Duties and Responsibilities
• The contractor shall provide expertise in the development and execution of all classes given to brigade-level commanders and staff officers.

How You Can Lead the Way
The position is located in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Mission Support Bureau (MSB), Office of the Chief Security Officer (OCSO). • Oversee a security network charged with safeguarding the agency’s material and information assets and computer systems, as well as the physical safety of employees and visitors.
• Manage and direct the development and execution of a FEMA-wide security program comprising the full range of security activities including the security of classified information and programs and the protection of FEMA facilities including regional, field and outlying installations/offices, investigations of security concerns, enforcement of security requirements, identification of security initiatives and establishment of/compliance with security standards for the Agency.

As a minimum qualifications requirement for entry into the SES, applicants must provide evidence of progressively responsible leadership experience that is indicative of senior executive level managerial capability and directly related to the skills and abilities outlined under Mandatory Technical Qualifications and Executive Core Qualifications. Position Description
Primary Functions
The Director of Operations is a full-time, permanent position reporting to
the Chief Professional Officer of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Fullerton. The
Director or Operations over sees operations of all Club sites and programs
with the primary concern for program development and implementation aligned
with BGCF's strategies; Club data collection and outcome measurement
strategies, staff recruitment, training and development; supervision of
assigned Branch Directors and other staff; facilities; and budget
management. The Director of Operations will build relationships and
participate in resource development functions on a frequent basis.
The Director of Operations will work in concert with the Chief Professional
Officer and the Board of Directors to deliver high-quality programs and
services that enhance the lives of Club youth and their families. This
individual will act as a key member of the executive team and provide a
leadership role for the organization to execute programs and services
according to the needs and mission of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Fullerton in
a passionate and compelling manner. The Director of Operations will work
directly with the Chief Professional Officer in developing goals and
strategies but will ultimately be responsible leading all functions of

SUPPLEMENTAL APPLICATION
In addition to the Qualifications Appraisal Interview, the department may
require that competitors complete a supplemental application designed to
explore education and experience related to the Associate Process Safety
Engineer classification. The supplemental application would be sent to all
persons who meet the requirements for admittance to this examination. The
supplemental application would be used to screen only those individuals who
best meet the needs of the California State Lands Commission to the
Qualifications Appraisal Panel Interview, and would be based on the
knowledges and abilities listed under the "Scope" section of this bulletin.
If this option is used, persons who do not return the completed supplemental
