Summary: As a key member of Aircell’s marketing communications team, the Manager, Marketing Communications, plays a pivotal role in a wide variety of marketing activities designed to help the company achieve its goals.

Qualifications: • Minimum of five years experience in a relevant marketing communications role • Bachelor or Associates of Arts degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent combination of formal training and professional experience. • Experience managing advertising agencies and creative resources on small- and large-scale projects • Digital, mobile and/or wireless marketing expertise • High level of project management, proof-reading and organizational skills • Experience marketing to C-level executives, familiarity with aviation industry and ad agency experience are all pluses, but not required. • High attention to detail • Ability to balance multiple simultaneous projects and priorities with minimal supervision in a high-pressure environment • Experience with Drupal or equivalent Content Management System (CMS) a plus • Experience with administration and execution of electronic direct marketing campaigns • Expert-level skills using the Internet and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Intermediate-level skills with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and HTML. • Excellent communication skills, written and oral; professional manner and customer service skills. • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive materials with professional discretion. • Occasional travel is required.

Job description:
This Principle Information Engineer for Information Assurance (IA) billet supports the Joint Project Manager for Information Systems (JPM IS), a subordinate unit of the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical-Biological Defense (JPEO-CBD). The successful candidate for this billet will work closely with software developers and JPM IS project engineers to ensure Department of Defense (DoD) IA compliant methods and configurations are used during all phases of the development of advanced decision-support tools.
Successful candidates will join a highly capable team of forward-leaning engineers, acquisition professionals, and decision-makers focused on developing, fielding, and maintaining advanced sensors and mission planning tools used by frontline DoD forces deployed worldwide.
Required Skills:
• The ability to perform systems security analysis on networks at several different Department of Defense (DoD) classification levels (Unclassified, Secret, Top Secret)
• Must be able to determine vulnerabilities, assess mitigation strategies, and provide Information Assurance Vulnerability Assessments (IAVA) and other threat information to users and decision-makers
• The capability to evaluate multiple existing security programs (OPSEC/COMSEC/INFOSEC) and develop and coordinate updates to those as required
• The ability to coordinate with facility security personnel on matters pertaining to resource protection and boundary security
• Must be able to implement Information Assurance (IA) programs and execute IA reviews of documents submitted to JPM IS and other Project Managers
• Ability to serve as the JPM IS representative at SPAWAR SIPRNet Wide-Area-Network (SWAN) meetings as required

Summary of Position:
The Batch Plant Operator’s prime responsibility is to support ASI’s construction operations by performing the following key activities.
Key Activities:
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently;
• Monitor complete workings of batch-type concrete batch plant, including the following for proper working condition:
o Mechanical components;
o Electric components;
o Electronic components;
o Measuring components (load cells, scales, flow meters);
o Air system components;
• Work in a high production environment
• Monitor quality of product;
• Order raw materials (cement, gravel, sand), track quantities delivered, and know quantities on hand at any given time;
• Must have basic computer skills-Experience with Command Alcon, Eagle computerized batching highly recommended.
• Supervise and participate in disassembly of portable plant, move and set up on new location and operate;
• Safely and effectively operate various hand and power tools, and heavy equipment;
• Shovel sand and stone as needed;
• Perform routine maintenance on concrete batch and associated equipment including changing of bearings, idlers, cylinders, load cells, cleaning of components, lubrication, etc.;

In this position, you will serve as a Civil Engineer in the regional office. This position requires an advanced level of technical competency. The primary purpose is to manage Flood Insurance studies in the Region and be a source of engineering expertise for all producers and users of hydrological and hydraulic engineering flood plain information related to the Risk MAP Program. Typical work assignments include:
• Review and monitor technical work performed by private engineering consultants and other Federal agencies conducting flood hazard studies under contract to FEMA. Review activities are concentrated on hydrologic and hydraulic engineering modeling, geospatial analysis (LiDAR, IFSAR) and procedures for the development of flood insurance studies.
• Conduct technical coordination meetings to resolve differences in study findings for adjacent areas. Recommend resolution of technical differences to Sr. Engineer when agreement cannot be achieved.
• Serve on task forces and in a liaison capacity with Federal, State, and Regional agencies engaged in technical work having a bearing on the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) and the Risk MAP Program.

