Brief Description: Storage Systems Administrator and Team Lead specializing in the management and operations of a large enterprise storage environment in support of the Missile Defense Agency on the JRDC program at Schriever AFB, CO.
Complete Description: Primary duties include ensuring a daily run through of battle-rhythm checks on the storage environment by the storage management team, viewing and responding to events reflected in the various management tools, conducting and attending various meetings (project, team, staff, change, configuration, etc.), participating in forward thinking activities and automating. Daily reviews of systems to ensure normal maintenance functions are performing properly as well as execution of daily/weekly system health checks. System audit log reviews as required. The Storage Systems Administrator will be required to coordinate efforts with other work centers and personnel to resolve Remedy Incidents related to systems and supporting infrastructure. As Team Lead, the successful candidate will oversee a small staff located in two geographically different locations; Red Stone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL, and Schriever AFB in Colorado Springs, CO. Primary duty hours fall between 0700 and 1700 with shift work required to assist with after-hours maintenance activities and staffing of the IT Operations Center. Other System Administrator duties may be required.
Minimum Requirements: Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related technical field and 8 years of experience. Must have strong relevant skills in a large storage environment. Must have a strong storage administration background with an emphasis on security. Must have a strong analytical background with accompanying troubleshooting skills. Strong communication skills also required. Per DoD 8570 candidate must be certified Security +, or have the ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
Preferred Requirements: Previous work experience in a large, multi-Petabyte environment utilizing EMC systems (e.g., NS960, Clariion, and Celerra) and monitoring tools (e.g., EMC Ionix Control Center), Symantec NetBackup. Brief Description: Remedy System Developer to perform duties related to Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Remedy Application operations and Maintenance as well as Atrium CMDB development and enhancement in the Core Applications Services group on the JRDC program at Schriever AFB, CO.
Complete Description: The Remedy System Developer will be a member of a team responsible for an existing ITSM Remedy solution that manages Missile Defense Agency (MDA) IT operations activities. Primary focus for this position will be the management and maintenance of the Atrium CMDB and Asset Management platforms. Perform system analysis of external systems and sources of data for data integration and import. Perform development, change, test and deployment of MDIOC processes into Remedy and work directly with managers and Remedy developers within the MDIOC. Perform local customizations and system enhancements necessary to meet business needs. Additional tasks will include: administer application data daily, process queries and reports as requested by users and monitor server logs to ensure that all system transactions are processed correctly. Manage Remedy user accounts and process access requests. Ensure the Remedy applications and supporting systems are properly patched and on the most current versions. Monitor and manage the operating systems supporting the Remedy servers and back-end databases and web servers. Create and manage user documentation and provide one-on-one user assistance as necessary.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline and 8 years experience in the IT field. Minimum two years development experience with Remedy AR System application and one year experience with BMC/Remedy ITSM applications (Specifically Asset Management) and Atrium CMDB. Two years administration experience with MS Windows Servers. Candidate must possess good verbal and written communication skills. Must be a team player and able to work in a team and structured change environment. Candidate must have a DoD Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain. A Security+ certification is required, or the ability to obtain the certification within 60 days of hire.
Preferred Requirements: Familiarity with MDIOC. Experience with several of the following: BMC Atrium CMDB 7.x, BMC/Remedy Action Request System (ARS) 7.x, BMC Remedy ITSM Suite 7.x (Asset, Service Desk, Service Level Management, Incident, Problem, and Change Management). Familiarity with managing high availability solutions. Familiarity with MS SQL Server 2005/2008, managing web technologies, and MS Windows current server and client operating systems. ITIL v3 Foundations certification.

Responsibilities:

