Job Description
Siemens Industry, Inc is searching for a Field Service Technician to support or Water Technologies Business Unit located in Signal Hill, CA. The Field Service Technician will provide installation, start-up, investigative test, troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance to our water treatment equipment (Reverse Osmosis, CDI and Deionization water systems) at multiple customer locations throughout the area. This position will provide semi complex training to customers on products and services, as well as documenting all installations, inspections, maintenance, repair work, ect. The Key responsibility for the Field Service Technician is to effectively identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to solve them, including performing repair or referring more complex issue to others.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Titanium Linear Plant Supervisor is responsible for the success of the Titanium Processing Value Stream. Responsibilities include coaching and guiding a team of employees to achieve optimum levels of productivity, quality and safety while meeting operational deadlines and budgets. Maintains the Automated Spectrum Planning, Engineering, Coordination, and Tracking System (ASPECTS) and/or SECTRUM-XXI frequency management databases and maintains a listing of all frequency assignments on the range with renewal dates and requests renewal from the responsible government frequency manager. Maintains and on-line database for all active and authorized frequencies used on the range. Participates in range frequency/spectrum meetings as requested. Maintain anon-line copy of the unclassified Spectrum Management Information Database.
Uses IEMS for operations coordination as well as maintenance action reporting.

SRA International was awarded the contract to maintain the IT network for the Military Sealift Command (MSC) afloat (shipboard) network. There is a current bridge in the contract for 8 months, meaning SRA is holding the contract for the next 8 months until it is up for re-compete. However, the manager of the NOC (Sam Sammons) has been running the show for 15 years. The work is very consistent; it's just a matter of which company is holding the contract.
JOB DESCRIPTION
* This group is responsible for monitoring, configuring, administering, maintaining and sustaining the HBSS implementation and architecture within MSC Afloat and Ashore ANOC.
* This is a very technical position and we deals with all range of issues from administering and configuring the server itself to modifying and tuning policies for each HBSS modules on EPolicy Orchestrator (EPO) to making sure all assets are fully deployed with HBSS modules.
* In addition to that, (since HBSS is an IA tool) this person also reviews and analyzes network traffics, logs and events in order to determine the cause and solution to whatever the issues we have on hand in regarding to HBSS, whether it is blocks/explicitly allow or a threat.
* One of the more apparent goal for the HBSS team is to ultimately achieve compliance with ALL tabs in FRAGO 13 (or now called Gladiator Shield).
SKILLS REQUIRED
* HBSS Administration - This individual will know how HBSS interacts with the network. They need to know how to deploy HBSS, as well as, have experience tuning the policies. If they just have experience deploying HBSS, they won't be strong enough.
* Network Administration - General knowledge of network administration. They need to be able to look at our network and be able to assess how everything connects.
* Security+ is a must have. Ideally, they want someone who is 8570 Compliant. However, they are open to someone who has a security+, and able to obtain a Microsoft cert in the first 30 days of working there.
