• Responsible for installing/maintaining local area network (LAN) and computer workstation hardware and software; troubleshooting network and workstation troubles at both central and surrounding locations.
• Must have experience with TCP/IP services, Linux OS, and Cisco IOS or other router configuration systems
• Requires experience with PC’s and Category 5 Ethernet cable plant, MS operating systems and applications
• Two years of college towards Computer Science/Computer Information Systems or professional certification required. Equivalent work experience can be substituted for education

• Must be able to lift 45 lbs
• Possess a valid driver’s license and good driving record


WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
• Under direct supervision of the plant manager, plans, organizes, operates and monitors the activities of the warehouse and receiving areas. Guides and directs employees to work together to accomplish tasks.
• High school graduate or GED required
• Five years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving and stock to include supervisory experience is preferred
• Ability to analyze and evaluate information to choose best solution and solve problems
• Must be able to utilize had trucks, pallet jacks, material handling equipment to climb, lift, push, and move up to 150 pounds with assistance
• Must obtain forklift certification within 2 weeks of hire
• Must be proficient using MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
• Must be able to meet deadlines in a past pace environment
• Must have excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills

BUILDING MAINTENANCE
• Performs minor electrical repairs, carpentry, painting, air conditioning, drywall, plumbing, minor maintenance and repair of building and surrounding property.

Repairs and maintains, in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications, machinery and mechanical equipment using hand tools, power tools, and precisions-measuring and testing instruments.
• High school graduate or GED with 1 - 2 years related experience repairing, maintaining and servicing a variety of machinery
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. on an occasional to frequent basis
• Requires the ability to work “flex hours” and overtime, as needed

SUMMARY:
This full time, exempt position reports directly to the Senior Director of Government Accounts. The person in this position will assist with ensuring Medical Action’s compliance with federal government regulations and contract requirements with respect to the Federal Supply Schedule and Industrial Funding Fee reporting and will handle related government contract administration to manage all compliance issues. The incumbent will calculate and verify submission of government pricing reports to the Veterans Administration (VA). The research analyst shall coordinate and archive DOD, Joint, Service, Federally Funded Research Facilities, Industry and Academic studies and assessments conducted in support of efforts. Tasks shall include the cataloging of studies and assessments; maintenance of an interactive database to cross reference tactics, techniques and procedures against known technology capabilities; and dissemination of results to appropriate individuals and agencies. Duties: You will serve as a Secretary for the Headquarters US Military
Entrance Processing Command (MEPCOM) Information Technology
Directorate. You will be the principal clerical and administrative
assistant in the office, performing various clerical and
administrative support tasks in accordance with established rules,
regulations, procedures, and office automation practices. You will:
Receive calls, greet visitors, and direct to staff members only those
contacts needing their attention or action. Compose correspondence and
control all incoming correspondence and action documents. Read
outgoing correspondence for procedural and grammatical accuracy.
Maintain supervisor?s calendar, schedule appointments and meetings,
arrange travel, and prepare travel vouchers. Assemble, prepare, and
submit reports. Maintain files and records. Maintain and review time
and attendance for accuracy. Enter payroll into payroll system.

About the Position: Headquarters, U.S. Military Entrance Processing
Command (HQ USMEPCOM) is a joint service command staffed by
representatives of all branches of the Armed Forces. The command,
through its 65 Military Entrance Processing Stations (MEPS),
determines whether applicants are qualified for enlistment based on
standards set by each of the services. Two geographic sectors provide
intermediate management in operating the MEPS. The Eastern Sector
Headquarters and Western Sector Headquarters are co-located with the
Command Headquarters.

The work is sedentary and requires no special physical demands and is
performed in a typical office setting. Some walking, standing, bending
and carrying of light items such as paper and books may be required.

May require temporary duty business travel (TDY) of approximately 10%.

A qualified typist (40 WPM) is required.

Selectee must be able to obtain and retain an IT Level III Security
Investigation.

