Job Description:
As a Senior Product Engineer for our company in Thibodaux, LA you will develop new applications of technology for product development and be an expert user of critical technology. In addition you will:
- Analyze assignments and determine engineering specifications which must be fulfilled for complex problems or projects of moderate scope
- Produce and/or evaluate possible design solutions to improve cost, quality and performance based on specialized knowledge of engineering applications. This may include possible involvement of other functional engineers, supply management and/or supplier personnel

Qualifications:

3. Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) (Harrisonburg, VA)
Progressive, employee-friendly OHS is seeking a part time, qualified Medical Laboratory Technologist to provide medical services to designated beneficiaries in a clinical setting in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
Perform a full range of Medical Laboratory Technologist professional concepts and practices on site, using furnished facilities, equipment and supplies to a variety of patients. 4. JOB CLASSIFICATION: Database Administrator for AF professional development programs (Barksdale AFB, LA)
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for management, maintenance, and operations of a professional development database system (MS SQL server with MS Access front-ends). Retrieve data for metrics needed to manage AF nuclear forces.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Update and maintain the databases using AF Personnel Center (AFPC) SAS files and deployment data
• Monitor database server activities, review system logs for anomalous conditions and report suspicious activity to AF Global Strike Command Client Support Administrators
• Manage database user accounts, establish system permissions on the SQL server and control access to front-ends used for the database system
• Modify/maintain the database to support web-based search and queries

The Social Worker shall perform in accordance with established principles, practices and ethics of the Academy of Certified Social Workers (ACSW). The standards of performance for all employees provided by the Social Worker shall reflect the degree and care, skill and learning expected of a reasonably prudent healthcare provider in the Social Work profession. The Social Worker shall perform a full range of services on site, using furnished facilities, equipment and supplies to a variety of patients. All aspects of services shall be commensurate with the capabilities of the provider and the Medical Department including but not limited to the items listed below.
Job Duties:
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments utilizing clinical interview techniques, mental status examination, collection of history from collaborative sources, psychometric screening tools and psychological testing, laboratory and imaging studies, collaboration with other clinic staff and referrals, as needed for the purpose of determining an accurate Mental Health diagnosis and plan of treatment
• Develop, review and implement Treatment Plans for care of behavioral health conditions, providing appropriate follow-up care, discharge plans, and transfers to other health care facilities (psychiatric units, residential care, nursing homes, rehabilitation hospitals, and other facilities) as indicated
• Treat outpatients in individual, group, couples, and family modalities as appropriate, exercising professional judgment and using a range of clinical skills to include psychotherapy, education and recommendations for lifestyle/behavioral change
• Make a health record entry for every patient
• To the greatest extent possible, ensure the fitness of patients and attempt to learn of any circumstances which might adversely affect a patient’s ability
• Within HIPAA confidentiality guidelines, maintain open and professional communications with other Clinic Healthcare staff and provide consultation services regarding mental health issues including diagnosis, condition, treatment plans, prognosis and fitness status
• Provide appropriate and timely evaluation and management for problems as they occur in addition to providing regularly scheduled appointments.
• Make appropriate referrals to specialists utilizing appropriate resources as directed by the clinic administrator.
• Provide recommendations in writing regarding status and duration, for all patients under mental health care
• Share responsibility for developing and implementing educational programs, training and referral resources which might improve the level of behavioral health and awareness within a defined community or area of responsibility
• Monitor rates of mental health related behavior and resource utilization, such as psychiatric admissions, suicide behavior, family violence cases, substance abuse treatment and DUI's
• Maintain an ongoing relationship with the patient for counseling and case management of patients with psychiatric disorders and arrange for referral is more specialized mental health services are indicated
• Liaison and report to higher facility as required for patient's continuum of care
• Work collaboratively with healthcare team in Primary Care

Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Social work from a school accredited by The Council of Social Work Education (CSWE)
Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience (within the 5 years immediately preceding)
Current, full, active and unrestricted license to practice Social Work services in a State, Territory or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia
Current Certification in the field of Social Work

SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Chief Security Officer, this position is responsible for managing the physical security programs and associated efforts for the employer which includes personnel, operations, information, and administration. May also provide consultative and as-needed direction to the classified security management and programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manages the operations of the employer’s physical security organization.
• Management of security staff and department functions for physical security. Provides leadership in attracting and developing staff, including performance management.
• Develops, implements, and manages the strategic and tactical planning for security consistent with security policies and procedures. Ensures alignment of physical security strategy with Company ASI business needs as well as the overarching policies and practices of Company and affiliates.
• Develops and manages security and emergency management operations, policies, procedures, and programs.
• Develops and presents necessary documents and reports for management and manages assigned budget.
• Oversees the development and delivery of security outreach presentations and initiatives.
• Maintains awareness of security matters including new/changing laws/regulations. In support of classified security programs as needed, also maintains a solid knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program (NISP)/National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and established policies, procedures, and practices for safeguarding National Security Information. Uses knowledge to respond to a variety of inquiries of complex and diverse scope. Continually reviews and monitors the status of all security policies, procedures, and programs to ensure they are in compliance with appropriate regulations, meet organization needs, and appropriately enhance preventative security for the organization and personnel.
• Briefs and provides security consultation to business management on security matters; promotes and communicates, as necessary, security policies/programs/matters for assigned area with management and staff; and ensures technical excellence.
• Promotes and communicates, as necessary, security policies/programs/issues while representing the organization as the primary security contact, when appropriate, with appropriate federal and local agencies.
• Responsible for observing all laws, regulations, and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company. Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
COMPETENCIES/ABILITIES
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law enforcement, security or related field, and thirteen or more year’s progressive experience in security administration with at least seven of those years having management responsibilities. Equivalent experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
Must possess: (1) extensive experience overseeing a physical security program in a large corporate environment to include managing relationships with external security agencies, such as law enforcement, DHS, and FBI; (2) extensive expertise in the application of relevant security concepts and practices with a comprehensive knowledge of federal and local security regulations and current security operating procedures, as well as solid knowledge of NISPOM requirement; (3) the ability to articulate and write in a clear, concise, and accurate fashion, effectively address diverse audiences including executive management, and facilitate difficult discussions; (4) strong leadership, interpersonal, and management skills with the ability to build and sustain a successful team; (5) the ability to interpret and explain complex issues; and (6) exercise considerable and sound judgment in all aspects of work. Must be able to work extended hours as necessary and travel as required. Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance is required.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
Experience within a government contracting environment, including work with DOD (and DOE preferable). Completion of Industrial Security Management and AIS courses. Experience with oversight of industrial security programs, including knowledge of FSO, COMSEC, and CPSO responsibilities and Special Access Programs, as well as work with external agencies such as DSS and DISCO.

PURPOSE OF POSITION
Conduct academic, training device, and UAS live flying instruction in support of formal course syllabi, training plans, event instructor guides and Continuation Training (CT).
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Aviation or related field.
Training and Experience: Have 1000 hours total pilot flying time (not including SUPT time) of which 100 hours are in the Primary Aircraft of Instruction (PAI) (not including “other” time); or have 500 total pilot flying time (not including SUPT time) of which 200 hours are in the PAS (not including “other” time). Rated military pilot or holds a FAA Commercial Instrument Pilot rating. MQ-1 pilot time counts towards fulfilling the 1000/500 flying hour requirements. Pass and maintain FAA Class II flight physical requirements. Must complete a formal basic academic instructor course within 6 months after start of training as an instructor. Completion of the Air Combat Command Classroom Instructor Course or MAJCOM equivalent satisfies the CRI requirement. All Instructor Pilot (IP) candidates will meet AFI 11-MQ-1, Volume 1, Chapter 2, and Instructor Pilot Prerequisites prior to certification as a MQ-1 IP.
General Skills: Must be able to handle multiple tasks, a self-starter, flexible in work assignments, detail oriented, highly organized, possess good interpersonal and written communication skills, and work under limited supervision.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Desired Experience: Previous MQ-1 Pilot Instructor preferred.
Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain/maintain a “Secret” security clearance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform academic instruction and/or remedial training/make-up training for students using Instructor/Lesson guides as required by applicable syllabi or training plans.
• Prepare classroom for instruction and distribute any lesson-related student materials.
• Coordinate and conduct aircraft preflight training required to support the syllabi.
• Review desired learning objectives with students in preparation for examinations/evaluations.
• Administer and score examinations.
• Manage academic programs to comply with AFRs, AFIs and other publications.
• Maintain production folders for each course taught.
• Maintain reference material used in support of academic courseware.
• Provide all student deliverables including all courseware related material and tactical publications.
• Instruct students in such a manner that, with normal student progression, the end-of-course level of proficiency will be met by the end of the academic phase.
• Critique students verbally on all errors committed during the course of the training.
• Instruct students in techniques and corrective procedures to help students avoid repetition of errors.
• Fill out log to document any problems with Predator Mission Aircrew Training System (PMATS).
• Complete all appropriate administrative paperwork (781, TAR, etc).
• IAW the approved debriefing guide, conduct a thorough event debrief for all training device events. All syllabi required items will be covered.
• Record student performance on individual event grade sheets IAW ACCI 11-464. End-of-course minimum standards are listed in the applicable formal course syllabi. Tasks that are not accomplished will be annotated on the student’s “not accomplished” task logs.
• Review each applicable student’s grade book prior to brief.
• Thoroughly prepare students to perform the scheduled event.
• In accordance with the approved instructor/mission pre-briefing guide, conduct a thorough event pre-brief for all flight training events.
• Address 100% of the specified event tasks during the flight training period, unless lack of student progress or maintenance problems will not allow completion. Non-effective flight training events will be rescheduled.
• Instructs and measures training process of students who train in the established aircrew training curriculum.
• Assists in projects and development work as assigned.
• Provides inputs for courseware corrections and modifications and to update training policies and procedures.
• Performs administrative duties relative to training such as recordkeeping, monitoring student progress.
• Serves as aircraft type Subject Matter Expert (SME) for curriculum development, students and other personnel as required.
• Maintains a high level of subject knowledge, capability and expertise.
• Performs Launch and Recovery (L/R) duties as required and assigned.
• Conducts briefings and debriefings and counsels with students to develop and maintain a high level of proficiency.
• Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

