We have the following positions for OFF SHORE DRILLING EQUIPMENT in the GULF OF MEXICO, USA- 14 days on - 14 days off. Seadrill will pay transportation from home to crew change point. Accommodation included.

MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN - Is responsible for the repair and maintenance of hydraulic, reciprocating, rotating and hoisting equipment.

The Essential Functions of this position are listed below:
1. Maintain and repair hydraulic equipment and other equipment as required.
2. Follow PM standards as set by the manufacturers and Company procedures.
3. Inspect equipment for faults, report and set up schedule for repair or maintenance.
4. Maintain stock of supplies, tools and equipment in the hydraulic workshop.
5. Responsible for reporting changes to equipment such as moving or rerouting hoses, line, pumps, etc. Reporting includes changing drawings and schematics, handover to relief and notification to interested parties.
6. Follow Company policy in completing Task Based Risk Assessment, to Permit to Work System and Log Out/Tag Out procedures.
7. Participate in Company sponsored safety initiatives and perform work in a safe and efficient manner.
8. Observe, report and take action to correct any unsafe conditions, equipment failures or any other faults that could result in injury to personnel, work stoppage, environmental events or damage to the drilling unit.
9. Knowledge emergency duties and participate in safety drills as required.

Electronics/Maintenance Technician OEF- $110k to $114k
Perform vehicle Electromechanical troubleshooting and maintenance on DOD Systems in Afghanistan, often under field conditions. Utilize mechanical drawings, schematics and wiring diagrams to perform system diagnostics and fault isolation to root cause failures. Travel to DOD sites to respond to calls for corrective maintenance; perform scheduled maintenance and upkeep of systems. Conduct system operator training for DOD personnel.

Must have a minimum of 5 years of vehicle maintenance experience and DoD supply concepts. Mastery of U.S Army maintenance support systems and concepts. Able to qualify for a security clearance. 4. Driver and Personal Protective Officer (DPPO) – Team Member (OCONUS) TS

Job Summary:

Manage the Driver and Personal Protective Officer (DPPO) Security teams. Serve as the immediate authority of the team. DPPOs shall serve as armed drivers and personal protective officers for Government personnel at designated overseas high-threat environment locations as well as to provide direct mission support as required by operational mission elements.

They shall be responsible for the direct supervision of their assigned personal protective security team, ensuring all posts and detail positions are properly covered and that the detail is operating smoothly in accordance with scheduled and preset plans. The DPPO-TL carries heavy responsibilities to include directing and controlling response actions, if required, through radio communications during motorcades and all ground movements. The DPPO-TL shall be capable of performing the duties of each DPPO Team Member and shall perform the day-to-day protective security functions as specified in assignment orders. They shall ensure that all DPPO Team personnel adhere to instructions outlined in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and to applicable Government field management rules and regulations regarding standard operating procedures, use of lethal force, off-duty behavior, and various administrative issues.

Principal Accountabilities:

Manage the Driver and Personal Protective Officer Security teams. Serve as the immediate authority of the team. Responsible for mission planning and execution and delegation of authority for the personal protective security teams.
DPPO-TLss shall be trained and provide surveillance detection, route surveillance, armed protection, and defensive tactics capabilities in protection of Governments personnel and designees and while transporting Government equipment.
DPPO-TLs shall be responsible for providing threat detection to minimize protectees exposure to hostile individuals and incidents.
DPPO-TLs may be called upon to provide static surveillance, counter surveillance, and other nontraditional protective countermeasures.
DPPO-TLs shall be capable of responding to various threats to include Vehicle Borne Improvised Explosive Devices (VBIED), Improvised Explosive Devices (IED), direct fire from small arms and ground assaults by multiple personnel possessing various types of hand held or shoulder mounted weapon systems (military rifles, machine guns, rocket propelled grenades, etc), indirect fire by mortars and rockets, individual suicide bombers and employment of other weapons of mass destruction in an unconventional warfare environment.
DPPO-TLs may be required to initiate rapid response to threats or attacks that may exceed normal or established responsibilities. Such threats include armed attack, breaches of perimeters or checkpoints, hostile protests, direct or indirect fire, etc. DPPOs shall assist with emergency safety, evacuation, recovery and reaction force procedures of personnel from situations of imminent threat or actual attack and the application of emergency medical care to Government personnel and designees involved in trauma situations.

Management Responsibilities:

Manage the Driver and Personal Protective Officer Security teams. Serve as the immediate authority of the team.

Physical Requirements:

Daily hours worked can be as few as eight (8) to as many as twenty-four (24), depending upon the site and the Government requirements. A DPPO-TL shall typically deploy for a 60 to 90 day rotational basis with each DPPO having a rest or break in service period of at least 30 days.

