Responsibilities

The Senior Operations Research Analyst shall be a subject matter expert that is highly skilled at data mining, statistical analysis, causal analysis, and geospatial analysis. The analyst shall be responsible for integrating multiple disciplines in an operations research team and translate applicable methods into language and application understandable by operational commanders who are in a current theater of operations. Qualifications:

Job Description Information
Brief Description: Network Security Engineer to perform MDA CERT Computer Network Defense (CND) tasks in support of the JRDC program at Schriever AFB, CO.
Complete Description: Network Security Engineer to investigate and analyze all response activities related to computer security incidents. These tasks include creating and maintaining incident tracking information; planning, coordinating and directing recovery activities; performing incident analysis tasks, including examining all available information and supporting evidence or artifacts related to an incident or event. Use data collected from a variety of CND tools (including intrusion detection system alerts, firewall and network traffic logs, and host system logs) to analyze events that occur within their environment. Perform assessments of systems and networks within MDA and identify where those systems/networks deviate from acceptable configurations, enclave policy, or local policy. Acceptable configuration shall be achieved through passive evaluations (compliance audits) and active evaluations (penetration tests and/or vulnerability assessments). Maintain knowledge of applicable CND policies, regulations and compliance documents specifically related to MDA assets. Performs CND vulnerability assessments within the enclave, CND risk assessments within the enclave and conducts authorized penetration testing of enclave network assets. Responsible to analyze site/enclave CND policies and configurations and evaluate compliance with regulations and enclave directives.
Minimum Requirements: Must have a Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience. One of the following certifications is required IAW DoD 8570.1-M: CISSP, GICA, SSCP, GCIH, CSIH, CISA or CSNA. Candidate must also have a Security + certification or the ability to obtain the certification within 60 days of hire. Must be willing to work a mission critical shift. Shift will include evenings, nights, holidays and weekends. Must be willing to travel on short notice. Travel requirements will usually not exceed two weeks on any given assignment. Candidate must have a DoD Secret Security Clearance, or the ability to obtain.
Preferred Requirements: Correlating security events across a WAN (ArcSight preferred). Operating vulnerability assessment tools (e.g. Retina, ISS, HBSS, etc.). Five years experience in maintaining M2 Bradley Fighting Vehicles at DS/GS-level repair is required. Prefer MOS qualification on MOS 91M, 91H, 63H, 63M, 45 series or equivalent. Must be able to communicate effectively in both written and oral English (US).

URS Corporation is immediately hiring Aircraft Helpers in support of US Army aircraft paint shop operations at Ft.Lewis, WA.

Clearance Requirements:

THE CHALLENGE:

Leading Printing Solutions company specializing in date coding, product marking, serialization and variable printing requires MILLWRIGHTS for a special project. These are Contract Positions located near Waukegan, IL.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Dismantle and Modify and Re-assemble production equipment (Conveying)
• Responsible for field installation project.
• Act as integral part of an Installation Team

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior minimum five years of experience in Millwright Apprentice, Machine Builder or Sr. Millwright
• Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic experience is required.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Ability to use Hand and Power Tools
• Ability to perform machinery disassembly and re-assembly
• Knowledge of lifting devices such a hoists, cranes and more
• Knowledge of welding
• Ability to travel.

Duties include investigating and analyzing response activities related to computer security incidents. THE POSITION
The Senior Director of Veteran Programs, one of three senior program directors reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for directing and administering all program activities associated with veterans’ transition, outreach, recruitment and placement.
The duties and responsibilities include:

•Provides strategic and programmatic leadership and direction for veterans’ transition, outreach, recruitment and placement programs and the assigned staff.
•Primarily responsible for outreach efforts on behalf of veterans with employers, educational institutions, training providers and other partners in the green economy sectors for training and job placement of veterans.
•Participates as a member of VGJ’s senior leadership team and works collaboratively with key staff and employees to implement the mission of Veterans Green Jobs.
•Develops, directs and manages all planning, programming, budgeting, execution and outcomes for Veterans Programs and subordinate programs, to ensure its goals and activities support and employ military veterans in the civilian workforce.
•Ensures that programmatic efforts are consistent with the mission of Veterans Green Jobs and in accordance with standards established by grantors or other major funding sources.
•Establishes program outcomes, creates performance metrics and monitors program activities to assure that goals are met.
•Serves as primary contact for VGJ employer and educational institution partnerships and develops and leads partnership strategies.
•Compiles regular reports and assessments of ORP program and program outcomes; provides regular updates to CEO, Chief Officers (Development, Finance and HR) and the Board of Directors.
•Leads strategic planning for veterans programmatic areas and effectively coordinates strategies with marketing, communication and partnership development efforts.
•Develops an annual budget and work plan to support programs; responsible for the program budget and all fiscal matters related to assigned program areas.
•Supports communications and media relations efforts and ensures consistency of the message relating to the intent and purpose of VGJ and its programs.
•Guides, supervises and evaluates the work of Directors within the functional program areas.

QUALIFICATIONS
•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in an environmental discipline, nonprofit management, business, education or related area . Advanced degree is preferred.
•A minimum of five years of related experience at a senior management level, including at least three years of supervisory experience.
•Must be a veteran in good standing with a minimum of five years of service in a branch of the U.S. Armed Forces.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, mission driven leader who has the energy, passion and experience to build a ground up program for veterans’ outreach, recruitment and placement. Additionally the ideal candidate will have knowledge of or experience in a.) the non-profit sector;
b.) higher education including the GI Bill; c.) environmental and energy industries; d.) veterans transition and employment programs.

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $60,000-$75,000 and is dependent on the qualifications of the successful candidate.
