HOT - Operations Manager (OPSM)

Job Summary:
The Operations Manager (OPSM) shall serve as the direct liaison officer between the U.S. Government (USG) and current program vice DynCorp International (DI). The OPSM shall be responsible for all direct coordination and interaction with the USG senior staff CONUS along with coordinating the activities of all personal protective security team members CONUS and deployed. The OPSM shall have full authority to represent DI in all matters related to the program operations, such as procedures, schedules, program status, security, logistics, reports, briefings, and administrative matters.

The OPSM shall have a 24/7 response requirement for operational issues. They should be prepared to coordinate and deploy personal protective security teams into a high-threat environment to an undisclosed location for a typical deployment of 60 – 90 days. They will be responsible for developing and submitting staffing and rotation schedules. They will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring the personal protective security team deployment performance and addressing any and all issues related to the program. They shall address programmatic issues between deployed teams, current program vice DI and the USG on issues such as manpower staffing and schedules, equipment requirements and shipments, travel, in-country training, and all contractual performance issues.

• Develops in-country training plans to ensure that members of the personal protective security team remain cognizant of the rules for the use of force, and remain proficient with their assigned duties, weapons, ammunition, and equipment;
• Monitors that all team members have been initially assessed and meet the continual individual qualifications specified under the contract;

The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring social media campaigns across a number of platforms. Qualifications:

Description:

Standard Job Description
Conducts technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to product in accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations. Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, determines technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solution. Assesses product needs in accordance with customer specifications. Conducts technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives. Specific Job Description
• Primary point of contact to ensure all standard operating procedures are adhered to in accordance with (IAW) instructions, Memorandums of Understanding/Memorandums of Agreement (MOU/MOA’s), permits, NEPA compliance, scheduled usage periods, and all other applicable protocols for all Naval Special Warfare (NSW) forces.

• Schedule all range operations, transportation, storage, Range Control Operations (RCO) support and visit request requirements.
Ensure overall range scheduling management mechanisms and coordination standard operating procedures (SOP) are in place.

• Tracks usage of all NSW ranges. As required, drafts and submits appropriate range usage notices IAW NSW range program and relevant military regulations and IAW Federal, State, and local requirements.

Expert consultant for range primacy and priority scheduling within NSW.

Provide management and technical advisory support for training use of critical range facilities and specialized range/target systems.
Ensure coordination and plan with military Range Control Office, Public Works Officer, Ordnance Officer and Explosive Safety Officer.

Be prepared to:
-Ensure that all site personnel, while performing duties within USSOCOM or NAVSPECWARCOM owned and operated facilities, adhere to applicable security directives, regulations, and standard operating procedures at different contract performance locations, IAW the applicable DD Form 254.
- Provide interaction and constant informational updating with the customer unit/COR/Command Elements
- Serve as the customer unit's representative and chain of military command's single point of contact for any issues, capabilities of the contract and dispute resolution at the lowest level possible
- Provide the customer timely analysis and recommended possible solutions to range scheduling hurdles and shortfalls.
Provide the customer the utmost flexibility, responsiveness, timely support to the military customers executing worldwide mission requirements.

Job Summary
Non-rated Crewmember (NRCM) Flight Instructor (FI) assists the NRCM Standardization Instructor (SI) with the management and maintenance of the NRCM standardization program. The FI ensures all NRCM�s are fully integrated into the ATP, trains and evaluates NRCM�s in their designated aircraft, ensures compliance with all INL/A Standardization directives, Aircrew Training Manuals, and ATP requirements. Additionally the FI must be able to objectively train, evaluate, and document the performance of NRCM�s, and develop individual flight training plans in support of the organization�s mission and ATP. As a member of the standardization team, the FI must possess a complete understanding of the ATP, and as such must be able to provide guidance to all NRCM�s as well as recommendations for improvement and modification to the existing ATP to ensure compliance with current and future mission requirements.

Principal Accountabilities

1. Provides oversight of aircrew training records for nonrated crewmembers.
2. Must possess a thorough understanding of MOI/FOI as it relates to flight training.

