Locate, install, test, repair and/or modify industrial electronic systems and equipment by
Interpreting blueprints, wiring, schematic diagrams, following technical, oral or written

The Operations Manager will be part of management support team providing support to the Chief, Information Services Division through the SPAWAR Program Manager with regards to daily operations of the AFMOA Medical Cell Enterprise Service Desk (MESD) in San Antonio, Texas.
The Operations Manager will act as the MESD Operations Manager for the San Antonio, TX MESD.
Responsibilities will include the following:
Manage day to day activities of MESD Operators ensuring high levels of customer service
Manage, schedule and provide daily supervision of MESD Operators
Define, produce, and maintain regular MESD reports utilizing Remedy, T-Metrics, and other MESD toolsets
Support and direct development of knowledge management base
Facilitate call resolution activities
Knowledge and experience handling and securing Protected Health Information (PHI) in an operations environment
Coordinate operations standardization across MESD sites including Hickam AFB, HI, Gunter Annex, AL, and Ramstein AFB, Germany
Support the SPAWAR Program Management Office (PMO) in the management of MESD processes related to operations
Interface with vendors, SPAWAR, AFMOA, SG Executive staff, and MTF's
Provide guidance to AFMOA Operations Cell
Support troubleshooting efforts for complex technical issues
Support the MESD metrics program through identification and reporting
Requirements:
Requires DoD Secret Security Clearance
Five years of IM/IT experience in a healthcare environment
Ten years of experience in an enterprise service desk environment
Firm understanding of service desk operations, process development, and utilization of the Remedy IT Service Management application
Experience executing and managing a service desk metrics program
Minimum of three years of server hardware and software (MS operating system based) experience
Three years of interfacing with AFMOA Communications and Information staff
Knowledge of web application software
Knowledge of DoD, AF, AFMOA, MHS, and AFMS instructions governing IM/IT and Medical IM/IT
Bachelor's degree in IT related field
Certifications: Security+/CISSP
Education Requirements:
BS/BA in Related Field of Study

Job Description:
The individual will modify and optimize the CNC Programs. This includes starting with a base program from a similar part on a similar machine tool and modifying to the specific process and cutting tools that will be used. This also includes modifications to minimize process cycle time while maximizing cutting tool life. Maintaining CNC programs, use CAM software, programming directly into Fanuc 31i control. The ideal candidate will possess a good mix for both programming and machining, manipulate machines to a program, and will have a solid understanding of CNC programming, not creating a program from scratch but manipulating the existing program.
Skill Sets:
Experienced machine tool operator with Fanuc CNC Control programming. Job Description: Job Summary: Plans and develops processes for the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System based on AIAG standards for all internal Design, and Manufacturing Processes. In this position, you will provide staff support to the NPD Front Office to enhance the internal and external efficiency and effectiveness of the office. You will be responsible for independently planning and carrying out assignments, resolving work problems, interpreting policy, determining the approach to be taken and keeping the supervisor informed of progress. Typical work assignments include:
• Acts as personal representative of the NPD Assistant Administrator and Executive Officer in telephonic and personal contacts with high-ranking officials of FEMA and other departments and agencies, as well as executives of state and local governments and private industry.
• Researches assigned areas to provide supervisor with authoritative information and material which is utilized in preparation of correspondence, reports, and policy documents to facilitate meetings and negotiations.
• Updates calendar and prepares electronic briefing books for the NPD Assistant Administrator, including the upcoming daily, weekly and monthly calendar.
• Schedules appointments and makes arrangements for meetings and conferences upon request and direction of Executive Officer.

Utilize Palantir software applications to describe the composition of networks, the individuals who comprise the network, methods used by the network especially as they relate to the production, facilitation, and emplacement of IEDs, the preferred tactics, techniques and procedures of the network, and a catalogue of IED events associated with the network.
Employ JIEDDO-COIC tools and processes to populate the knowledge base and to corroborate data.
Deliver technical reports that respond to Requests for Support.
Experience and Education:
Successful applicants will have documented experience working with Palantir and other common tools within the DoD intelligence community to analyze and develop human networks.

