QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Related education and practical experience in ocean lifeguard practices. A professional knowledge of the principles, practices and techniques of surf lifesaving to perform rescue, instruct and evaluate staff. Knowledge of teaching techniques and supervision principles and practices to teach, train and supervise staff and general public. Knowledge of sound safety procedures and practices, common hazards and protective measures, including safety devices, sufficient to conduct formal and informal training sessions particularly as it applies to water safety. Skills acquired through certifications required to fulfill work obligations to include Emergency Medical Technician (nationally registered or San Diego county or State certified); American Red Cross "CPR for the professional rescuer" or American Heart Association Health Care provider C card or higher, certification card. Other certification relevant to safety, swimming and environmental instruction is helpful. Ability to instruct, supervises, direct, and control classes and staff in sometimes-uncomfortable environmental conditions. Responsible for passing initial and recurrent competitive physical ability test, which usually includes a 500 meter swim, one mile run, and perform with equipment with relative efficiency and timeliness. Detailed Responsibilities:
The Senior Intelligence Integrator will assist in developing processes that focus on finding immediate through long-term solutions to the IED problem set prioritize and categorize requests for information and conduct near and long term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets fusing and prioritizing the multiple intelligence disciplines to disrupt and defeat enemy networks that employ IEDs.
The Senior Intelligence Integrator will focus problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration as well as the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of intelligence (to include unevaluated intelligence) associated with IEDs and their employment by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.
The Senior Intelligence Integrator will work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations and decipher and identify trends, patterns and key nodes highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. The Senior Intelligence Integrator must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise. Must be able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and is able to provide daily feedback to team lead on product development. The Senior Intelligence Integrator must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
The Senior Intelligence Integrator must have a strong operational background and experience in shaping intelligence products that support tactical or strategic goals set forth by the supported unit commander in order to create actionable target support packages. The Senior Intelligence Integrator should also possess an understanding of IEDs as well as the local, regional, and global networks that facilitate its construction, design, and usage.
Successful applicants will have documented experience working with multidiscipline operations/intelligence teams and familiarity with other elements of the DoD, the interagency and coalition partners.

All Source Requirements Collection Specialist:
Roles & Responsibilities
The contractor shall be responsible for coordinating all ISR collection requirements and ensures all intelligence data is properly disseminated within the ATO. The All-Source Requirements Collection Manager shall monitor various systems for new nominated requirements, validates, and distributes them as required. The contractor shall develop training tools as required on all aspects of ISR-D mission accomplishment. The contractor shall interface with Collection and Requirements Managers to answer intelligence related RFIs and de-conflict or collaborate on theater HUMINT requirements and reporting. The All-Source Requirements Collection Manager shall give presentations and briefings when required. Qualifications & Requirements
•Requires a minimum of three years collection management operational experience with DoD or equivalent government agencies. Background in DoD or service manned or unmanned collection platform capabilities, collection planning, synchronization, execution and assessment preferred.
•College degree (Associates or Bachelor’s) or equivalent mid-level military enlisted or company grade officer experience preferred.

This position is ideal for a Safety Officer professional looking for an opportunity to shape Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Office of Safety, Health and Medical Readiness Division (SHMR). The incumbent will be responsible for working in a lead role in occupational safety and industrial hygiene ensuring all agency operations are following all occupational safety and industrial hygiene standards, regulations, laws, policies, and directives. Specific Duties:
• Serves as agency representative and technical resource for the development and review of safety, health and medical readiness programs to include disaster response and recovery, SHMR operations related to motor vehicles, materials handling, electrical systems, fire prevention/emergency plans, job hazard analysis, employee training, safety programs, facility inspections, ergonomics, and air quality.
• Responsible for providing guidance, assistance, technical support and oversight to FEMA Disaster Safety Officers, FEMA Collateral Duty Safety Officers (CDSOs) located at the Regions, Mobile Emergency Response Support (MERS), National Processing Service Centers (NPSCs), Distribution Centers and other field operation sites, and other FEMA Safety Officials.
• Operates, maintains, and calibrates safety and industrial hygiene instruments to measure indoor air quality, radiation, combustible gases, noise, light, etc., and other sampling devices, as necessary. Ensures that adequate types and quantities of appropriate, approved, and calibrated instruments are kept available.
• Develops and implements site-specific SHMR program guidelines, instructions, standard operating procedures, and other materials, in accordance with DHS/FEMA/SHMR program manuals and instructions, as required.
• Investigates work-related accidents, illnesses, and injuries for staff on-site or at off-site locations, and analyzes data to determine trends, identify causes, and redirect program priorities.
• Serves as Safety Officer on the National Response Coordination Center (NRCC), coordinates with Disaster Safety Officers, reviews and provides inputs to mission assignments, participates in drills, exercises and hot washes.

You qualify for this position at the GS-13 level if you possess one of the following:
One full year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service working in a lead role developing occupational safety and industrial hygiene as well as health surveillance programs and activities and in modifying or developing appropriate methodologies, standards and guidelines.
Time-in-Grade Requirements: Status applicants must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade in the Federal service. To be creditable, one (1) year is required at the GS-12 level for the GS-13.
All qualifications and grade equivalency requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the closing date of this announcement.

31. OPFOR Team positions (Korea)
All: I am providing consulting services to several clients. One, a
medium-sized defense firm, is bidding on a support contract for the
ROK and is looking to fill three OPFOR team positions. These positions
are focused on preparation and support to ROK-US exercises. The
service will be in Korea.
While the qualifications for the three billets below specify various
types of US Army experience, similar Marine Corps experience is
entirely acceptable. The company seeks to fill these nominations and

This position provides input to multiple Government requirements and objectives, assist with the analysis and production of various intelligence products, and supply analytical support for senior Military leaders. The position shall attend meetings and conduct comprehensive research on complex topics independently or as a part of a larger analytical effort focusing on current events and long-term trends that could impact the Government’s mission. This position is responsible for intelligence analysis related to counter-terrorism, HUMINT, SIGINT, counterintelligence, Afghanistan and South West Asia regional issues, political/military analysis and support to targeting.
Qualifications & Requirements
•Requires a minimum of 4 years analytical experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with operational level experience preferred.
•Experience in either CT, Afghanistan, South West Asia regional issues and HUMINT or political/military analysis is desired.
•Requires an Associate’s degree, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
•Candidate shall be proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
•Candidate shall possess strong research and writing skills and be capable of effectively operating as a member of a strategic level analytical team in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.
•Requires former MOS 1N, 35F, 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A or equivalent.
•Requires a Top Secret SCI Clearance.

36. Electrician/Controls Technician (Afghanistan)
Operates, maintains, and repairs all electrical systems, panels, controls, and equipment from low voltage up to 15,000 volts. Installs electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Ensures that the work is in accordance with relevant codes.
Troubleshoots problems in power supply and control systems to keep critical equipment on-line. Recommends and implements improvements and repairs to electrical distribution, controls and automation.
Participates in preventative maintenance and repairs on electrical power distribution, switchgear, electrical panels, motors, lighting, fire systems, or elevators. Technical schooling in controls and automation preferred