• Read and comprehend risk management related information and assist Camp departments in applying that information in reducing safety liability.
• Review and analyze all non-reportable vehicle accidents, near-accidents, first report of injuries and supervisor’s accident investigation reports; follow-up with injured employees and work with departments to help employees return to work as soos as possible; meet with department safety representatives and supervisors to analyze problem areas and determine corrective actions that will reduce high frequency accidents.
• As the BOS-I representative, attend monthly safety committee meetings; attend and present various topics at department safety meetings, work directly with Camp and unit safety representatives to implement needed safety/health and risk prevention training.
• Reponsible for developing Camp-wide training programs related to safety/health issues including OSHA and DoD Regulations and document employee safety, training, policies and development and procedures for implementation.
• Ensure all buildings, facilities and operations are inspected semi-annually to identify and minimize safety/health risk exposures; work with unit representatives to plan, develop and implement safety and loss prevention programs.
• Conduct worksite inspections and training ensuring proper environmental work practices are followed; advise Contractor department head and employees regarding proper practices; and may participate in the implementation of environmental programs.
• Conduct periodic risk audits of units to ensure compliance with BOS-I Base Camp policies realted to UOSHA, OSHA and DoD regulations.
• Inspect use of all types of personal protective equipment, evaluate their effectiveness and recommend improvements where needed.
• Liaison between department/divisions, DoD, military and contractor representatives ensuring Camp Leatherneck fulfills its risk management obligations.
• Maintain relationships with outside safety/health and risk management fields through seminars, personal contacts, professional memberships, publications and continuing education in order to remain abreast of new developments in safety/health, loss control, and government regulations.
• Prepare and distribute safety committee minutes, various accident/injury analysis report and summaries, and safety/health related articles and bulletins.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Graduation from college with a Bachelors degree in Risk Management, Industrial Safety and Health, Safety Engineering, Safety Management or a closely related field plus two (2) years of progressively responsible risk management or safety-related experience, preferably in a military environment or an equivalent combination of related education and experience.
• Safety experience in Public Utilities (streets, water, sewer or electric) is desired but not required.
• Certifications in safety and/or risk management such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Associate of Risk Management (ARM) preferred.

Maintain and provide for key USOC Military program staff monthly cost analyses to ensure the most effective use of fiscal resources.
As a member of a Paralympic Military Management team monitor sports program implementation at Warrior Transition Units located throughout the country.
Develop and implement processes and procedures for the preparation and submission of monthly operational and fiscal progress reports to US Paralympic Military program officials, key leadership at DOD Wounded Warrior Care & Transition Policy and the Armed Forces Services Corporation.
Provide operational oversight to the timely preparation of all travel arrangements for injured service members/Veterans, coaches, Paralympians, Military Program staff and contractors.
Provide operational oversight to the development of subcontracts for coaches, paralympians and contractors to ensure the accurate and timely submission of legal requirements.

Education

Will work on the flightline as a plane captain in support of VFA-122.
Performs servicing activities on various contract units including fuel, oxygen, water, oils, hydraulics, off-loads or loads cargo, and operates equipment necessary to perform.
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Services aircraft or other contract units, performing any combination of the following tasks.
2. Directs incoming and outgoing aircraft near terminal area to assist pilots maneuvering of the aircraft on ground, using hand or light signals or drives light truck with guiding sign. Secures aircraft in parking position with blocks and stakes.
3. Operates service vehicles to replenish fuel, oil, water, waste system chemicals, oxygen, hydraulic fluid, and to remove waste.
4. Checks for fuel contamination by draining sumps and fuel drains.
5. Operates ground support equipment such as electrical power supply and engine starting units. Examines tires for specified air pressure and condition.
6. Removes and replaces defective tires.
7. Positions and removes boarding platforms to unload or loads aircraft passengers.
8. Unloads and loads luggage and cargo, using tow truck with luggage carts.
9. Cleans exterior or interior of aircraft, using portable platform ladders, brushes, rags, water hose, and vacuum.
10. May de-ice aircraft wings and assemblies, using glycol mixture.
11. May load and unload containers of food, beverages, and dishes for in-flight meal services.
12. May trace lost luggage for customers and prepare lost baggage claims.
13. May install drag chutes or retrieve them and send them to parachute shop for repacking.
Additionally, Servicers do the following tasks: aircraft flightline servicing, operates service vehicles to replenish fuel and oil, perform pre-flight, thru-flight, and post-flight maintenance inspections, enters on the maintenance records description of the servicing performed, checks for fuel contamination by draining sumps and fuel drains; operates ground support equipment such as electrical power supply, tow tractors, and engine starting units, examines tires for specified air pressure and condition, assists in towing aircraft and cleans exterior and interior of aircraft, hanger deck periodic housekeeping and fluid spills using portable platform ladders, brushes, rags, water hose, cleaning compound applicator and mobile vacuum.

