Description

asset position of customer inventories. Responds to customer service
inquiries; supports requests for proposals and provisioning determinations;

Controls the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between
point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer
requirements. Ensures that customer service and time objectives are achieved
within existing financial constraints in order to meet marketing and
financial objectives. Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of
standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data
interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems
administration and related functions. Builds relationships with strategic
customers through logistics initiatives. Integrates learning from customers,
competitors, operating entities, distribution, transportation, customer
service, other industries, industry groups, and professional training to

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: Candidate must have 12+ years of Supply/Logistics
experience; must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Undergraduate degree is desirable. Candidate must have a current DoD
clearance (Top Secret desired), and be willing to submit to polygraph.
Additionally, the ability to obtain and retain a Program Security Clearance

of the other corresponding systems of the Joint Conflict and Tactical
Simulation (JCATS) simulation during training events. Individual will be
obligated to interact with training audience to ensure historical and
relevant database and scenarios are understood and developed as it pertains
to modeling and simulations. Act as a primary operator, setting up the
hardware, software and databases, establishing communications, starting,
stopping, monitoring, and conducting
crash recovery on the software and hardware as needed. Install computer
equipment, set up routers and operating system and application
software for operations. Conduct operational testing and troubleshooting to
insure proper operation of the systems. Assist in the preparation of
training materials, documentation and briefings as required. Maintains
accountability and responsibility for all assigned equipment.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: Must have a working knowledge of LINUX, and a minimum
of four years experience conducting simulations. Should possess the ability
to setup and teardown simulation work stations prior and after all training
events. Requires the ability to communicate and share constructive
perspective in order to achieve success of task and missions present and
future. Must be a US citizen with a secret or higher security clearance or
the ability to obtain one; applicant will be subject to a government
security investigation. Must be willing to travel outside Fort Carson 2-4
times/year for up to 2 weeks/trip. Must be a disciplined worker capable of
meeting short suspenses without intense supervision.

Preferred Qualifications: A degree in information technology, or a related
field is desirable but may be replaced by business experience on a case by

10. COMPUTER PROGRAMMING SUPPORT: NAVSUP San Diego

The contractor shall provide professional and
technical services, Fiscal database and help desk support, computer
programming services in support of the Transaction Online Processing System
(TOPS). The contractor shall provide sequel programming to support other
associated systems and operational requirements in support to Navy Pay
Personnel Support Center (NPPSC). The contractor shall perform the following
specific tasks but not be limited to, the following: Responsible for the
computer programming maintenance and support for the TOPS system. TOPS is a
multi-user system that provides a work flow tool within a secure environment
for users to initiate and administratively process tasking related to
transactions involving pay and personnel matter. Perform programmable system
upgrades and to support various programming languages in Structured Query
Language (SQL), ASP, PHP, API, XHTML, CSS, XML, HTML, Java Script, access
database, and the operational requirement to keep the system functioning at
an optimal level. Provide fiscal processing in regards to systems used to
support actions of management and the creation of products used to support
these actions such as tracking tools to account for Labor. Responsible to
create and provide spreadsheets to depict labor information. Response to
Comptroller actions related to monitoring and management aspects of both
Fiscal and Labor in order to automate products and databases associated with
these actions. Provide help desk support to end users and account managers
in
addressing problems with the operations of TOPS system, and other associated
systems. Conduct and perform troubleshoot system
malfunctions (associated with programming functions), identify errors and
perform the required fix(es). Provide on a weekly basis a report detailing
programming modifications, updates, repairs, and help desks support
activities. Participate in briefings and meetings. Conduct and review
assigned schedules, work discrepancies and communicate policies, purposes
and goal of organization. Responsible for resource allocation and technical
oversight. Provide technical advice on subject matter related to this task
order and technical expertise in performing complex programs involving
multiple tasks associated with computer sequel programming and functions.

Required Skills and Knowledge

The Contractor employee must have 5 to 10 years experience within a specific
business or equivalent technical management discipline.
Requires a minimum education of Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering
and Sciences. Contractor employee shall have knowledge and experience in the
area of web-based technologies, specifically those related to NPPSC
objectives (i.e. TOPS). Contractor shall have technical writing capabilities
to maintain all training materials, documentation, data analysis and
reporting involved with the TOPS application. Prioritize queries and
information requests for submission to Program Manager. Administer
implementation of changes to application(s), create, circulate and maintain
follow-on related training materials within document library. Coordinate
electronic delivery of all materials to/via Network Account Administrators.