5. Oversight for preflight, thru flight, and post-flight inspections and scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
6. Provides technical guidance and assistance to flight crews regarding observed discrepancies, experienced in-flight characteristics and system malfunctions.
7. Performs or assists in aircrew debriefing.
8. Participates in Maintenance Test Flights as a crew member or Technical Observer (TO), as required.
9. Participates in operational flights as a crew member or Flight Engineer.
10. Instructs and assesses newly-assigned Crew Chiefs. Gives flight and ground evaluations.
11. Must understand and be able to employ role reversal in evaluation techniques.
12. Travels in military aircraft and drives/operates military vehicles/equipment.
13. Participates in various periods of temporary duty away from the place of assignment, as required.
14. Complies with safety, fire, security, environmental, and housekeeping regulations.
15. Ensures material and equipment are properly and safely maintained and protected.
16. Performs other duties as assigned.
17. Able to instruct and operate the M-4 and 9mm weapons.
18. Understand maintenance data forms and historical records and ensure that they are accurate, up to date, and complete.

Five (5) years as a licensed A&P aircraft mechanic with experience on turbine helicopters and associated sub systems (5 years experience with MD-500 series aircraft preferred). Three (3) years experience as a Non-Rated Crewmember (NRCM) Flight Instructor (FI) managing an Aircrew Training Program (ATP). Graduate of the US Army Flight Instructor course preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Associates Degree preferred.

5. Renders direct patient care, including assessing, diagnosing, planning, prescribing pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment of health problems, health promotion, and preventative care.
6. Applies scientific knowledge to human treatment responses to actual or potential health problems.
7. Documents and maintains patient records of services.
8. Participates in employee training and orientation programs.
9. Plans and prepares for aero medical evacuation missions.
10. Coordinates with operational mission planners for the safe evacuation of the patients from the originating mission to the destination facility.

Have knowledge of advanced cardiology, to include operation of Defibrillator equipment, accurate reading and diagnosis of cardiac strips, and ACLS algorithms with appropriate drug treatment protocol. Be knowledgeable of Advanced Trauma Care, to include immediate assessment and treatment of ANY traumatic life threatening injury, advanced airway management (Intubations, Surgical Cricothyrotomy), advanced invasive procedures (Needle Decompression, Chest Tube Thoracotomy), advanced Circulatory support (Venous access through cut down procedures, blood typing and cross match, blood transfusion protocols). Have knowledge of Advanced Diagnosis and Treatment of illnesses to include, but not limited to, the following systems cardiac, pulmonary, dermatology, musculoskeletal, neurological, endocrine, gastrointestinal, and genitourinary. Be knowledgeable of wound repair, to include anesthesia, nerve blocks, and suturing with proper aseptic technique. Have knowledge of general sick call procedures. Have a general knowledge of radiological (basic) analysis. Have knowledge of material inventory principles.

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Mission tasks may also require aerial gunnery and escort of ground forces. Applicant will be required to fly both single and multi-ship day, night, and Night Vision Goggle (NVG) missions; primarily under visual meteorological conditions. Applicant will be required to maintain NVG currency and Instrument proficiency. The successful applicant will perform duties as a Pilot, Pilot-in- Command, Air Mission Commander, Flight Lead, or Lead Pilot. The Lead Pilot will assign other tasks as required. Upon successful completion of initial training, assignment will be in the Republic of Iraq. Potential for exposure to hostile fire in this region is high.

UH-1 series Instructor Pilot experience is desired. •0-2 years experience with geospatial data collection, analysis, and/or conversion with ESRI products (ArcMap, ArcToolBox, ArcInfo, etc). Preference will be given to candidates with experience in ArcSDE.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work well with a diverse team of people.
•Must be able to multi-task and troubleshoot for technical solutions.
•Must be punctual to all work schedules and perform job assignments in a timely and efficient manner.
•Must be able to adjust to unexpected changes in work demand to meet deadlines.
•Ability to communicate and troubleshoot issues to supervisor.
•Ability to take on tasks with minimal supervision.
•US citizenship required.