Examples of Duties:
The Occupancy Assistant/Waitlist Coordinator will manage a caseload of approximately 150 clients, comprised of Section 8 & TBRA cases. We are currently expanding our Vital Missions Group and seeking a highly motivated National Site Lead to help support our efforts in the Global War on Terrorism in Afghanistan.
The incumbent for this position provides policy-level oversight, audit support and is the lead advisor on FAR compliance for the procurement and accountability of government furnished equipment.
Specific Duties:
•Program Property Administrator
•Develop and continuously improve a FAR 52.245.1 compliant government property system from acquisition to disposal.
•Interact with local and remote vendors for quotes and acquisitions.
•Conduct annual inventories for all property, evaluate program property management system, and produce reports on the findings for government audits.
•Refine and oversee standardized logistics processes, policies, and procedures in support of specified program and project objectives and requirements.
•Oversee and inspect the processes for the shipment and transportation of property to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
•Audit and perform regular inspections of activities, including those of the Subcontractor, to ensure strict compliance and to determine program property system improvements.
•Oversee reporting to include overall review of LDD, inventory, and property status documentation
•Ensure policies for the prompt identification and proper disposal of excess GFE/GFP/CAP (if applicable) per contract requirements and federal regulations when no longer required for contract services
•Ensure all GFE/GFP/CAP is properly marked or tagged and inventory, accountability, and control records are kept current.
•Conduct contract closeout activities to include final inventory and proper disposal of all GFE/GFP/CAP and prepare reports and/or briefings on the status and findings regarding both activities.
•Oversee optimal execution and continuous improvement of program-based logistics activities, operations, and processes.
Education:
•Bachelor’s Degree highly desired
Experience:
•A minimum of 15 years of military experience is desired
•Active TOP SECRET /SCI Security Clearance required
•Demonstrated experience in Property Management. NPMA CPPA certification (or other equivalent) highly desired

This position is ideal for an administrative support professional with experience providing assistance to professionals in the execution of an array of clerical duties. This position leads the effort to determine project and priorities selection, tracking projects and ensuring the deliverables are completed timely. Provides overall management support/oversight for projects to ensure they all move together toward meeting the strategic goals. Position functions as the IT liaison between the Department of Revenue and the Office of Information Technology. This effort includes outreach and administration efforts which identify and evaluate the resources available to effectively and efficiently address project needs. This position is adept at tools for preparing reports, and for explaining and documenting project plans and processes.
Minimum Qualifications, Substitutions and Conditions of Employment:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and at least six years of professional project management experience which included professional high-level experience in one or more of the following: administering, planning, organizing, executing, overseeing projects and/or project management methodologies. The experience must have included two years of supervisory and administrative experience. The supervisory experience must have been over a professional level staff. The administrative experience must have included planning, development and implementation of budgets, policies, and objectives necessary to achieve the goals of an organization or program, along with the development of a statewide strategic plan.
SUBSTITUTION: Four years of additional professional high-level experience in project management which provided the same kind, level, and amount of knowledge gained in the required education may be substituted for the BS/BA, but not the specific experience or certification.

The following are conditions of employment with the Colorado Department of Revenue:
1. All employees must be current with their Income Tax filings and payments with the State of Colorado. This includes successfully passing a pre-employment evaluation of your tax records/accounts.
2. Applicants must agree to provide reference information and sign a waiver of liability in order to be considered for DOR jobs.
3. All DOR positions require successful completion of a background investigation prior to appointment. Background checks may include criminal, financial, traffic, civil, education, and/or experience checks or any other checks related to the assignment. Movement within the department to a different position may be cause for requiring additional background checks. Refusal to participate in the background check process will disqualify a person from employment with DOR. In addition, false, incomplete or inaccurate information, including failure to disclose a material fact during this process, may be grounds for disqualification from employment and/or your name being removed from the eligible list.
4. Department of Revenue employees are prohibited from "...exercising any regulatory control over any organization at which the employee was formerly employed or associated for a period of three years from the employee's last employment with such organization..." Prior employment, as it may be covered by this policy, will be considered in the hiring process.
5. Effective January 1, 2005, newly hired employees should be aware that employment with a state government employer offering public pension plans may cause a potential reduction of future Social Security benefits. The Department of Revenue is such an employer.
6. Employees in positions designated as overtime eligible under FLSA provisions (non-exempt), must be willing to accept compensatory time off in lieu of cash compensation for overtime work performed.