The Aircraft Mechanic II troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls, anti-icing, pneudraulic, engines, auxiliary power unit, and ventilation and heating systems. This mechanic repairs, replaces, and rebuilds aircraft structures, such as wings and fuselage, and functional components including rigging, surface controls, and plumbing and hydraulic units, using hand tools, power tools, machines, and equipment such as shears, sheet metal brake, welding equipment, rivet gun, and drills. This worker reads and interprets manufacturers' and airline's maintenance manuals, service bulletins, technical data, engineering data, and other specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.
This mechanic performs 100-hour, progressive, isochronal, phase, periodic, and other hourly or calendar inspections, examines reciprocating engines for cracked cylinders and oil leaks, and listens to operating engine to detect and diagnose malfunctions, such as sticking or burnt valves, inspects jet engines and components for cracks, corrosion, foreign object damage, burned areas, distortions, security, warping, wear, and missing segments. Inspects jet engine turbine blades to detect cracks, distortion, corrosion, burn-out, security, or breaks, tests engine operation, using testing equipment, such as ignition analyzer, compression checker, distributor timer, ammeter, and jet calibration (Jetcal) tester, to locate source of malfunction. Work involves: replacing or repairing worn or damaged components, such as carburetors, alternators, magnetos, fuel controls, fuel pumps, oil pumps, and engine mounted gearboxes, and compressor bleed valves using hand tools, gauges, and testing equipment; removing engine from aircraft, using hoist or forklift truck, disassembling and inspecting parts for wear, cracks, security, or other defects, and repairing or replacing defective engine parts and reassembles and installs engine in aircraft.
Job duties require that this mechanic: adjusts, repairs, or replaces electrical wiring system and aircraft accessories, performs preflight, thru-flight, and post-flight maintenance inspections, performs miscellaneous duties to service aircraft, including flushing crankcase, cleaning screens and filters, greasing moving parts, and checking brakes. This incumbent supervises the jacking and towing of aircraft, enters in the maintenance records description of the work performed and verifies the work was performed satisfactorily, may service engines and airframe components at line station making repairs, short of overhaul, required to keep aircraft in safe operating condition, may specialize in work, repair and modification of structural, precision, and functional spare parts and assemblies, and may specialize in engine repair. Position Title: 30. HVAC Mechanic/Master HVAC Mechanic Afghanistan
Location: Camp Leatherneck, Helmand Province
Description: The purpose of this position is to support a Base Operating Support Integrator (BOS-I) project based in Camp Leatherneck, Helmand Province Afghanistan. Desired experience and qualifications are listed below. The intent is that candidates selected for the proposal will have first consideration pending a contract award.
Position Summary: This series specification describes two classes used to perform, plan and direct skilled electrical and mechanical work in the installation, maintenance and repair of refrigeration, air conditioning and heating equipment in an expeditionary environment and do related work as required.
Responsibilities:
• Inspect and examine heating/refrigeration and air conditioning, air compressors, and all auxillary equipment to relocate defects in operations;
• Disassembles units and restore to operationg condition;
Repair or replace condensers, compressors, pumps, valves, motors, bearings, belts and other parts;
• Recycle and charge refrigerants required. The HVAC equipment in the Afghanistan expeditionary environment is compised of a variety of individual tonnage units, but does not extend to complicated centralized plants and thier associated platforms.
• Inspect and test refrigeration systems, safety devices, and controls of efficiency of operation and compliance with safety devices, and regulations;
• Troubleshoot and take corrective action for major malfunctions and breakdowns of heating/refrigeration and air-conditioning systems, pumps, air handlers, fans, ducts, dampers and grills;
• Install, repair and maintain major heating/refrigeration and air conditioning units, coils, fans, subsystems and component parts;
• Perform welding and soldering as needed;
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings and technical manuals.
• May prepare requisitions for order parts and supplies as needed;
• Perform related work on all related and auxillary HVAC systems and components;
• May direct work of other Contractor personnel on assigned projects;
• Inspect equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications and industry standards, perform weekly, monthly, and annual preventive maintenance on all related equipment;
• Maintain logs and records of equipment operations, repairs, preventive maintenance, EPA required records on refrigerants;
• Perform safety tests on equipment as required;
• Perform daily inspections of mechanical spaces;
• Estimate time, materials, and cost involved for major equipment repairs, change-outs, and system upgrades;
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance reports;
• Perform related duties as required.
Descriptions:
HVAC Mechanic: Under direction and supervison of the Contractor Master HVAC Mechanic, performs journeyman-level work installing, modifying, maintaining, repairing, and overhauling HVAc equipment, environmental units, and all auxillary systems at Camp facilities. Incumbents, under direction of Master HVAC Mechanic, perform skilled refrigeration and air-conditioning, heating, ventilation, controls, water treatment, and auxillary equipment services. Performs other related tasks as required.
Master HVAC Mechanic: The Master HVAC Mechanic, under the direction of the Maintenance Foreman, performs journeyman-level heating and cooling maintenance and installation work and assigns and reviews work of HVAC Mechanics. The Master HVAC Mechanic interfaces with Contractor Architectural and Engineering personnel to provide practical experience and customer concerns for HVAC systems specified. The Master HVAC Mechanic will also supervise and coordinate the efforts of the HVAC Mechanics in the performance of thier duties. Performs other related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
HVAC Mechanic:
• Equivalent to completion of apprenticeship. Four years experience as a maintenance technician specializing in HVAC trade.
• Equivalent to completion of appreticeship and two years of experience as a journey-level mechanic and HVAC Refrigeration/Air Conditioning.
Master HVAC Mechanic:
• Three years of experience at the level of Lead HVAC Mechanic.
• Five years of experience as a Journey-level HVAC Mechanic.
Skills:
Both Levels: Design, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and repair of heating, refrigeration and air-conditioning systems; instruments and equipment used in repair of refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment; to include heating systems pumps, condensers, air handlers, towers, compressors, controls, electric and pneumatic thermostats; existing EPA, OSHA, ASHRAE, Air Quality, and other applicable laws relating to operation of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems and auxillary equipment; policies, procedures, and practices on safety and operation matters. Complies with rules and regulations applicable to building codes, industry standards, and recommendations contained in manufacturer’s technical manuals and service reports.
Master HVAC Mechanic: Fundamental leadership skills. Knowledge of maintenance of heating and cooling systems. Fundamental knowledge of EPA, OSHA, Air Quality, ASHRAE, and other regulatory directives governing the safe handling and operation of HVAC responsibilities.
Requirements:
Both Levels: Perform the basic functions of the position; perform journey level work in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of heating, refrigeration and air-conditioning, pumps and all equipment associated with climate control; interpret and work from plans, diagrams, specifications, and established procedures; follow directions; read, write and communicate orally at a level required for successful job performance; work effectively with others; ensure proper placement of ducts, pipe lines, etc.; identify functioning/malfunctioning equipment; identify differences in color coded electrical wiring; performs duties and responsibilities with view toward department goals, energy conservation, and support of academic and institutional goals. Occasionally work beyond normal duty hours, including weekends and holidays. Must be able to respond to emergency call-outs. Travel to and from Facilities Management and from one job site to another.
Master HVAC Mechanic: Plan and direct the work of skilled Mechanics, and Environmental Systems Technicians, make material and labor estimates. Procure and train personnel in the proper use of personal protective gear and workplace safety.
Both Levels: Ability to move about freely and safely at construction sites, climb ladders, crawl in attics, maneuver through tight and cramped spaces (trenches, crawl spaces, electrical and mechanical vaults, etc.). Drive to various locations; lift up to 50 pounds unassisted; exposure to chemicals, solvents, cleaning and de-greasing solutions, refrigerants, oils, electrical panels, wiring, motors, and controls; perform hard labor in extreme temperature conditions, work in outside environments all times of the year, work around loud machinery in mechanical rooms, exposure to dust and allergens; lift or descend ladders with heavy objects with and without assistance (objects are sometimes elevated from floor level to above the shoulders); bend, pull, push, kneel, carry, and lift in performace of daily duties.