Able to meet the following health and physical requirements:

Candidates shall successfully pass and maintain physical fitness, vision and hearing requirements as mandated by the contract.
Must shall successfully pass and maintain the medical and psychological requirements as dictated by the contract..
Annual medical and dental recertification.
Demonstrates oral and written command of the English language to the extent of comprehending printed regulations, detailed written orders, training instructions and materials. Shall be able to compose and convey concise and accurate reports.
All candidates shall complete DD Form 2760 to determine whether the employee may lawfully possess a firearm.


Preferred Skills
Experience Required:

Cleared to the Governments TOP SECRET clearance level and submit an SF86, Questionnaire for National Security Positions and agree to be administered a counterintelligence-scope polygraph by the Government. When successfully completed the individual shall be indoctrinated for TOP SECRET access with poly.
Possesses a valid U.S. drivers license.
Has a minimum of five (5) years military service in force protection or Special Operations or five years civilian Personal Security Detail experience in a hostile overseas environment.
Has a minimum of five (5) years military service in force protection or military police, or five years civilian experience in anti-terrorism force protection (ATFP) in a hostile overseas environment.

Education Required:

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Candidate must successfully meet current and annual recertification on weapons qualification for any weapon stipulated by the contract.
Must successfully complete DIs training as mandated by the contract.
Must maintain current proficiency in defensive driving techniques. Driving training shall require annual recertification.

Position Description:
The Intelligence Analyst functions as a part of an intelligence analytical team of military and/or DoD civilian analysts in support of CJ2 analytical requirements. The Intelligence Analyst is responsible for analysis, reporting, data base input and dissemination of Afghanistan measures of stability which include security, governance and development, Human Terrain Analysis, preparation of provincial and district assessments and Campaign and Mission Analysis briefings and annexes, High Value Individual Targeting products, Extremist and Regional Threat Network Nodal Analysis, Preparation of Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Assessment Metrics which include daily IMINT, SIGINT and HUMINT products to gauge the effectiveness of collection operations, 24/7 Indications & Warning withstanding and all-source exploitation of documents and media from detainees. This position is mid level analyst.
The Intelligence Analyst is responsible for researching, developing, presenting and publishing all-source intelligence products at the tactical, operational and strategic level related to Military actions, insurgent activities, economic and political activities, and threats to regional stability as part of an overall analytical team. This position provides input to multiple Government requirements and objectives, assist with the analysis and production of various intelligence products, and supply analytical support for senior Military leaders. The Intelligence Analyst shall attend meetings and conduct comprehensive research on complex topics independently or as a part of a larger analytical effort focusing on current events and long-term trends that could impact the Government’s mission. This position is responsible for intelligence analysis related to counter-terrorism, HUMINT, SIGINT, counterintelligence, Afghanistan and South West Asia regional issues, political/military analysis and support to targeting.

Position Requirements:
This position requires a minimum of 4 years analytical experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with operational level experience preferred. Experience in either CT, Afghanistan, South West Asia regional issues and HUMINT or political/military analysis desired.
•This position requires an Associate’s Degree, and a Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Shall be proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
•Possess strong research and writing skills and be capable of effectively operating as a member of a strategic level analytical team in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments. This position requires former MOS 1N, 35F, 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A or equivalent.
• This position requires Top Secret/SCI clearance (must be current).

Position Description 6-8 years hands-on experience in software testing, creation and implementation of Test Strategies, Test Plans, Manual Test Cases and Automated Test Scripts. Specific test engineering duties include, but not limited to:
• Developing test scripts
• Generating test data
• Data Validation
• Execute regression, functional, and system testing
• Verifying results and producing test summaries and defect reports
• Identifying defects and requirement discrepancies
• Generating defect change requests and reporting discrepancies

• Experience in all stages of application testing, including functional, usability, regression, load/stress and performance testing
• At least 3 years of software development (either Java or .Net or SQL programming) experience plus the ability to utilize that experience to develop a strong test approach.
• Experience with integration level testing, requiring ability to work with both big picture & in-depth domain knowledge.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Test Management Software (HP Mercury suite of tools –QuickTestPro, TestDirector, LoadRunner, Quality Center) to conduct functional, regression and performance testing, evaluate test results, report and manage defects.
• Strong SQL development skills (SQL Queries) and solid understanding of relational databases especially testing in a large database.
• Proven ability to develop, execute and maintain automated test suites across multiple environments: Web, Portal, Web Services, desktop and back end applications
• Ability to define and generate meaningful test metrics
Requires a BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related scientific or technical discipline or related experience and a minimum of 6-8 years of formal software testing experience. Prior experience in a software development arena is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills. Must have the ability to present solutions to technical and non-technical project members. Experience working in an agile development process is a plus.