Background:
The Contractor team shall provide strategic direction, develop, train, and advise the MoD Intelligence and GSG2 Staff, the Department for Intelligence Policy, the Intelligence Training Center (ITC), and the Defense Security Service (DSS) in the following functional areas: Staff Development, Program and Budget Management, All Source Intelligence, HUMINT, CI, SIGINT, Information and Requirements Management, and GEOINT.
Responsibilities and Deliverables:
Advise, mentor, and train the Afghan National Army (ANA) General Staff (GS) Deputy G2 for Programs and Budget and his division’s personnel to development and implement a budget; spending controls; and strategic plans.
Understand and execute the Program Budget Accountability Committee (PBAC) process.
The implementation of programs and processes to ensure compliance with the Ministry of Defense (MoD) policies; integrate process-mapping, quality control evaluation, variation analysis, bench-marking, best business practices, and process efficiency measurements or metrics.
The establishment of systems that results in the proper distribution, accountability, and management of equipment and expendable supplies IAW established Decrees.
The establishment and implementation of programs for periodic reviews of resource distribution.
The submission of ANA required reports through established channels and in approved formats.
Minimum Qualifications:
This is a senior mentoring position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting and budget; experience in intelligence organizations; as well as Division G2 Staff experience and above. We are looking for a former military O4 / O5; CW3/4/5 or CSM.
Candidate must meet all physical, medical and other requirements for overseas deployment in accordance with current DoD regulations. Candidate must possess a fitness level appropriate to performing work in a field environment and current medical exam completed within the past 12 months. Candidate must have been tested and present proof of a negative HIV test result performed within six months of deployment. Dental and medical readiness must be up to date and candidate must maintain a current US Passport. Candidate must have a current SECRET Level Security Clearance (Previously granted and never revoked or suspended).

This position will have general responsibility for the training, coaching and development of security officers as needed, and will be making regular site visits to ensure consistency in quality performance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensures the delivery of high quality customer service through regular contact with officers; evaluates officer performance and initiates corrective action if necessary.
Analyzes performance indicators to continuously improve officer performance; ensures company policies are understood and followed.
Meets regularly with management representatives for status updates and addresses any actual or potential problems; supports client start-ups and monitors newly placed officers.
Trains, and develops security officers in collaboration with Area management training requirements; ensures all employees are compliant in state mandated training, coaches’ employees to enhance skills; carries out disciplinary actions as necessary.
Assist field record keeping objectives by scrutinizing DAR’s, reports, timesheets, and other shift related paperwork at the jobsite, as needed.
Maintains a positive, professional appearance in full compliance with company regulations, policies and procedures; acts to ensure that officers understand and comply with company regulations, policies and procedures.
Conducts site inspections to promote a safe and productive work environment, being responsible for all job sites that require mobile patrols.
Works with assigned Site Managers and Account Managers to ensure client expectations are consistently met, if not exceeded.
Position is required to work off hours, weekends, holidays, and other open shifts on an emergency basis at different sites.
Training compliance of all officers at various accounts
Weekend/Holiday/After hour quality control supervision
Off -hours primary contact for line staff
Account scheduling and account staffing (fill in) as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate must possess the following skills, competencies and experience:
Candidates must have a minimum of three years in the security industry (police or military equivalent considered) with at least two years in a supervisory position, post commander, shift lead and/or equivalent combination of both.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Demonstrate the ability to complete projects and fulfill commitments, meet deadlines and exhibit a high level of time management and organizational skills.
Proven track record of making sound decisions.
Effective communicator (orally and written).
Ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures.
Ability to be an effective leader and team member.
Ability to take initiative and achieve results.
Familiarity with employee scheduling.
Flexibility to work beyond typical business hours, holidays and weekends.