Have a good working knowledge of all current NEC equipment and their application, must be able to utilize a personal computer to handle shop-related paperwork, be able to plan and implement work order projects (scheduling, materials, labor, etc.) be capable of meeting governmental licensing requirements, and be familiar with “Green” initiatives towards energy independence in support of USMC effort to reduce fuel consumption. The Master Electrician will lead a crew of Contractor electricians on maintenance efforts at Camp Leatherneck, and report to the Contractor Facility Manager. Position requires a willingness to take on a large amount of responsibility. Requirement for Commercial and Residential Service experience in a variety of conditions including large service switch gear (1200 amp – 6000 amp+).
Typical Skills: Operate and maintain electrical equipment, instruments, appliances, and other electrically operated or controlled devices. Experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. Thorough knowledge of the Ntional Electrical Code (NEC). Thorough knowledge of all applicable laws, rules, and standards regulating electrical construction and installation practices. Thorough knowledge of electrical test equipment, instruments, and appliances used in the electrical trade. Functions of high voltage, high horsepower motor systems including their associated control and data acquisition systems. Functions of electronics and electronic circuits. Working knowledge of OSHA standards for flash-over protection. Working knowledge of the installation and operation of equipment operating at or over 600V nominal.
Responsibilities:
• Install, service and repair lighting fixtures, electrical panels, outlets and wiring.
• Operate power hand tools and other specialized electrical equipment.
• Install, repair and service specialized electrical equipment and machinery.
• Read electrical circuit diagrams.
• Requisition material and supplies from stockroom; call vendors to discuss needs for parts and supplies, and recommend purchases and suppliers.
• Transfer primary power from one power source to another.

