroad track, using hand tools to do so. Specific duties will include, but are not limited to, removing and replacing ties, pulling and driving spikes, shoveling rock ballast, loading and unloading equipment and material, and various other tasks, as assigned.

Accountabilities:

* OBSERVE THE CONDITION OF TRACK, TRACKBED, AND TRACK RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR PROBLEMS OR DEFECTS. Make quick visual inspections for broken rails, defective switches and signals, deteriorating trackbed, track obstructions and weather related problems; check switch points; observe right-of-way and passing trains for shifted loads and spillage.

* PERFORM TRACK MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, AND INSTALLATION. Drive spikes into ties and spike maul; pull spikes with claw bar; install and remove rail anchors; slide, place, and align tie plates under rails; cut in rails; plug spike holes; with assistance, lift rails using manual track jack; broom off dust and snow from movable track parts or switches; set up switch heaters.
* HANDLE AND MOVE TRACK MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT. With assistance, load/unload equipment weighing 85- to 100 lbs. (air hammer, rail drill) from back of cart or truck and carry to work site; without assistance, load/unload equipment weighing 50 to 75 lbs. (track jack, rail saw, jitterbug); with assistance, remove and install rail using rail tongs, with assistance, remove ties and slide new ties into place using two-man tie tongs; with assistance, move debris away from work site (spike cans, anchors).
* MAINTAIN TRACKBED. Remove and replace ballast; tamp ballast; unload or assist in unloading ballast from cart or truck.
* WORK WITH EQUIPMENT. Safely and effectively operate the following: an air hammer to drive spikes; air or gas powered wrenches to loosen or tighten track bolts; rail drill to drill holes in rail; portable abrasive rail saw to cut rails.
* PRACTICE SAFE WORK HABITS. Understand and follow company and industry safety rules, practices, and procedures, wear prescribed safety apparel; take appropriate action when conditions threaten safety of self or coworkers; ensure equipment and work area are in safe operating condition before starting work; monitor for emergency situations by identifying visual signals and warning sounds.

Required Education, Training, Experience or Skills:

* Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

The Operations Planner/Storyline Scripter (OPS Planner) works within a small group providing Special Operations Force (SOF) support for Joint National Training Capability (JNTC)-accredited, General Purpose Forces (GPF) Mission Rehearsal Exercises (MREs) and War Fighter events at the brigade level and below. Responsibilities:
The OPS Planner represents SOF interests throughout Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) planning events for designated JNTC-accredited events and exercises. S/he analyzes exercise training objectives and develops relevant storylines that will prepare GPF to properly interact with SOF operations that they will encounter within the Area of Responsibility (AOR). The OPS Planner applies current tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs) and utilizes appropriate message and document formats to script storyline injects that accurately depict SOF missions and functions. The OPS Planner must have intimate knowledge of Special Operations Task Force (SOTF) structure and should have experience from staff-level deployments in Operations IRAQI FREEDOM and ENDURING FREEDOM (OIF and OEF). S/he will be required to maintain currency in operational and administrative procedures by accessing SOF resources. The OPS Planner will be expected to contribute as a Special Operations Force (SOF) Subject Matter Expert (SME) and role player during JNTC event execution and must be prepared to assist with Joint Exercise Control Group (JECG) functions.
During exercise execution, the OPS/Intel Planner ensures that SOF events occur as scheduled and tracks the Training Audience responses. As required, the OPS Planner conducts dynamic scripting to return the storyline to its original course.
Travel, within CONUS and (potentially) O-CONUS, is required.
Experience:
• Minimum 3 years experience with SOF exercise design, planning and management processes, including experience with preparing exercise training objectives, translating these into storylines, and populating event injects into computerized tracking tools.
• Extensive Ground SOF Tactical-level experience and OPS involvement at the AOB/Task Unit levels.
• Broad Military Mission Planning experience with focus upon OIF and OEF Ideal candidate would be a recently-retired senior SF OPS NCO (E8/9)

Approves outgoing visit authorization requests (VARS) and reviews incoming visit requests.

Provides annual security briefings to Company personnel IAW NISPOM. Initiates, writes and presents additional security briefings and security education material for cleared employees. Writing security procedures, generating an entire security program.

Performs facility physical security checks. Issues and controls key distribution, and provides access codes for ADT security control system for facility.

