Serves as an Instructor in the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Joint Military Intelligence Training Center (JMITC), Human Capital-Learning Collection Management Branch (HCL-5C). Functions as a Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Instructor maintaining and developing established curriculum for the Intelligence Collections Course (ICC) and the Intelligence Collection Management Course (ICMC). Conducts research to support course development and maintenance in current developments in intelligence collections and collection management. Attends meetings and presents briefings to stakeholders. Maintains contact with the community of interest, students, and stakeholders via written communications and electronic media as necessary. Teaches mobile training team (MTT) courses on the basics of intelligence collection, to include collection capabilities, lexicon, requirements databases, proponent agencies, and intelligence oversight considerations. Participates in industry conferences, roundtables, and meetings pertaining to intelligence collection management and training management within the international intelligence community.
Basic Qualifications:
• 5+ years of Department of Defense (DoD) collection management experience.
• Understanding of DoD/IC SIGINT collection requirements, and the National SIGINT Requirements Process (NSRP) system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong public speaking skills.
• Formal experience and training as an instructor and instructional designer.
• Experience with National Security Agency missions and offices.
Additional Qualifications:
• An understanding of IC and DoD military intelligence analysis, policies and procedures. Working knowledge of All Source intelligence disciplines, military capabilities, and special operations a plus.
• Prior interaction with DoD Unified Combatant Commands (COCOMs), Fusion Centers, Joint Task Forces, or Intelligence Community partners and allies is desirable.

Job Description
Position is full-time for the contract period of August 20, 2012 to March 30, 2013. Interested candidates may be able to work as an Independent Contractor (1099 status) for this project.
The position will assist our DOD client in collecting data, research analysis, identifying trends and issues, and preparing a comprehensive written report of lessons learned for Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) in order to identify deficiencies and recommend solutions to further improve Personnel Recovery (PR) capability across the Services, Combatant Command, other government agencies, and coalition partners.
Major Responsibilities/Activities:
1. Data Collection
a. Travel OCONUS and CONUS as needed to collect data from various DOD entities for review, analysis, and long-term archive storage.
b. Organize for easy retrieval, all data collected (electronic and hard paper copy collections).
2. Analysis
a. Research, analyze, identify, and assess PR lessons learned requirements or trends through review of data collection efforts.
b. Review and assess DOD, Interagency, and Coalition Personnel Recovery interoperability opportunities, redundancies, and gaps.
3. Document Results
a. Develop draft and coordinate initial documentation reports for client review and comment.
b. Draft and submit after action reports, trip reports, and other documents as required.

Provide full spectrum personnel recovery (PR) subject matter expertise (including preparation, planning, execution and adaptation) through platform instruction, role play and other adult learning methodologies to a variety of PR professionals within the DoD.

- Provide academic and role-play instruction for Special Survival Training Programs and Code of Conduct Training.

Special Mission Planner
Background:
Sage is seeking a Special Mission Planner to work with a government customer’s training branch. The training branch ensures that the customer entity has a full-time national level tactical team capable of being deployed to protect the American people in both domestic and overseas settings. The training branch also provides direct core skill (mission essential) training, research and development, and logistical support to hostage rescue teams and crisis management response systems.
Responsibilities and Deliverables:
Individual must be able to prepare detailed oral and written Concept of Operations (CONOP) plans for both training and operational requirements.
o These operational/training requirements will include, but are not limited to: stronghold assault, tubular assault, Aviation Operational Threat Response (AOTR), Maritime Operational Threat Response (MOTR), Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD), Tactical Radiological Nuclear Search Operations (TRNSO), Tactical Surveillance Interdiction (TSI) operations, National Security Special Events (NSSEs), and Complex Hostage Rescue operations.
Provide HRT operational and training expertise and assistance to critical incident response systems in maintaining continuous coordination and liaison with customer entities, military units, other government agencies, and public sector SMEs.
Provide HRT operational and training program management, operational planning, training planning, readiness preparation assistance and special crisis support to critical incident response systems or other elements of the customer organization as directed by the COR.
Provide 24-hour short notice (1 hour response and 4 hours "wheels up") availability during a crisis situation or exercise which may require CONUS or OCONUS travel.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a current United States citizen;
Possess or can obtain, and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance and accesses pursuant to appropriate United States Government security policies and procedures;