Position Title: 33. Master Plumber Afghanistan

Description: The purpose of this position is to support a Base Operating Support Integrator (BOS-I) project based in Camp Leatherneck, Helmand Province Afghanistan. Position Summary: Will inspect work in checking for cross connections in the Camp’s water system, maintain, regulate, and repair the ball flow devices in the Camp, and assisting in plumbing-related construction and repairs at the Camp facilities. A thorough knowledge of plumbing terminology, systems, reading/designing plumbing schemas/blueprints, and plumbing layouts is needed. Ability to operate trade-related equipment including sewer augers, power tools, jack hammers, trucks/jeeps, pipe threaders, arc welders, acetylene/cutting torches, buried pipe locator equipment, and gauges to test back flow preventer valves. The Master Plumber may be subject to chemical/mechanical hazards; required to push/pull very heavy materials; work in cold/wet/muddy places and under buildings; and exposed to dust/fumes. The Master Plumber also inspects various sewer systems to ensure conformance with Camp statutes.
Responsibilities:
• Perform tracing for leaks in pipes and lines.
• Review work orders and prepare material list for completion of jobs.
• Inspect/certify back flow preventers on domestic/fire water lines.
• Repair/extend old plumbing lines or add new lines, including cutting and fabricating materials and amending blueprints.
• Repair/replace flush meters, toilets, urinals; repair/replace parts for like items.
• Install water heaters, drains, tubs, faucets, valves, pumps and commodes.
• Install new plumbing fixtures, including new lines, traps, and drains.
• Provides analytical/diagnostic services or uses highest level technical skills which noticeably effect work results.
• Inspects commercial establishments for cross connections and maintains database and record of the inspections.
• Lay out/install water/drain lines to meet plumbing code.
• Assists and provides advice to residents regarding water and pollution control, and informs them about the rules and regulations of Camp Leatherneck and Camp ordinances.
• Maintains records of inspections and follow up where violations are found.
• Tests, repairs, installs, and/or maintains the Camp’s Backflow Device (BFD) devices.
• Performs plumbing repairs, installations, and/or regular maintenance to the Camp’s buildings.
• Inspects the work of Camp contractors on behalf of the Contractor Architectural and Engineering team when requested.
• Performs other related work as required.
Typical Skills:
• Knowledge of the regulations concerning backflow preventive devices, and pollution control, and Industrial Waste Ordinance is desirable.
• Ability to read safety manuals, operation guides, instructions, memos, maps, blueprints, schematics, letters, and professional journals.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical computations and shop math including, addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, fractions.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
Qualifications:
• Graduation from high school or possession of a GED, supplemented by a certified backflow tester license is required.
• Proof in experience in water pollution controls, plumbing or related field is required.
• Must have a minimum 4-5 years of experience in similar job.
• Ability to complete the following training as required: lock out tag out, fall arrest, confined space, MSDS, asbestos and lead indentification, ladder safety, emergency evacuation, OSHA and respirator training.
• Must be able to perform physical activities, such as, but not limited to, lifting equipment (up to 50 lbs unassisted), bending, standing, climbing or walking. Must be able to safely use manual tools and power equipment common in the construction trades. Must be able to handle hazardous materials safely and tolerate exposure to electrical and other environmental hazards.