Coordinates security matters with Department of Defense representatives and other security personnel. Executes and distributes required security formsfor the processing of personnel added to contracts. Establishes security files and computer data bases.

Selected individual must comply with all ISO Standards and requirements. Additionally, must ensure to keep up with the current information on the SPS servers and filling requirements identified on the server and operations manuals, as a part of ISO requirements.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years related experience; Associate’s degree and 7 years related experience; High School diploma or GED, and 9 years related experience. Preferred experience working in a US Government Contracting environment.

SKILLS

Description and Responsibilities of Position:

The primary role for this position is to provide resources for operational scenarios and technologies, acquisition documentation, and system architecture. The candidate will work as a lead systems engineer supporting a Government lead to achieve technical goals as well as specific deadlines. • Draft and coordinate preparation of requirements documentation for one or more threads. The documentation will include but not be limited to: requirements management plans, requirements documents, and technical briefings.
• Ensuring technical reviews are done in accordance with the Systems Engineering Plan (SEP) and the Thread Engineering Process. In addition, should ensure the system product deliveries can support the test and deployment process.
• Researching, writing, and coordinating the preparation of technical documentation for one or more Milestone documents. The documentation will include but not be limited to: technical management plans, requirements documents, and test plans.
• Proven ability to lead a documentation effort, including supervising one or two other systems engineers writing or updating a document.
Minimum Requirements:
• TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Five years of direct experience with an intelligence community or signals intelligence capability with an emphasis on collection, processing, and exploitation.
• 15+ years experience in a technical role in projects and programs, with at least five in a senior leadership role.
• 5+ years experience as a Systems Engineer supporting programs to develop and field large-scale systems to include: experience in system architecture, requirements analysis, system documentation, system evaluation, and process execution and evaluation.
• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or other technical discipline.

Training Skills.

lesson outlines in support of existing Programs of Instruction (POI) and
lesson plans, and create training materials (handouts, PowerPoint
Slides, outlines, study sheets, etc.) in support of lesson plans,
outlines and practical exercises. They shall also be able to perform all
instructor tasks in accordance with SAT Implementation. All unqualified
contract instructors shall receive a comprehensive evaluation on their
platform teaching abilities, and receive extensive training on practical
exercise grading criteria standards to help ensure all students are kept
to the standards that are set forth by the POI.

Contract instructors shall write English well enough to provide written
evaluations and feedback, and to successfully provide written After
Action Reviews (AAR), lesson outlines, graded materials, and course
material.
Contract instructors shall have a minimum of six years of Special
Operations experience or had been a USG appointed subject matter expert
in his/her area of instruction

Contract instructors shall be able to walk up to six-mile cross-country
over varying terrain carrying varying equipment in a rural environment.
The contractor shall be responsible for the physical fitness of
employees to meet these requirements.

9. Develop and implement processes and procedures for the preparation and submission of monthly operational and fiscal progress reports to US Paralympic Military program officials, key leadership at DOD Wounded Warrior Care & Transition Policy and the Armed Forces Services Corporation.

The Senior Intelligence Integrator must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise. Must be able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and is able to provide daily feedback to team lead on product development. The Senior Intelligence Integrator must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.



The Senior Intelligence Integrator must have a strong operational background and experience in shaping intelligence products that support tactical or operational goals set forth by the supported unit commander in order to create actionable target support packages. The Senior Intelligence Integrator should also possess an understanding of IEDs as well as the local, regional, and global networks that facilitate its construction, design, and usage.

Successful applicants will have documented experience working with multidiscipline operations/intelligence teams and familiarity with other elements of the DoD, the interagency and coalition partners.

The Senior Intelligence Integrator must have the ability to participate in and lead meetings, conferences, and engagements to exchange information, assist in making decisions, and/or provide updates. The Senior Intelligence Integrator must have the ability to identify and analyze problems and generate recommended solutions based upon experience workings with elements of the DoD, interagency or international elements.

The Senior Intelligence Integrator should have the ability to perform tasks and provide training to support the client in the uses and capabilities of the following web-based intelligence tools, software, and databases: Multimedia Message Manager (M3), Tripwire Analytic Capability (TAC), NCTC Online, Terrorism Identities Datamart Environment (TIDE), ICReach SIGINT analytical toolkit, Analyst Notebook / Palantir link analysis software, ArcGIS spatial analysis software, Google Earth spatial analysis software, and Microsoft productivity software and applications.