Background:
Sage is seeking WMD Tactical Operations Specialists in support of a government contract. Direct Support Bomb Technician
Senior Trainer
Background:
Sage is seeking a Direct Support Bomb Technician Senior Trainer. The individual must be familiar with the tactical bomb technician's integration with an assault force and be prepared to implement advanced tactical Bomb Technician (BT) training for the hostage rescue team BTs on at least a monthly basis. This requires that the Senior Trainer be knowledgeable in the hostage rescue team’s training requirements, operational planning and the assault process as it pertains to BT TTPs.
The Senior Trainer must possess an expertise with all first and second line BT tactical equipment in the hostage rescue team’s inventory and be prepared to assist with the maintenance and care of the equipment. The Senior Trainer must also be knowledgeable with all facets of a conventional bomb technician's response. The Senior Trainer must be available to deploy with hostage rescue teams on a mission, training evolution, research and development project or as required by the hostage rescue team coordinator. The Senior Trainer must be competent in preparing after action reports, power point presentations and other documents using computer software, including Corel WordPerfect and Microsoft Office. In addition, the Senior Trainer must be proficient in data entry.
The Direct Support Bomb Technician Senior Trainer may also be required to assist the hostage rescue team’s coordinator with limited facets of breaching during an operation or routine training. This requires the Senior Trainer to be knowledgeable on the hostage rescue team’s training requirements, operational planning and the assault process as it pertains to entry techniques. In addition, the Senior Trainer should possess a working knowledge of all the breaching equipment in the hostage rescue team’s inventory and be prepared to assist with the maintenance and care of the equipment.
Responsibilities and Deliverables:
Necessary tasks of the Direct Support Bomb Technician Senior Trainer will include:
Train hostage rescue team BTs on at least a monthly basis to an advanced tactical BT level.
Demonstrated knowledge and skill in the use and techniques of all BT equipment in the hostage rescue team’s inventory.
Order BT equipment and explosives, as directed, to maintain hostage rescue team’s operational readiness.
Document and maintain an inventory of all BT related equipment.
Conduct routine inspection of all BT related equipment to ensure mission serviceability.
Be prepared to deploy with the hostage rescue team coordinator and assist with BT and breaching concerns as required.
Provide the hostage rescue team coordinator with a BT Annex during an operation or training scenario as required.
Collect and document information in the hostage rescue team data base as required during missions, training scenarios and R&D projects.
Collect information on manufacturers of explosives as well as the manufacturers of Improvised Explosive Devices (IED) components.
Provide the coordinator with information on current IED's or suspected bomb makers as required.
Qualify as a hostage rescue team Range Safety Officer as required.
Be prepared to assist the hostage rescue team coordinator with lectures and presentations on hostage rescue team direct support BT procedures.
The hostage rescue team Direct Support Bomb Technician Senior Trainer must be proficient in the understanding and use of the following items: IED components, explosives and priming systems, first and second line BT tactical equipment, conventional bomb technician equipment, digital cameras, audio-visual presentation equipment and software, hand tools, common power tools, and portable generators.
The hostage rescue team Direct Support Bomb Technician Senior Trainer must maintain a close relationship with the Army and Navy Tier One Commands in order to remain current on TTPs.
The hostage rescue team Direct Support Bomb Technician Senior Trainer must maintain a close liaison with the customer’s Explosives Unit and the Terrorist Explosive Device Analytical Center in order to remain current regarding information on explosive manufacturers, manufacturers and suppliers of components commonly used in IEDs and current IEDs and suspect bomb makers that pose a current or future threat to the United States.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a current United States citizen;
Possess or can obtain, and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance and accesses pursuant to appropriate United States Government security policies and procedures;
Possess a valid driver’s license issued by a state or territory of the United States;
Possess a background in tactical law enforcement; and,
Possess exceptional management, inter-personal and communications skills.

Overview/ Summary:
Responsible for defining, developing, testing, analyzing, and maintaining software applications in support of the achievement of business requirements. This includes writing, coding, testing, and analyzing software programs and applications.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
• Collaborates with developers, programmers, and designers in conceptualizing and development of new software programs and applications.
• Liaises with network administrators, systems analysts, and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems.
• Analyzes and assesses existing business systems and procedures.
• Assists in the definition, development, and documentation of software’s business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with internal users and departments.
• Assists in defining software development project plans, including scoping, scheduling, and implementation.
• Researches, identifies, analyzes, and fulfills requirements of all internal and external program users.
• Consistently writes, translates, and codes software programs and applications according to specifications.
• Writes programming scripts to enhance functionality and/or performance of company applications as necessary.
• Designs, runs and monitors software performance tests on new and existing programs for the purposes of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvement, and general debugging.
• Administers critical analysis of test results and delivers solutions to problem areas.
• Conducts research on emerging application development software products, languages, and standards in support of procurement and development efforts.
• Liaises with vendors for efficient implementation of new software products or systems and for resolution of any adaptation issues.
• Installs software products for end users as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements/ Skills:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
• Bachelor degree in the field of computer science, information systems, or software engineering, with a minimum of 2 years equivalent work experience preferred.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
• Understanding of coding methods and best practices.
• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Hands-on experience developing test cases and test plans.
• Prior experience interviewing end-users for insight on functionality, interface, problems, and/or usability issues
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high demand environment.
• Experience with Objectif Lune Planet Press software.

Overview/ Summary:
The Security Analyst II role is to support user provisioning, security access changes and user terminations that reside on the UNFI Network, including but not limited to, business applications and file servers. Responsible for support of review of all firewall changes with the Director of Security as well as reviewing and analyzing logs relating to firewall. Perform periodic audit of firewall environment; proposing and implementing policy changes based on audits.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
• Support the provision of all new account access requests to the UNFI Domain.
• Disable separated associate accounts to the UNFI Domain using established procedures.
• Aid with granting security access changes to accounts within the UNFI Domain.
• Perform security audits on business systems, Active Directory, and terminations following established policy and schedule.
• Assist with maintenance of documentation supporting all applicable job responsibilities.
• Participate in the development and implementation of UNFI Corporate policy regarding security access and usage of UNFI proprietary data.
• Participate in security audits on Firewall and servers following policy and schedule.
• Review server and firewall logs on a scheduled basis and address security risks through the development of new procedures and policies with limited supervision.

Requirements/ Skills:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
• Associates degree in computer science or equivalent.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
• Knowledge of Firewalls, routes, VPN concentrators and Intrusion Detection Solutions.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• 1-3 years’ work experience.
• Experience with log collectors and analyzers.
• Experience in conducting security assessments.
• Experience developing and writing security policies, documentation, and guidelines for technical users and staff.

The PACOM analyst will serve as Regional Analyst for Southeast Asia (PACOM).