• Lead in the sanitation development of policy and strategies for development, consultation with relevant Marines and tenants solution, including issues related to regulatory framework, in meeting development challenges within the Afghanistan theatre in support of operations aboard Camp Leatherneck.
• As the BOS-I representative, undertake policy dialogue with tenants on sanitation areas, and promote efficient use of resources and encourage participatory approaches to planning, and sustainability.
• Participate within Camp teams and provide Camp inputs for BOS-I strategy.
• Advise vulnerability and disaster risk assessments and mitigation for areas in relation to sanitation.
• Undertake research to promote new technologies.
• As sanitation specialist, support development, processing and administration of projects within the Camp, including in the sanitation areas.
• Coordinate with development personnel, support sanitation and development operations, including targeted assessments, diagnostics and roadmaps.
• Coordinate in the identification, review, and evaluation of sanitation projects, including development, possibly involving complexity, as well as the recommendation of appropriate plans and the appropriate action plans.
• Ensure key technical and cross-cutting issues are incorporated into projects.
• Represent the BOS-I in conducting capacity building activities in sanitation policies and practices.
• Develop and maintain a suitable network in the sanitation sector to keep abreast of the latest developments and issues.
• Contribute to activities for advocacy, dissemination and knowledge building around sanitation issues.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge database on sanitation development covering (i) the overall structure of the service, a list of key service providers, trends and key enabling conditions and (ii) information on best industry practices including the type of technical and operational due diligence needed for project preparation.
Skills:
• Knowledge of borehole well, latrine, and waste water treatment construction.
• Experience overseeing construction of wells, port-a-jon implementation, hygiene facilities, latrines, and evaporation ponds and waste water treatment plants.

Training

Job Description:
Inspect incoming contract units, forms and records and makes applicable entries for receiving into work process. Provides continued surveillance inspection of all in process work. Develop/implement quality control/safety programs to ensure compliance with contract specifications. Inspect/verify proper completion and documentation of safety and flight discrepancies. Brief/debrief pilots and crewmembers assigned to functional test flights. Evaluate personnel, including verification of skills, training and experience. Perform audits and inspections of work centers and ongoing maintenance actions, procedures, equipment and facilities. Monitor timeliness and applicability of maintenance technical data and technical library. Review maintenance source documents, inspection records, notes recurring discrepancies or trends and initiates appropriate action. Manage material deficiency and technical order improvement program. Review engineering investigation requests. Initiate/review quality, technical and hazardous material deficiency reports; ensuring that reports are accurate, clear, concise and comprehensive. Review aircraft, vehicle, equipment and explosive mishap reports, and evaluate for applicability. Oversee the aircraft weight and balance program. Conduct safety inspections, training and drills. Inspect incoming material and modification kits for compliance with the purchase order or contract standard requirements, quantity and condition. (see attached sheet for further information).
Must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of general quality inspection procedures, maintenance forms, records, reporting system and management thereof. Must have knowledge of the scopes and limitations of various categories of maintenance and their application to the contract unit. Must be capable of reading, interpreting and using complex blueprints, schematic diagrams and data tables. Must be able to perform complete technical inspection of contract units and be able to determine that completed repairs comply with standards described in applicable publications. Must be able to instruct and demonstrate correct maintenance techniques and procedures to subordinates. Must have exceptional computer skills and familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite of programs (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, etc.). Excellent communications skills at all levels are a must.

Job Description:
Performs environmental compliance inspections/audits throughout the depot and tenant industrial operations (i.e., paint booths, bag house dust collectors, chemical vats, waste containers, etc.). Investigates and studies use of chemicals in operational processes.
Collects and inputs information submitted by depot painters into an automated tracking system. Inspects groundwater monitoring wells for physical condition and repair as necessary. Repairs may include painting the casing or protective posts, replacing locks, submission of work orders for structural repairs, etc.

CAS has a potential near-future requirement to provide Storage Systems Administration and Team Lead support at SAFB. Duties include ensuring a daily run through of battle-rhythm checks on the storage environment by the storage management team, viewing and responding to events reflected in the various management tools, conducting and attending various meetings (project, team, staff, change, configuration, etc.), participating in forward thinking activities and automating. Daily reviews of systems to ensure normal maintenance functions are performing properly as well as execution of daily/weekly system health checks. System audit log reviews as required. The Storage Systems Administrator will be required to coordinate efforts with other work centers and personnel to resolve Remedy Incidents related to systems and supporting infrastructure. Primary duty hours fall between 0700 and 1700 with shift work required to assist with after-hours maintenance activities and staffing of the IT Operations Center. Duties include supporting as a member of a team responsible for an existing ITSM Remedy solution that manages MDA IT operations activities.