General Duty Description:
We are currently seeking Senior Intelligence Integrators to serve on a unique, multi-discipline team assisting Special Operations Forces (SOF) or conventional forces operational and tactical staffs and their subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information in an effective, seamless process to enhance their effectiveness against enemy networks that employ Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).
Detailed Responsibilities:
The Senior Intelligence Integrator will assist in developing processes that focus on finding immediate through long-term solutions to the IED problem set prioritize and categorize requests for information and conduct near and long term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets fusing and prioritizing the multiple intelligence disciplines to disrupt and defeat enemy networks that employ IEDs.
The Senior Intelligence Integrator will focus problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration as well as the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of intelligence (to include unevaluated intelligence) associated with IEDs and their employment by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.
The Senior Intelligence Integrator will work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations and decipher and identify trends, patterns and key nodes highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. The Senior Intelligence Integrator must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise. Must be able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and is able to provide daily feedback to team lead on product development. The Senior Intelligence Integrator must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
The Senior Intelligence Integrator must have a strong operational background and experience in shaping intelligence products that support tactical or strategic goals set forth by the supported unit commander in order to create actionable target support packages. The Senior Intelligence Integrator should also possess an understanding of IEDs as well as the local, regional, and global networks that facilitate its construction, design, and usage.
Successful applicants will have documented experience working with multidiscipline operations/intelligence teams and familiarity with other elements of the DoD, the interagency and coalition partners.
The Senior Intelligence Integrator must have the ability to participate in and lead meetings, conferences, and engagements to exchange information, assist in making decisions, and/or provide updates. Military Operations Integrator
We are currently seeking Military Operations Integrators to serve on a unique, multi-discipline team assisting Special Operations Forces (SOF) operational and tactical staffs and their subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information in order to enhance their effectiveness against enemy networks that employ Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).
Responsibilities:
Military Operations Integrators, in conjunction with other members of the SOF Support Team, will work with tactical and operational Special Operations Forces (SOF) elements (ODA to TSOC) to leverage cutting edge tools and processes designed to improve intelligence and operations fusion within their planning and mission execution cycles. The focus of these fusion efforts is exposure of enemy networks that employ Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs). The Military Operations Integrator will serve as the direct link between JIEDDO and deployed SOF units on all current and future initiatives.
The Military Operations Integrator serves as the primary advisor to the deployed SOF commander and staff on all activities with regards to planning, and synchronization of effort of JIEDDO and JIEDDO COIC support to deployed SOF elements. The Operations Integrator applies in-depth understanding of both the supported units operational requirements as well as JIEDDO capabilities in order to identify exploitable vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations. The Military Operations Integrator must apply a thorough understanding of the Ops/Intel fusion process as well as subject matter expertise on SOF operations, IEDs, and JIEDDO capabilities.
The Operations Integrator ensures all SOF requests for JIEDDO support are fully coordinated with other JIEDDO deployed assets and the JIEDDO. Ensures SOF assets are kept abreast of all current and emerging JIEDDO processes, methodologies, and Tactics, Techniques & Procedures (TTP) for attacking networks that utilize IEDs. Provides advice to SOF Commanders and their staff on how to best integrate JIEDDO capabilities into their ongoing operations and analytical efforts.

Veterans Job Fair sponsored by U.S. Senator Frank Lautenberg to provide jobs,
college opportunities, and benefits to military personnel, veterans, and their
families.
The event will be from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm at the Rutgers-Newark Paul Robeson
Campus Center, 350 Dr. Martin Luther King Blvd. in Newark.

Rutgers-Newark and the Paul Robeson Campus Center, as well as addition support
provided by the Rutgers Office of Veteran and Military Programs and Services
Due to the passage of the VOW TO HIRE HEROES ACT and the POST 911 GI BILL, a

Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains key business relationships with USAF decision-makers,
teammates, and adversaries in domestic government markets USAF Information
Technology requirements. Acts as the face of ESN to liaison with USAF units
and offices. Has primary responsibility for identifying, qualifying, and
shaping opportunities for new business expansion. Leverages contacts,
including customer and industry relationships, to track and pursue both near
term opportunities (30-90 days) and long term strategic business pursuits
(180-720 days). Builds and prioritizes USAF opportunity pipeline to optimize
and win new business. Prepares and presents briefings to Government
decision-makers to increase exposure of ESN strengths, capabilities and
solutions. Prepares and presents Bid Board Reviews on targeted work to gain
approval to pursue and bid. Works with Operations Executive Director and
other Operations managers as required to estimate and manage B&P resources.
Acts as a Capture Manager as directed, developing capture strategy, call
plans, customer relations planning, and all other aspects of opportunity
capture management. Actively participates in the development and production
of business proposals. Reports to the Executive Director, Air-Land Division.
Education: BS degree
Qualifications:
Military Information Technology experience, with USAF or other
communications/IT experience highly desired. Other military service
experience may be acceptable if it includes Joint or coalition experience.
Knowledge of principles and practices associated with program management and
government sales/marketing also desired.
Skills:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Proven history of
identifying and developing qualified leads with successful opportunity
closure. Independent, self-motivated and success driven, yet able and
willing to take direction. Strong organizational skills and attention to
detail: Strong closing skills, motivation for sales, prospecting skills,
sales planning, selling to customer needs, territory management, market
knowledge, and a professional image. Good project and time management
skills. Knowledge of business and management principles. Strong analytical
skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a Business Development Team.