Responsibilities:
URS will provide facility and infrastructure systems planning, programming, design engineering, engineering analysis, construction management and inspection, and contract close out.

Requirements:
Minimum Bachelors degree in Engineering and minimum five years of experience in the design/construction management project management.

Must have proven experience coordinating multiple disciplines and leading a project team through "cradle-to-grave" project delivery.

Must hold a track record of excellent project and time management skills, combined with the capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

Must have knowledge of contingency engineering/design.

Must be proficient in AutoCad 2010 and MS Office Suite.

Must have experience with military programming rules and documentation.

Must possess an active security clearance.

We are looking for a Photographer/Editor who thinks outside the box on the most routine stories. Creativity and a drive to win are keys in this position. You will be asked to shoot off the shoulder as well as on a tripod. You will also act as a reporter when one is not assigned to gather the information. You need to show a flair for editing stories on non-linear editing equipment. The selected candidate will also be responsible for the care and maintenance of cameras and cars. A positive attitude is a must as we don’t have time for whiners. Position will also have to edit shows on assigned day working with producers for those shows.
Requirements:
Experience and training in news videography, editing and news. Candidates must be able to work effectively in a fast paced team environment, be able to carry 50 lbs., and have a good driving record and a valid Colorado drivers license.

Job Summary

Operates S-61 helicopters in support of the U.S. Department of State (DoS), Bureau for Diplomatic Security (DS), under oversight from the Bureau for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Office of Aviation (INL/A).

Principal Accountabilities
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Mission is to provide aviation support services in Iraq for Air Transport, Reconnaissance and Security, Casualty Evacuations, Quick Reaction Forces to respond to incidents, for Chief of Mission personnel or other personnel required by U.S. Government Authority to conduct official business. Mission tasks may also require aerial gunnery and escort of ground forces. Applicant will be required to fly both single and multi-ship day, night, and Night Vision Goggle (NVG) missions; primarily under visual meteorological conditions. Applicant will be required to maintain NVG currency and Instrument proficiency. The successful applicant will perform duties as a Pilot, Pilot-in- Command, Air Mission Commander, Flight Lead, or Lead Pilot. The Lead Pilot will assign other tasks as required. Upon successful completion of initial training, assignment will be in the Republic of Iraq. Potential for exposure to hostile fire in this region is high. IP/SP - Conducts academic and hands-on performance training and administers evaluations to ensure pilot proficiency and standardization of training in addition to maintaining IATF's and completing required AWIS entries. MP/ME - Performs operational checks, routine maintenance, and maintenance test flights to ensure the airworthiness of the fleet.

Special Knowledge & Skills Required:
Branch 15 Aviation MOS series (154C preferred) or other military or commercial equivalent is required; qualification in S-61 is required prior to or incident to assignment. Individual must demonstrate proficiency in understanding aircraft systems, components, and operations. Individual must possess a thorough knowledge of FAA and ICAO regulations pertinent to the host country and operational requirement. Individual should have experience using Falcon View or its equivalent. Individual must show documented completion of a manufacturer�s course of instruction, military flight training or a DoS program of instruction in S-61 series helicopters. S-61 series Instructor Pilot experience is desired. Instructor Pilot applicants must be an FAA Certified Flight Instructor or have documentation showing proof of completion of an equivalent military qualification. Possess or the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of State Secret Security Clearance is a condition of employment; an active Secret Security Clearance is preferred. Possess a current US Passport or the ability to obtain one before assignment.

Experience & Education

Experience Required:
Demonstrated, proven and verifiable aviation experience including ethics, ability, and professionalism of the highest standards are required for this position. Only resumes showing a minimum of 3,000 hours of helicopter pilot experience will be considered. Individual must be qualified and have a minimum of 300 hours of NVG pilot time. Individual must hold a current FAA Airman�s Certificate with rotorcraft helicopter and instrument ratings, or equivalent military ratings, and a current FAA Class II Medical Certificate. Recent experience in desert and tactical operations is highly desired.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