INTRODUCTION:
This position is the Fleet and Family Service Program (FFSP) Accreditation Program Analyst, Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC). The FFSP Accreditation Program Analyst is responsible for the administration and management of the FFSP accreditation process. The FFSP is the Navy’s primary agency for the delivery of an array of human services intended to enhance the stability and self-sufficiency of individuals and families, resulting in increased operational readiness. FFSP services fall into three main categories: Career/Retention, Deployment/Readiness, and Crisis Response. Programs and include Crisis Response, Family Advocacy, Clinical Counseling, Advocacy Support (including preventative education), Victim Services, Deployment Support, Life Skills Education, Ombudsman Support, Outreach Services, Personal Financial Management, Sexual Assault Victim Intervention, Transition Assistance, Relocation Assistance, Exceptional Family Member Program, and Spouse Employment Assistance. The accreditation process ensures that the highest level of service and programs are delivered to military members and their families.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for the overall development, management and implementation of the Navy’s Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP) accreditation program. Develops, reviews and updates CNIC Quality Standards, accreditation checklist, and protocols used by Accreditation Team (AT) members. Ensures standards utilized during AT visits accurately reflect the policies and mission goals of the Navy.
• Establishes procedures for scheduling Accreditation Site Visits and for the composition of the AT. Manages the accreditation schedule for AT visits to ensure accreditation requirements are met and lapses in accreditation are minimized. Coordinates the logistics for the Accreditation Site Visits.
• Ensures team members and field-level managers are trained and fully aware of Quality Standard requirements, AT visit protocols, and the overall accreditation process to facilitate a successful accreditation visit. Updates and changes to the standards and processes are communicated effectively.
• Conducts tri-annual accreditation visits to ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and achievement of program goals. Prepares timely, complete and accurate visit and accreditation reports of relevant and confirmed findings. Conducts professional and accurate briefings with commanders and staff members. Identifies discrepancies, discusses alternatives with staff and recommends/provides corrective actions to the Commander. Provides guidance to AT members and FFSP managers during site visits. Follows up on findings, recommendations, and deficiencies that relate to the accreditation process.
• Provides technical assistance to field level staff on matters related to FFSP delivery. Identifies significant trends and issues. Assists in forecasting program requirements. Assists in designing and developing Headquarters and higher-level FFSP initiatives.
• Serves as a subject matter expert on matters affecting FFSP services and activities that affect military members and their families. Responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating Navy FFSP. Provides technical assistance, policy interpretation and consultation service on programming to include facility operation, staffing and operational requirements.
• Provides technical assistance to field level staff on matters related to FFSP delivery. Identifies significant trends and issues. Assists in forecasting program requirements. Assists in designing and developing Headquarters and higher-level FFSP initiatives.
• Develops briefings and briefs senior staff and base level personnel on activities and program requirements. Prepares supporting documentation for presentations and proposals. Prepares correspondence, briefs, action documents, routing sheets, point papers and slide presentations for use by management officials. Completes special projects as directed. Develops and conducts training for installation representatives. Develops and presents training agendas, and researches and selects training topics. Drafts proposed changes to Navy FFSP directives and operations guidance.
• Assists in establishing policies, procedures and operational guidance for management of FFSP in accordance with public law, public policy, and the directives of the Department of Defense and United States Navy. Examines and analyzes applicable directives and operational guidance for both military and civilian sectors to determine applicability to Navy FFSP operations and administration.
• Provides Customer Service with an emphasis on courtesy. Assists customers and communicates positively in a friendly manner. Asks questions to determine, verify and solve problems. Takes action to solve problems quickly.

• Evaluates the content of new or modified legislation relating to family readiness programs to determine the programmatic impact within the CNIC AOR. Makes recommendations on proposed policy changes and also translates approved legislative changes to CNIC program guidelines.
• Articulates the CNIC position and resolves issues through discussions with senior military and civilian personnel (06/GS-15 and above) from inter-agency (BUMED, EFMP, GAO, DoDEA, DOT/USCG, DOJ, etc) and inter-departmental (USA, USAF, USMC, SECNAV, OSD, NAVFAC, NEXCOM, etc.) and is often called on for expertise.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Knowledge of social/human services delivery systems and concepts, principles and theories relating to one or more of the social or behavioral science fields. A bachelor's degree OR four years commensurate experience in social sciences, education, or any field which furnishes the applicant with knowledge, skills and ability to perform the job.
• Expert knowledge of Navy/military organization, mission, and lifestyle and specifically, the psychological and socio-economic factors affecting command and mission readiness and the impact on individuals and families within the military community.
• Knowledge of State, Federal, and municipal human service laws, programs, policies, and directives. Knowledge of contemporary human service principles, practices, and research methodologies. Knowledge of Navy directives, policies, and programs; specifically, privacy act, confidentiality, FAP, maintenance of records, criminal history background checks, and other administrative program requirements.
• Knowledge of development, procurement, award, and administration of military support/human services contracts.
• Oral and written briefing skills with knowledge of techniques and formats for effective communication to flag level positions. Ability to create papers and documents based upon sound empirical research.
• Mastery of concepts of program management, requirement determination, policy development, evaluative and analytical processes, and programs implementation. Ability to apply these concepts in order to design and conduct a comprehensive, quality assurance program.
• Expert knowledge of family readiness functions, organizations, policies, resources and analytical and evaluative processes. Skill in developing, organizing, and conducting executive studies through team efforts is required.
• Knowledge of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of program effectiveness and/or identification of improvement areas.
• Knowledge of research methodology, information retrieval and data organization for analysis, decision making, and formulation of recommendations.