Brief Description: Software Application Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Engineer to support the IT Services Task Order on the JRDC program located in the Missile Defense Integration and Operations Center (MDIOC) at Schriever Air Force Base, CO. Position is contingent on contract award.
Complete Description: Software Application O&M Engineer will operate, maintain, and enhance the E-Tasker application that uses the Electronic Suspense Tracking and Routing System (E-STARS) COTS product. Provide daily monitoring and user support for the application, ColdFusion services and associated database. Apply application and database patches and updates as needed. Ensure that the unclassified instance of E-Tasker and the classified instance are periodically synchronized. Develop and enhance E-Tasker custom reports using ColdFusion and MS SQL Reporting Services. Design, develop and maintain web applications. Integrate web applications (Government Off-The-Shelf and Commercial Off-The-Shelf products) into the MDA Infrastructure. Develop and integrate databases into web applications. Independently perform all aspects of software development lifecycle, research new technologies, evaluate products, write processes and documentation and perform training as needed. Occasional after-hours maintenance support required.
Minimum Requirements: A Bachelor's degree and 8 years experience in web application O&M support, design and development. Experience administering ColdFusion 9 and development of ColdFusion applications. Experience with MS SQL Server 2005/2008 and MS SQL Reporting Services. Experience writing SQL queries. Experience with MS IIS administration. Full software life cycle development experience including: requirements, design, implementation and documentation. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Capable of a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Essential qualifications include: the ability to quickly adapt to new situations, a strong commitment to a team environment, a willingness to learn new technologies, the ability to deconflict requests and/or requirements and establish/maintain/follow documented processes and procedures. Candidate must possess or be able to obtain a DoD SECRET security clearance. Candidate must possess a CompTIA Security+ certification or must obtain such certification within 60 days of being hired. The following certifications may be substituted for the Security +: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Network Professional (SCNP) or Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) or GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC).

The Reger Group is seeking a Brigade Modernization Command Liaison Officer to coordinate the development, documentation, and implementation of the Army’s Rapid Equipping Force’s capability integration into the Brigade Modernization Command (BMC) evaluation cycles through direct coordination with BMC and AR staff. The contractor shall attend BMC battle staff briefings and planning sessions, science and technology working groups, other working groups as applicable, and other recurring meetings. The contractor shall maintain awareness of supported 10 liner actions and coordinate integration of solutions into the BMC evaluation schedule. Contractor shall maintain visibility of all projects and provide BMC staff information on projects for their planning purposes. Contractor will coordinate delivery, storage, sustainment, training, and evaluation support for all equipment undergoing BMC evaluation. Contractor will facilitate coordination and synchronization of activities with BMC staff and other organizations involved in the BMC evaluation process. The work is located in CONUS, primarily at Ft. Bliss and Yuma Proving Grounds but may require short periods of travel throughout CONUS. The contractor will be collocated with the BMC staff. Ensure capabilities/equipment are properly evaluated by BMC and Support Activities as required. Evaluation coordinated and adequately supported to provide the environment that allows for a thorough, effective and efficient evaluation with documentation that supports a transition decision. Necessary staff work to ensure efforts in support of the BMC are timely, efficient, and well coordinated. The BMC LNO will provide weekly reports on current activities and major issues of note in the BMC and Support Activities. Coordinate all activities with the appropriate organizations, to include itineraries and briefing preparation for visits and major projects and respond to requests for information. Develop and coordinate activities with operations no less than on a weekly basis. Attend and participate in key meetings and conferences at the BMC and Supporting Activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

Job Description:

Responsible for the preparation and editing of debriefings for senior officials. The Report/Writer Editor shall work independently, as directed by appropriate government personnel; applying understanding of DoD FORMICA and ISAF/USFOR-A Debriefing programs. This position requires excellent communication skills and note taking ability with understanding of Afghanistan and South West Asia. The Report/Writer Editor must have an active TS/SCI. Qualifications:

This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in strategic debriefing or HUMINT collection operations combined with experience in conducting FORMICA debriefs. The contractor shall understand the DoD FORMICA program. This position requires former MOS 35M, USMC 0211 or 351M, 35F or other DoD service equivalent.
This position requires Graduation from Strategic Debriefer Course (DSDC), Ft Huachuca or Joint Interrogation Certification Course (JICC), Ft Huachuca. Shall be familiar with IC IIRs, have field reporter number (FRN) and knowledge of HUMINT collection databases.
