16. BAE is looking for Collection Managers for the CIED uplift program in theater. Its the largest intelligence contract in theater and goes for at least 2 more years.

This is for intel collection managers on a targeting team, with either experience in ISR or as an analyst and/or managing collection. For this same program, they are also hiring for HUMINT analysts (prior background in HUMINT, as an analyst, in targeting, etc. is preferred) They also hire All-Source Analysts and CIDNE Operators/researchers for these teams. But, they are really looking for collection managers right now.

Prior SOF and IC personnel would do super well in these positions. The mission is targeting and may also include some white/green/black/red analysis as well in support of COIN.
The job is entirely 'inside the wire.' Its a program that is having a big impact and is well run. Members of this program are really making a difference and are given alot of responsibility.

Primary requirements:
1. At least 4 years as an analyst and preferably more. (if they are prior SOF, then this or certain types of other positions are ones they are looking for professionals from this realm as well. SOF means either prior Army SF CMF 18, Navy SEAL BUDS qualified, MARSOC operator, SMU alumin that are Operators, and some Ranger personnel (senior NCO or officer). Otherwise, those with real analyst experience from military intelligence with 4+ years of actual experience should apply)
2. Final TS/SCI needed (they might hire without the SCI part, but for those with no final TS, they have to wait until the clearance is completed to start the job. Some positions might hire with a final secret but the recruiters may know more about this)
3. Mature / hard working / detail oriented / well groomed and behaved / they are not looking for typical contractors and are pretty quick to spot people that are not professional and not serious about hard work
4. Tourist passport that is good for at least 2 more years.
Helpful to have:
-prior targeting experience (and knowing how to operationalize intelligence and advise a unit on how to get it and how to target with it)
-prior experience with intelligence analysis, particularly in support of line units, COIN, and CT
-these platforms and tools:
CIDNE, WebTAS, Analyst Notebook, Palantir Government, Google Earth EC, DCGS-A, ArcGIS, M3, HOTR, TIGRnet, HARMONY, BATS, IC reach, and of course Microsoft Outlook (powerpoint, word, excel, outlook) Note: they provide training on certain ones once hired
-used SIPRNet, NIPRNet, JWICS, CENTRIX, etc.

Involves:
1 year tour / 5-6 week inprocessing & training up all expense paid / 1 year in theater / leave & travel for leave are fully paid for / benefits of working for BAE are among the best in the business. This contract pays very well (but its based on experience and other factors and they will not allow anyone on the contract to tell you what the salaries are, strictly prohibited. You find out if they are going to give you an offer, so you have to go through the work of submitting a resume, matrix, and applying online to get to this point) Military approves the resumes and final hires. BAE is very quick about getting one hired and a start date if they have the qualifications and final clearance needed. Personnel hired for this must go through the 1 week CRC, so they must show up physically fit to deploy by DoD standards. Certain medical conditions are either automatic disqualifiers or may be waivered, so its imperative to ask very early on about this.

Who is hiring:
All hires are employees of BAE Systems, Intelligence & Security Sector, Global Analysis, CIED uplift program They take good care of their people. They are more interested in developing long term career persons than just short term contractors. There are subcontractors on this contract, but the prime is BAE that won it and that is the best to work for. If you are interested in BAE, first apply through them, as once you start the process with a subcontractor, its nearly impossible to switch.