The Senior Intelligence Integrator should have familiarity with the following methodologies: F3EAD, CALEB/IWA, Social Network Analysis and CARVER.

This position requires recurring domestic and international travel to include deploying to combat zones.

The applicant may be called upon to support 24-hour watch operations.

This position requires the ability to obtain and hold a TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility. (Resume must show that proposed employee currently holds a TS clearance with previous access to SCI level of information.)

Associates Degree from an accredited college or university with a 15 years of relevant intelligence experience. This experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above and to develop intelligence products based upon command guidance, mission analysis, an operational perspective, and/or thorough threat analysis.


Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum 5 years of relevant intelligence experience. This experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above and to develop intelligence products based upon command guidance, mission analysis, an operational perspective, and/or thorough threat analysis.


Applicants must be fully deployable to the required theater of operations, wear uniforms as prescribed by the supported unit commander, and bear arms as prescribed by the supported unit commander. Recent in-theater experience is highly desired.

Post 9/11 experience conducting deployed intelligence analysis

Post 9/11 experience conducting irregular warfare analysis, Link analysis, Network/nodal analysis or similar methodologies.

5. Project Planning and documentation as required.
6. Assist in the management of other data, server and security systems as dictated by the environment.

USSOCOM Threat Auditing Program Job Descriptions

1. (U) Technical Project Lead
(U//FOUO) The Technical Project Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operational management activities conducted by the contractor support personnel. The Technical Project Lead is responsible for overseeing the deployment of defined audit policies on audited IS(s) as executed by the contracted IS support personnel. The Technical Project Lead is also responsible for keeping the Project Lead and SOCOM Commanding General updated on all technical developments.

2. (U) Information Assurance Auditor
(U//FOUO) The Information Assurance Auditor provides advice and assistance as required, to assist the audit team in assessing the Information Assurance nature of the reported activity. The Information Assurance Auditor will be responsible for advising the Policy Control Board with respect to the development and refinement of Information Assurance related audit policies and any other SOCOM Regulation that may be applicable to determine unauthorized disclosure or potential threats to classified or sensitive information. Information Assurance Auditors will determine whether the event should be referred to the SOCOM J6 for appropriate action.

3. (U) CI Auditor
(U//FOUO) CI Auditors will be government counterintelligence professionals. CI Auditors are responsible for advising the Policy Control Board with respect to the development and refinement of CI related audit instructions based on applicable DoD and Service Department’s Regulations pertaining to events of CI concern that may indicate threats to classified or sensitive information. In addition to participating in the assessment of the audit tool and instructions, CI Auditors will refer all CI matters to the SOCOM J2X Command Counterintelligence Coordinating Authority for their determination of the appropriate CI activity IAW DoD 5240.04. The CI Auditors must be able to articulate the CI threats targeted against the organization’s resources in any referrals.

4. (U) Audit Rules Policy Engineers
(U//FOUO) Policy engineers will coordinate with the Policy Control Board to design, develop and test authorized audit policies that have been properly coordinated through the Policy Control Board and approved by an individual designated by the Deputy Chief of Staff, J2.

5. (U) IS/Database Support Administrator
(U//FOUO) The Database Support Administrator is responsible for administering the audit tool’s Oracle database including applying patch sets, monitoring database status, and establishing and monitoring database backups. The database administrator will assists the project leads and auditors with ad hoc database queries to support further analysis of collected data.

6. (U) IS/Audit Trail Operator Auditor
(U//FOUO) The Operator Auditor is responsible for ensuring there are not unauthorized activities by the insider threat staff. The tool maintains an audit trail of the activities of its operators in an internal audit log. When changes are made to a policy, for example, the audit trail will include information about what specifically changed and will often record and display the “before and after” versions of the changed object. Operator Auditor has sole access to the logs and no access to other areas of the IS, for example the collected data. If during the course of auditing activity, the Operator Auditor has reason to believe that any user with access to the application tool is inappropriately using that access or exceeding their authorities, the Operator Auditor will immediately notify the Project Lead, who will immediately consult with the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate.
